She didn't understand why, so she went in to ask someone working there. The person told her it was because a lot of people use it. She asked if that meant it was empty, and the person working there said he thinks that's why. If it's empty and they know it why not put a sign saying that it's temporary unavailable?... If they are able to fill it then they need to replenish it. There were other issues as well such as counting out money incorrectly, but this was the most recent.

It is the only location I have ever had a problem depositing money without an ID. Every other location doesn't require this, but for some reason this one does. I called customer service after leaving and they confirmed with me that it is not required, but preferred. Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm actually closing all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing Virginia credit union!
