Staff is rude and just disrespectful. Gricelda and Katherine are extremely unprofessional and honestly insecure of their positions.

In order to pay a medical bill received, this is the group overlooking payment for the bill. The first time I spoke to a representative over the phone, the representative could not provide details I was looking for in order for me to understand why exactly I'm being billed for the given amount. Some of the information the representative was giving me was already information I'm aware of. The conversation ended without the representative answering my questions properly. I wanted to see if I could get the answers I was looking for another try, so I tried calling again. I called around 11am one weekday, then around 3pm on two different weekdays. All times the phone went unanswered and I was asked to leave a voice message in order to return my call. Finally, the fourth time I called, someone picked up. Though again, all the questions I asked I could not be given the answers I was looking for. It was all vague and general information. I'm resorting to getting help from the facility where the service was provided in order to get the information I'm looking for. As an organization looking over payments, please do better in being able to provide detailed and elaborate answers in regards to a bill a patient has to pay. read more

So this was a Bad Experience with Timing.. I had an Interview at a Location in Lakewood, where the Interviewer Name Elia. My interview was at 4pm and I did not see her till 4:45pm. (This was at the Site clinic Cardiology Office in Lakewood) I sat in a little storage room where the interview was held, now I have No doubt that Elia is a sweet Person.. But she is very ..unproffessional She stated to me i am the manager /supervisor who does it all without the pay. I need someone to work here who has common sense, the girl in the front is quitting and she doesnt know what she's doing and I'm okay with her leaving, she doesn't know the difference between a new pt or making a follow up appointment..**Red Flag** Then she goes on about saying she wants her staff to Wear make up it's mandatory because they get a lot of white clientele***red flag#2** ..(uh excuse me) now i had mascara and lip gloss.. And she continues to say at the end of the year they bring us tons of christmas gifts **redflag#3**** ***Redflag 4 and 5 ***** She starts to ask How long have i been married and How many kids I have and if my husband is supportive.. My response to her is i do not talk about my personal life. I am a private person ..she replied with well sometimes we have kids and are kids get sick and we have to leave early and we have to find coverage. I told her well when that day comes you'll be notified in advance. She tells me about the Doctor I'd be getting hired for how his niece is rude and and is hard to work with so they have her sitting in the back. She shows me around the office. I have another interview here at this place argas at 9:30am in longbeach. I get there 9:15am to fill out an Application. I did not get seen till 10:25am yup you got that right. At 10am i Desiarame who was the Regional Manager ( she was the one to interview me), I asked where she was and their response was oh she is running little late.. so they assumed my time wasn't important her i stay and after my interview i can say she was a Very nice lady. It went well. Following Mobday Got an interview with the Doctor at 11am that following Monday. I go back to the place my interview was held by elia. It's 11am i walk in the first thing that came out of her mouth was where's your makeup at .. I told her excuse me I'm not even hired, she responded with i like my staff to not look luke plain Jane's. she goes talk to the doctor the doctor tells her that he will see me and be at my interview after three patients ..at this point im fed up with the office and the unimportant of time management skills. Horrible Service and i feel very bad for who walks in yo that office. You can tell it is a bunch of drama starting by the Supervisor. 2 days later i get call from the regional manager stating she lijed me but the real reason i did not get hired .it was because i complaine that she was 1 hour late. My response to her, i do not cobsider it complaining. I respect everyone's time and like the same back. I u derstabd im seeking employment but would you wait 1 hr? I said and i did not lie it was the truth i did wait for you 1 hr. She said i ask my assistant to ask you if you wanted to reschedule. I said no one came out to relate this message to me. I said and I'm perfectly fine i did not get chosen but your supervisor is very unprofessional. You don't tall bad about your employees that are leaving to a possible canidate 2nd i said you don't pressure a possible employee to wear make up (harassment) if you ask me. #3rd Time management everyone was late BUT ME..#4th The supervisor asked personal questions about my life in an interview and thre her staff under the bus ..yea no bueno . I have been trying for the last 5 days to reach Manny at Argus. I spoke with him 1 time and he said he would call me back.....He did not call back that day or for the next 5 days. I finally reached him again on the 5th day and proceeded to try to understand why the doctors office I called could not give me an appointment for a new patient but I would have to be put on a list (which I understand) for the management company to review my status and that would take 2-3 weeks and depending upon that answer I could or could not get an appointment for the doctor that I requested. Manny told me if they could not give me an appointment that he would get me one from a doctor within the Argus network. I don't want any other doctor, I called for this certain doctor. without getting to technical, if Manny represents this company he needs to get away from his scripted to response to questions and let the office accept or not accept patients new patients and move on.
