The day of my procedure I thought it was sort of strange that Dr. Zufelt made the incisions for the grafts but he did not place a single graft during the procedure. That entire process was handled by his staff. A year after the procedure I had my last follow up appointment. I discussed that I was not completely satisfied with the procedure. My hairline looks like doll hair, with wide spacing between the graft implants. There are spots that are completely without hair as no hair was placed in the area. I went to the Anderson hair center in Atlanta to have them take a look at my hair. They mentioned the reason my hair looks like it does is the spacing between the grafts is not tight enough. I mentioned this to Dr. Zufelt, he stated he could fix it with more grafts and it would cost me another $7,000. As you can imagine I declined. Overall if I knew after spending $15,000 my hair would look like it does today, I never would have proceeded with the procedure. Now I wish I chose another hair transplant center.

With big balding spots starting to show all over my head, I was freaking out and thinking all hope was lost. But then I found Dr Zufelt who preformed a thorough stem cell/ needling treatment no one else seemed to know how to do, and the hair fall ceased in one week! So I did not have to go completely bald, and while I am only 2 months post treatment, I can see baby hair growth already coming back in. It will take me quite a while to get back the full head of hair lost from the Septic Shock, but thank God Dr. Zufelt was both there, and present to my needs! He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. I came in with 6+ inches of regrowth, and even more on the lower parts of my hair. I left with a full highlight, with small sections taken and perfect placement. She did not cheap out or 'cheat' by skipping some placements in the back. It was done relatively fast, it was exactly what I asked for and I felt like I had her full attention. There were no double booked clients like many salons have, which I appreciated. The pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend and will be back. Having your hair done and feeling comfortable with the process, communication, and outcome is crucial and I felt like I definitely got that. Bonus: she also fixed my haircut. I had a weird drop off in the back that didn't line up at all. It's been fixed without sacrificing hair length, which I freaking appreciate!

It was still spotty throughout. JAKE the tattoo artist made the dots way to dark on my implant scar on the back of my head and now I have to spend another couple thousand to remove what he did. I also spent another 3.5 thousand to another smp artist to fix what JAKE did to me. I wrote a review about this earlier this year and it was erased by them. I'll keep checking to see if they remove my comments.

I went in wanting to get…read morea surgical transplant, but the salon manager Jennifer North told me that I did not have enough donor hair to do so and instead pressure-sold me a non-surgical package, going so far as to tell me that if I had to I would need to borrow the money from somebody because I needed to pay them at least half the cost within a few days or they would not honor my purchase. I paid $4,500 for this package, but it's important to note that I wasn't purchasing a hair transplant package, I was actually purchasing a 6-month membership to the club, which she neglected to tell me. When I was nearing the end of my initial 6 months, she rudely interrupted my appointment and told me that my membership was about to expire and if I wanted another year it would cost me another $3,000+. I flat-out said I wasn't interested, and for the remainder of my membership, she frequently tried to get me to change my mind, even going as far to call me and try to persuade me to buy again even though I already said no. What a total lack of respect. Not only that, but during one of my weekly appointments, I was informed by one of the stylists that I actually could have done the surgical procedure. It turns out that Jennifer is not even a licensed cosmetologist, and therefore is not qualified to be giving people consultations on hair rejuvenation. That would be like someone with no experience in construction being hired on as a foreman. I suspect the reason she told me that I couldn't get the surgical procedure is because getting that done would have required me to travel to another facility in Denver or San Francisco, and if I had done that, she would not have made a commission off of me. She is also a total ditz. After one of my weekly appointments, I walked up to the front desk to book my appointment for the next week. I stood there for like 30 seconds waiting for her to acknowledge me while she sat there with her face locked on her computer screen. She finally looked up at me and said "Do you need something?". No, I just wanted to stare at you awkwardly. In my opinion, Jennifer couldn't care less about the actual needs of clients and is only interested in making a quick buck off of people.
