We washed the dye and then she dyed my hair overall to turn it into a natural look I wanted. In the end, I appreciated that she asked me how I felt about the hair and she cut more layers to achieve the perfect look! I would definitely recommend her. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

Second, she took and completed a Barbacide training specifically on cleaning and disinfecting between clients, so not only does she take care to clean, she's educated herself on effective cleaning measures as used and recommended by the industry. Third, she only schedules one client at a time so you're never wondering who's been in contact with what. Fourth, she has a strong cancellation policy that encourages clients to stay home if they're feeling unwell (please review with her, as I'm not the best person to ask on the details, obvi). More than the safety and peace of mind that she provides by taking Covid procedures seriously, she truly listens! Health insurance should cover her visits because you leave her chair feeling wonderful inside and out. She truly cares to understand what I want from a hairstyle and helps coach me with realistic expectations (like going from brown to blonde in one sitting doesn't happen without damaging hair) and with proper hair care after-the-fact so that I can maintain healthy hair. Every product I've used based off her recommendations has been golden. I've been going to her for AGES and wouldn't dream of going to or trusting anyone else. One last thing, even if you're going in for just a wash and style, you're in for a real treat. The way she washes your hair is like magic. I didn't have to wash or style my hair for days after, it kept looking amazing!

Her one‑year‑old sat quietly for two and a half hours without crying, fussing, or disturbing anyone. We even called ahead to confirm it was okay to bring her, and we were told yes. We live in Utah -- families bring their kids places. It's normal, and it certainly doesn't make someone a "problem." And just to be transparent: you caught me on a calm day. All I wanted to do was get to my grandbaby. On a different day, with a comment like that, I might've been the one you considered "the problem." So I'm choosing to address it respectfully here instead of reacting in the moment. Everyone else in the salon was kind and welcoming, but that front‑desk interaction overshadowed an otherwise great experience. I'm not asking for anything; I just want you to be aware of how it came across. Respect and professionalism at the front desk matter, and comments like that stick with people.
