I purchased a dining room table, buffet and sofa 3 years ago that now all have to be replaced. The dining room table was replaced 7 times due to extreme cracking, and it's once again cracking to the point of not being able to use. The buffet is also cracking and looks terrible. The sofa was assessed by Arhaus and they determined all cores need to be repalced - at my cost of $2000. I would expect a $15k couch, that is rarely used, to last more than 3 years. This was the worst $20k I have ever spent - all items now have to be replaced at my cost. Avoid this store and their terrible products at all cost. read more

I think this store and company are simply a lack luster mediocre provider of rather mediocre furniture. Every interaction except for them taking payment has been slow, wrong, full of errors, not responding to emails, and simply like pulling really bad teeth. Such a bad taste in the mouth - would never do business with them again. Simply a joke on their approach and follow up. I can't believe we gave them two chances. Do it once, shame on you. Do it twice- shame on me. The moment you sign the sales slip, the niceness, professionalism and communication is OVER. We purchased a pretty expensive custom sectional a year ago, with zero communication after we signed the sales slip. It took SEVERAL calls trying to get hold of them to schedule delivery. It was over at last. We thought it was a fluke. Couple months ago decided to give them anither chance. Poor poor communication, unprofessional comments, snobbish. We decided to deal because we like those chairs. We ended up wanting to exchange the chairs we purchased and upgrade to another kind they have...but because the communication was so terrible, the run around we got, the pure lack of communication- we decided to go with the loss (of almost half the amount!) and just return. We just wanted to be done with them. Well, the delivery picked up the chairs over two weeks ago and now we are fighting and emailing trying to get the 55% of what we paid as a refund. Calls don't get returned. I am about to open claims and reviews everywhere I can in attempt to get a refund- BBB, Google, my credit card company are next. I can't believe I'm spending 20 min adding yet another poor review to this collection or horror stories- just to get a refund that I should have. This is sad. Everything I've read so far on these Yelp reviews matches my experience. Shopping here is so unpleasant. It's pretty hard to take joy out of shopping... And yet they manage. How do they stay in business? P.S. As expected, just like all reviewers here, I got a copy/paste passive "resolution attempt" as a comment to my review. You'd think it's not that hard to identify a customer if they only called the location and investigated (unless there's just too many of unhappy customers! Which is quite possible). My wife and I are wildly disappointed with Arhaus. Over the last 15 months, while building a new house, we bought a couple of chandeliers, a custom couch, a couple of beds and nightstands, a sideboard with marble top and finally a very large brass clock. In short, we've spent a lot of money in their Park Meadows store. Of all those different items, only two arrived on time and unbroken. The custom bed that came from Itally collapsed within 2 hours of white glove delivery and set up.. The sideboard with marble top had broken legs and the doors didn't close. The other bed was missing the center rail and the replacement they shipped was 14 inches too long. I had to make my own. We finally received the sideboard with marble top replacement last month and were sitting in front of the fire enjoying finally being done with the nightmare of our Arhaus experience when the 40" diameter clock, a focal point above the fire place, just fell off the wall. A $0.10 tap weld was improperly done and broke because it couldn't hold the weight of the clock. The Arhaus response, when we asked for a replacement... We don't cover this material defective in workmanship. Great people on the showroom floor - always helpful and willing to sell. Poor quality products and white glove delivery is a joke. What caught my eye was the name. Catchy! Love it! Walking in we were warmly greeted and offered help. We wanted to browse alone. So we were left alone. They have amazing furniture. Soft, warm and if you want exactly what's there on the floor they will make it happen for you. I've seen bigger locations than this place. Although this place carries more weight in gold. Substance comes with the the products they carry. They will last you a lifetime if you will care for it properly. I thought I was purchasing furniture from a quality high end store. Do not be fooled! I purchased two sofas and eight dining room chairs 18 months ago and they look like I've had them for 10 years. They claimed their "Krypton" fabric comes clean with dish soap and water it doesn't! I never would have chosen "nomad snow" fabric if I thought I had to worry about it getting dirty from normal wear. They also push buying their five year "worry free warranty" at a cost of $500 in case anything happens. WhenI submitted a claim to them it was denied. Arhaus customer service is a joke. It takes months to get some of these products!! Spent a fortune on a bedroom set, and the finish on my nightstands has chipped away. Something as delicate as rubbing your hand over the surface will cause the finish to flake off. I discussed this with customer service and they tell me that the finish is not covered under warranty. The nightstands are less than a year old and the finish started flaking off after a couple months. read more

DO NOT buy here if you want your furniture anytime soon. I ordered furniture in January and it was considered semi custom because of the fabric. We were told they build everything here in the US vs over seas so it reduces the risk of product and shipping delays. We were told 24-28 weeks to get the sofa and chairs which seemed like a long time but went with it. We went to the store 2 weeks ago and was told we will have the furniture the 1st week of August which would have been 29 weeks. Not a huge deal we were just happy we were finally getting it. I then inquired with the sales person last week to find out what day we can expect delivery, she then tells me they are having delays with the motion and recliner parts and now we are looking at sometime in October. 40 WEEKS for a sofa and chair that is pretty basic!! It's not like the sofa I picked was out of the normal, it was a typical sofa with a leather they offered and the chairs were basic swivel chairs. 40 weeks is ridiculous!! We had a custom built truck made this year and it only took 5 months but it takes them 40 weeks to make a sofa and chairs. Be honest with people, don't tell them to buy with you because the products are made here in the US so less likely to have delays when your furniture takes longer than any higher quality stores. I could have gone to so many other places and had my furniture already. I told them to cancel my order because I had enough of their excuses and the delays but due to being semi custom they only give you 50% back. How is it if you can't make the product due to no parts can you charge me 50%. You haven't even started on the furniture!! They do this because they know they won't deliver the furniture by the promised date (look at all the other reviews saying the same thing) and they know they give you no choice but to wait vs losing 50%. Once they get your money their customer service goes out the door. The manager Hallie who is pleasant did offer a 10%'discount for the delays but honestly for delays of 3-4 months that isn't worth the frustration. I wish I went to another store because I would have my furniture by now and all I have is a lot of excuses. SERIOUSLY AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!! There are a lot of other furniture places that you will get better service at and actually have your furniture a lot sooner then Arhaus. read more

Very disappointing: Found some beautiful counter stools for our new kitchen for $399 and told the salesperson we'd be back in a week after our countertops were installed. When we returned the stools were now $599 and they would not sell them for the originally quoted price. Another staff member told us--with a snobbish air--that prices were set by "corporate"--despite having a salesperson's business card with the original price on it. Their "high end" branding seems to overshadow genuine customer care. read more

Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with the poor service, lack of continuity and disorganized delivery service. We spent a little over $11,000 for the Bryden 3 piece sectional and 2 swivel chairs and 2 mirrors in May 2022. We found the process at Arhaus to be a little slow and the staff seems somewhat aloof and unhelpful at times in the Park Meadows store. They don't seem to work well as a team. The lady we worked with was very nice and helpful but when she was not working the staff was quick to tell us she would get back to us and were extremely reluctant to help us. At the end of July, the sectional was ready and delivered to us. They sent us 2 different frame colors, one light grey, the other dark brown, clearly mismatched, the dye lots didn't match on the fabric and the brand new cushions had buttons missing and broken. One of the 2 mirrors had a flaw in the glass. When I called the store to report the problem a lady on the phone said my saleslady was out and when I asked her if she could help me she simply directed me to a general number. Eventually I was connected with a concierge service rep who seemed responsive and willing to resolve issues. Great! Thank you. The fiasco is with the delivery service provider, Ryder, and Arhaus. They were supposed to deliver the new furniture and pick up the sectional 2 weeks ago but delivered to the wrong house! So today they come and have the new sectional but can't take the old one bc they weren't told it was an exchange. Then they send the corner piece with the wrong attachment pieces so we can't even put the sectional together. They did get the color right this time and all buttons on sofa cushions intact. But seriously! Ship of fools over at Arhaus!! Let's see how long they take to fix this one! read more

Their stuff look# good initially, but very poor quality, 14 day warranty from defects (on chairs that cost $2000. foam disintegrated within a month, and leather rippling. they have very reluctantly offered replacements but the chairs are made in china (not disclosed to us). but those will surely be defective again..... sales people snake commissions from others. fine print on return policies is misleading. I love this store. People say the customer service is bad because they don't swamp you... I LOVE that. They let you walk around, look at will, rearrange things. The clerks are very warm and personable, and will spend lots of time talking with you and answering questions when you're ready. What I liked most is that everything is a style I like and matches itself. As a result I've bought a lot of pieces there. It is new and nice quality- which means it's expensive and takes a few months to ship... but that's been the case every time I've bought new furniture. read more

I visited Arhaus at Park Meadows Mall this evening. When I arrived I was the only customer in the store. None of the 3 employees acknowledged me. I shopped for over 30 minutes with the intention of purchasing dining chairs and art work. I was never approached yet all the other customers who came after me were promptly greeted. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The customer service was "selective" at best. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time. The furniture itself it beautiful, and we are pleased with that. The frustration lies with how we were treated after we purchased. We were building a house and unfortunately with most things these days the move in date got pushed back a full 5 months. When we ordered all of our furniture we were told it would be ready in March/April, which was perfect for our closing. When I sent an email in February, advising of our possible date in April and to confirm everything would be ready, I received "NOT TO WORRY" response. I then stopped in md-March to let our salesperson know we had a closing date at the end of April. I was advised she would have to re-order our table, as they gave ours away. But no worries I was told. When the delivery company called to schedule our delivery they let us know they only had 1 item, out of the 9 that were to be delivered. I emailed and texted our salesperson a couple of times and received a "It was just a glitch: )" response. No other information. Super frustrated I called the main number for Arhaus and was advised that some of the items would be there on schedule but that some were back ordered until June/July. That issue was resolved and everything came to the delivery center on time and was scheduled to be on a day my husband had taken off to be there for deliveries. My husband got a call from the delivery center early that morning letting him know the truck broke down and they would schedule again for the following week. Completely unacceptable. Again I had to reach out to our salesperson and let her know this was no acceptable as we had taken time off for this. With as much as we spent on furniture the company can rent another truck. It was delivered the next day. The lack of communication, or professional communication, was super frustrating during this process. We know we need to order additional pieces and will go through the website or different location. read more

It's no secret that there are production delays and I am a very reasonable person. We purchased our couch December 2021 with the expected delivery date of Mid Jan 2022 as we purchased a STOCK item because any changes from stock would be deemed a special order and would be a June 2022 delivery. Mid January comes and then that turned to Mid March delivery. As of this writing, Mid March has turned to Mid April. When we received our initial quote, we had great customer service and follow up with any and all questions we had. After our purchase........that has been different experience. We have been promised follow up calls with updates and have received ZERO call backs. I had to initiate the phone calls to receive any updates and all calls promised to me with follow up answers/updates have not been kept. Knowing what we know now, we would've spent our money elsewhere. Hopefully the product is the complete opposite of their service and we are rewarded for our patience. One minor blemish on a dining room chair from shipping was quickly replaced and was the only problem I have had. My husband and I have gone into Arhaus many times day dreaming and finally decided to order a couple pieces. We had a pleasant experience prior to making our purchase but everything changed after they made their money. Our sales person, Rachel claims she keeps her clients up to date which is just false. My furniture is late, with very little updates and many excuses. Then I find out one of my pieces came in last week and still had not contacted to schedule a deliver until I called her today frustrated that my furniture is late and haven't gotten any updates. Come to find out I won't even get a call from the delivery service for another two weeks and then who knows how long it will take after that. They over promise and under deliver. Rachel claims that it is normal to take up to a year to get your order in the furniture business (a year before Covid mind you). Don't tell me my furniture will be in by x date knowing damn well it will take much longer!!! When I talked to Rachel I told her on the website it says my pieces are in and ready to be delivered which she says is false but the website is how she got the delivery date in the first place. It's been a cluster! The customer service, delivery, and invoicing sucks! When you are buying luxury furniture at a premium price you are expecting quality, exceptional service and a luxury experience. So first of all Arhaus is "always having a sale". If you pay retail for ANYTHING there you are a fool. They hike the prices WAY WAY WAY so that 30% off looks like a bargain. Insider tip it's still overpriced! We put together over $13,000 worth of items but these jokers don't pay for warehousing of their inventory so they still wanted to charge us a delivery fee. Delivery took over a month due to frequent rescheduling and poor responsiveness from our sales associate. When the tables were eventually delivered they didn't come with any of the right bolts. We have called multiple times but still no bolts! So literally I have $7000 worth of tables that aren't even assembled properly. These guys are your best friend until you don't fall into their manipulative pricing game and then act like you "just don't get it" when you don't play along. If you are wealthy and not much for brains...this is your place, but if you have some excess income but appreciate making well thought out purchases...look elsewhere. read more

As soon as we walked in we were followed around by an associate, almost to the point of being annoying and Intrusive to our conversation. We left with some catalogs and a few print outs of some of our favorites. As I promised, I emailed the associate(fairly certain it was a manager) that same night. She asked me for dimensions of our room and a few pictures. We exchanged a few emails and I sent everything over and weeks later now, zero response or follow up. Basically never heard back from The lady after sending what she asked for. My normal reaction would be to send more emails trying to follow up but why on earth would I do that as a customer willing to pay thousands of dollars to a store that clearly doesn't value customer service. All employees I've encountered have been straight up rude and the delivery people damaged my items as well as my home (huge gash on the wall). We should have read the reviews! But we got off cheap after only being messed around for a month. We found a table that we really liked and we were told it was "in stock" but we better hurry and order because it was such a good price it would sell out quick. That was the main reason we bought the piece, even after they stuck us with an additional $149 delivery charge, I think they fly them in via drone. Then the salesperson (Dana) worked us over like Mike Tyson trying to get us to order a couple chairs at a thousand bucks each, you know, just to save on the delivery charge. I don't mind her trying to up-sell, but she pumped smoke about the delivery to our home in only about three weeks: 2 weeks to get it from the factory to Denver and then about another week to get it delivered to our home, you have to charge up the drone after all. We waited about 3 weeks with no call, so I called them. The first person who answered said it looked like the table was damaged in shipping so we would not get it until January or February, but Dana would call later in the afternoon. That never happened so I called the next day, an assistant manager told me he had no idea how we got the impression the table was in stock and the delivery was expected in January. He offered a refund, and since the whole situation sounded so routine to this guy, and my BS meter was going off, I took it. Then I saw the reviews on yelp, and realized I got off cheap by only wasting a month with these people. They should talk to old Jake Jabbs, he may have his issues, but at least he knows you have to deliver a product to make money. I bought a bed in January in the Park Meadows store the sales person ordered the wrong mattress insert and the first delivery to my house didn't include the platform for the bed frame. I called the manager he took care of the insert told me the platform would come in the end of March. I called again now it is mid April. I can't get what I ordered. I am giving up. 4 months for a new bed frame sounds like an unreasonable timeline for a new bed. If the sales person told it took this long, I would have walked out of the store. read more

I have purchased many items from Arhaus. Couches, beds, chairs, lamps, vases, and pillows and throws. Every item I have purchased has been beautifully made and added so much style to our home. It is my "go-to" for all our furniture needs. Julia, at Park Meadow Plaza is a stellar associate. I highly recommend her service. The sales designer, Michael has been great but the management, quality, delivery, and quality control has been barely 2 stars. The store looks great and high end but don't be deceived. We knew we had to wait 6-8 months for 2 leather chairs. At month 10 and 2 trips to the store, Michael was able to get a discount because the chairs sat in NC waiting for parts. As delivery was set up, once for 9:30--11:30 then canceled for 2-4 we were excited to finally have chairs to sit on. Not a good sign when the delivery driver asks you to come see the chairs and says, " I don't think you will want these." Both had been dragged at some point and the leather was scratched and ripped off in the corners. I called the store but could not get any manager to call me back. I called again at 5:15 and the manager , Mimi, avoided my call by telling the clerk that conceirge service would be calling in a day or two. No one wants to talk in person and answer our questions. In fact, you can walk the entire store without engaging in any sales help. I can only imagine that appointments are set up in advance and drop-in trade is mostly ignored. Stopped in there a few years ago when we were purchasing for a whole house and struggled to have someone answer questions on a table.
