My wife and I went here on Sunday because we have been on a mission to find something for our covered front porch since early spring. And obviously we have been coming up empty handed. We had been in here a couple of years ago but I spaced it out. When we entered I remembered one thing about the previous visit, this place is high end. They have some really, really nice furniture. And when you get top of the line furniture, it is going to cost you. After looking around for a few moments we were approached and asked if we would like any help. We mentioned that we were just looking. She told us to let her know if she could help just let her know. So we browsed for a bit and ended up having some questions so we asked her for some help, which she did. Super knowledgeable. We found a set of tall chairs that have a table in the center that can be removed if you prefer. What else is cool about it is all the different colors you can get, and it is made of all recycled plastic bottles (except the screws of course). We decided on a set of colors and decided to order it. Of course when you select anything other than the one that is displayed on the floor it is a special order, ours should be 4-6 weeks. As we were working on the order we discovered the lady helping us was in fact the owner. No wonder she was so knowledgeable. We had a great conversation with her, she was very cordial. If you can afford top of the line and want lots of options (and I think they offer a design consultant), I would recommend checking them out. read more

We went ion there looking for some patio furniture. We wanted to get some better than average furniture and was told this is a good place to look. There was (2) Two employees and (2) two other customers in the store, we made (3) three. The employees greeted the others like they knew them, friendly asking question what they were looking for. We weren't acknowledged at all. I know I don't look like I have money, but I did go to American Furniture and spend over $2K on patio furniture. So their loss. The items in the store are very $$$$. You can tell this store is there for older folks with extra money. So let me save you the time and just go to American Furniture. read more

VerandaBlue - We love our new patio - Outdoor Furniture Stores Near Me - Lone Tree, Colorado

So this store is very attractive upon entry. There are tons of really neat patio options. We are a young couple getting ready to close on a new house, and I think the salesperson smelled fresh, vulnerable meat immediately. There was a table and chairs set we gravitated to that was apparently the last of its kind, a "for sale" floor model. The saleswoman raved of its durability as I questioned the dents in it. She claimed it must have happened in shipping, that the imperfections weren't that visible and no, hail and other hazards could not damage it further. Still interested because of the great price, I asked if their people could gently knock out the dents. The answer was no. Despite the heavy pressure from the sales pitch, I'm REALLY glad we left to contemplate the purchase. The more I thought of the condition of the item and the pushiness, the more relieved we didn't move forward. I will not be venturing back to Veranda Blue- I don't like being made to feel like I'm "missing out" or being taken advantage of. read more

It is disheartening to say this is the worst customer service of any business I have worked with in my life. We looked at patio furniture for almost a year prior to deciding on chairs we loved. The person who took are order was friendly and helpful with choosing the colors and told us 6 week delivery. After 2 months when we called to check on them they said they have no idea when they would be, maybe a month. So 4 months go by and I call; the manager says they received a message that it could be another month. I asked her why we were not communicated with? I said text, email, call anything would be appreciated. She said just give me your cc and I'll refund you. I said no, I would like the chairs but would appreciate communication. 7 weeks later we call to check and they say, oh they came in last week. Again no call to either # they had, it was 2 weeks to deliver and the accessories were not there. Delivery men were awesome as said they would let them know. So 6 weeks later, my husband calls to check and she says, yeah, I know they weren't delivered and he asked for an ETA; she said no idea. Again, no apology, discount, offer of something else. I know things are delayed with COVID; I would only ask for them to be kind or respectful and communicate information. read more

Amazing Customer Service. We had an issue with one of the products we ordered. The owner took care of it immediately even though it wasn't their fault (Manufacturer Defect). We will be buying all our outdoor furniture from Veranda Blue because we know that if we run into an issue, they will make it right. Unfortunately, that's rare these days. read more

I ordered patio furniture on June 6th. Today is Aug. 11th and still no furniture and no ETA. I don't recommend VerandaBlue. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Great showroom with quality products. Sales associate was very nice and knowledgable on the items in store. Good location over by the big Home Depot behind Kirklands. Special orders here take 8-10 weeks or so because all the furniture is made here in the U.S. and a few pieces are imported from Italy. I suggest trying it out if you want to see some nice patio options! read more

Like Adam H I had the same problem with Veranda Blue. We ordered really nice patio furniture on March 21st. We were patient because of Covid but it is now August 26 and I just cancelled our order and asked for a refund. We live at altitude and our season is short. The manufacturer hasn't shipped yet, so by the time we get our order, our season will be either over or almost over, and we would have it just in time for it to get weathered and worn over the winter, without even having a chance to use it. The communication from both Veranda Blue and Telescope (the manufacturer) was awful. The first time we contacted Veranda Blue in July to inquire about our order, they said they would contact the manufacturer. We waited again, maybe a week, then we called Telescope because we figured Veranda Blue isn't following up, they wouldn't talk to us, but listened to us. Telescope called Veranda Blue and told them 3 weeks, Veranda Blue relayed the message to us. We waited and waited. The time came and went with no follow-up and no communication. We called Telescope again, this time they wouldn't talk to us again but they called Veranda Blue and told them 2 1/2 weeks. When Veranda Blue called me back they said 2 1/2 weeks and this time I asked is that guaranteed, she answered yes. Again, we waited this time for 2 1/2 weeks, today I called Telescope and again they wouldn't talk to me but they did call Veranda Blue and said it will go out Friday or Monday. Needless to say, I was livid. I called Veranda Blue about their lack of follow-up and poor, at best, communications. The owner said I will not be yelled at, and gave me my money back, then hung up on me. I have been the owner of 2 thriving businesses and I learned early on that when a customer is mad, especially when it is justified, you do what you can to take care of them and you listen to them. As the owner it is your job to take the heat and fix the problems. Since she didn't want to take the heat, I am venting on here. If it costs her some business, it is her fault. read more
