We stopped in Arhaus to look at the furniture they had to offer after receiving a catalog in the mail. Their design room gave us lots of wonderful ideas for our own home. All of the furniture they have is very unique and luxurious. We ended up not purchasing any pieces while we were here, but may go online to see if they have more products available online. The sales people were friendly and allowed us to look around the store and didn't try to push us into purchasing, which was nice! read more

Very unique, very eclectic. Very well made and given that combination in an era of balsa wood home furnishings, very expensive. Arhaus feels like a stroll through Frasier's living room which is not at all unpleasant. The "design consultants" (never say salesperson) are extremely knowledgeable and given the economic turbulence, delivery times were counted in weeks not months. l'll be back when there's a sale but I will be back, perhaps with Niles to properly guide my design instincts. We tried to buy a bunch of furniture from this store. After purchase we were told that the couch we selected wasn't going to be available for 6 months (maybe?). Then the bed we selected wasn't able to be delivered, despite ample room for the delivery, the delivery drivers just refused. Anyway, they have yet to refund us the money for the bed AND we were mysteriously charged another 300 dollars with no explanation. Truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs. read more

That was 2 months ago and we still don't have our furniture. it has been paid in full, yet we can't reach anyone at the Marlton NJ store. I am very disappointed with my experience with this store. No one called to tell me furniture I ordered was in. Horrible communication with store and their "concierge services" The moving company that they contract with and customers pay hundreds to get furniture delivered is the worst. They ignored my request for delivery dates, they dropped the furniture out of the truck and didn't deliver part of the order. The quality not great, cushions for upholstered pieces sloppily done, need to be sent back. Save your money, go elsewhere. read more

Purchased the Polanco Dining Table and had to wait numerous months for the delivery. Wasn't even shopping out dining tables but this table was beautiful in Marlton showroom. Paired it with the Kirsten nomad snow dining chairs as displayed in store. Chairs were available well before table but chose to wait for complete delivery. Here's the beef...after first table delivery, had to call and return upon further inspection days later after noticing edge of table had small chip in it. Store promptly replaced. Second same model table had many chips starting to appear weeks after arrival between the edges where mosaic pieces joined. Called to replace again and was told they'd take it back but this would be last time. Third time table started to chip in numerous places as well. Note: all 3 tables were not used much or abused in any manner. Have now waited for three separate deliveries and tipped 3 times (not delivery guys fault). Here's the upside; store manager Melissa went above and beyond customer service wise and we replaced table with the Saint Germain Dining Table with Clement Base. Table arrived quickly and very happy with purchase now although a tad bit smaller width wise in dimensions. This marble table looks beautiful and not worrying about actually using the table for what it's meant for. Melissa also refunded us some $$ to make up for the bad experience and multiple tipping. Not looking to complain here, just share info with other folks that this Polanco table is beautiful but definitely has some quality design flaws. Chairs are super comfortable and holding up well so far. read more

Do not Buy from Arhaus. They do NOT stand behind their products even if you buy the EXTRA SERVICE PLAN. I filed a claim for an Ottoman that I purchased not even a year ago and they are now claiming that this "built up over time" and will not honor the extra protection plan that I purchased. read more

The challenge with Arhaus is not selecting the furniture.... the challenge is trying to get what you ordered actually delivered! We placed our order on May 6th. We ordered 1 in stock item and another item that would take 7 weeks to deliver. The in stock item took a month to get delivered. But on the day of delivery, the delivery was canceled because the truck was full. We were promised a refund for the delivery fee. But that was now over a month ago, so I doubt I will ever see the $299. They ended up delivering the table two days later. We've been calling every week for the remainder of our order. We are now 10 weeks from our order date and just received an email that is is ready to deliver. Called to deliver and they said it will be another week until it is shipped to the warehouse. They can't schedule a real delivery to my home until the warehouse receives it. This company is a joke. If you want a nice peaceful experience... SKIP Arhaus. I still need more furniture for my home but I'm not even looking at this place. Whoever manages their deliveries needs to be fired. read more

This store is spacious, beautifully decorated, and staff is incredibly welcoming. I live in NYC but I happened to be in the area so was thrilled to scoop up some really unique goodies. They even offered to ship what I bought. Have a look at the website for the look of what they carry but I must say it's much nicer to browse in person. At first our experience was good with them, until they didn't deliver a sofa in a timely manner. We ordered and payed for it in October and told we weren't going to get it until May. I was agreeable to this given the current economic state of many businesses due to covid shut downs. To this date, we have received a few items, unfortunately we order two Sofa with the same material and we only received one. I have inquired weekly with the store manager, Christine who repeatedly lies and tells me it's coming and when the date comes and goes, I still do not have a answer or any true customer service respect about the companies delay of this product. I'm disgusted at this point that this company basically has brushed us off and will not try to amend or compensate due to their error and lack of communication with us about the timing of when we will receive our Sofa. I was just told that now it's back ordered until the middle of July, which means probably the end of July beginning of August for an ordered placed in October! Unacceptable and disgusting. I have never been to Arhaus before. After researching the site when I returned home, I realized there is one in Manhattan, I just never visited the store. It was an interesting place and felt like Restoration Hardware on steroids. And the place is big for a store in a shopping center! If you like rustic style furniture at Restoration Hardware, you can find it at Arhaus. On top of that, you can find very random/interesting things that you would never see at Restoration Hardware (i.e. tiny deer head coat racks or a life size chicken coup with ceramic chickens). The prices are out of my range but it was really fun to walk through the store. And everyone is very helpful (Steve was able to answer all my questions). Definitely worth visiting if you are in the Promenade shopping center! read more

I am not a fan of the customer service of this location at all. Its as if they don't have an actual interest in selling their products. Their other locations are much better. We weren't even initially told of new movers 10% discount. We have purchased a lot of items from Arhaus since we love the furniture but I hesitate making purchases at this location since i feel like they don't really give the same discounts and aren't as friendly. With such high prices and long waits for the furniture to be ready I expect better customer service. read more

They offer 6 months free interest minus 3 months in production (you pay when you placed the order) actually you only get 3 months free interest (after you received the order) and the reward takes 4 months to get it. They mixup the production dead line. When they call for delivery date and they mixup again. I call back and they have no idea why my order was not on deliver truck. Be prepared! read more

I love all the furniture in the Arhaus store. I specifically wanted a piece of furniture that was unique and found the industrial crank desk at Arhaus. The desk looks superb. As much as I like the furniture at Arhaus I don't think I will ever purchase another item from them. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. Ordered chairs in Feb and was fully prepared to wait the 12 weeks to get them. Received a call to schedule delivery, paid for them in full, rearranged business meetings to receive them, sat around and waited for a delivery that never came. When I finally called yo inquire about the status, no one called back which necessitated another call on my part, only to find out that the chairs weren't on the truck because the material was back ordered. Called the store to inquire what happened. Received a message that they didn't know what happened and that they would call me back. They never called me back. I called the store again and this time I was told the chairs were scheduled for delivery on 5/20, no one scheduled that with me. When I told the person on the phone I was not available she offered another day that I was not. I told her I wasn't sure I even wanted the chairs. She then had the audacity to tell me to just forget about what happened and move on and accept delivery! Seriously? How ignorant can you be? Don't waste your time, I won't be going back. Any future purchases will be with Ethan Allen, they treat their customers with respect! read more

What you see is not always what you get. The dinning room table color/wash of the floor model and catalogue was way different from what was delivered to me (Luciano table). The floor sample/catalogue picture shows a weathered look, a nice match with the Adele chairs. I received a solid yellow table that clashed with the chairs. I was disappointed that I had to fight so hard to resolve the issue. I asked them to replace my new table with the floor sample (that was over two years old and had visible defects in it) because it was a better color match with my non-returnable, non-refundable custom made Adele chairs from Arhaus. After much back and forth, Arhaus agreed to let me have the floor sample table, not at a discount. After making the point that second-hand merchandise should have a second-hand price tag, they agreed to let me have the floor sample at a discount. However, I still came out behind, as I had to pay a second delivery charge of $125, which was not completely offset by the discount. The day the new/old table was finally delivered, the company called towards the end of my time window to say they would be at my house in an hour. Nearly two hours had passed and I did not get the courtesy of a phone call to say that they were running even later than expected. Inconsistent with the "white glove" service they boast. I found this whole experience to be aggravating. I'm sorry to say that I won't be trusting or recommending Arhaus in the future. read more
