This furniture has beautiful pieces that you can purchase without interest for 12 months. Yes, if you pay it off within a year no interest. First the parking lot is huge and so it the store. Mrs. Lori greater me immediately with a warm, pleasant and authentic smile. She asked what I was looking for and if she could him me. She directed me exactly where I needed to be so no roaming around to find the furniture pieces I want to purchase in the near future. Lori returned exactly when I was done which lets me know she knows her craft. I showed her my interested and shared what I was attempting to achieve and she's recommended a rug to bring it all together. She walked me in the direction of the rugs where I met Will. Will was so chill and highly knowledge about rugs as well as bringing my ideas together. He walked me through the plushest rugs to Armenian rugs ( I may wrong this type of rug) Nevertheless I have to say he sold me on a couple of options. This means I can get everything I want at one store for a reasonable price and excellent quality. I'm definitely returning to get my furniture and rug from this specific store. read more

The finish on the sectional we purchased starting rubbing off only 2 years after we purchased it. The sectional is not used daily. I purchased an expensive warranty and they wouldn't cover it! In my opinion the color of the leather should not be rubbing off after 2 years unless there was some damage or spill. It just rubbed off from sitting on it. I will never buy another piece of furniture from here. I have found Raymour & Flanigan is superior with their furniture quality and warranty. read more

We recently purchased a sofa sectional, a bedroom set (dresser/ 2 night stands/ and bed frame with headboard), and a mattress from this location. While the service in store was great (looking back it was probably because they wanted to make the sale only and didn't care about us the customer), the after service has been below standard care. My first delivery was over 2 hours late. The first time slot was a 4:00 to 6:00 PM delivery, then I received a phone call that they would be an additional 30 to 45 minutes late. Today, after spending 30 minutes trying to get through to the store, and through the automated system, the store manager then spent 20 minutes belittling me. While the issue I was calling about was my own issue, the store manager had no right to belittle me as a customer. There was a miscommunication about when items would be charged, and the sales associate and the store policy to state that customers will be charged day of delivery. However, I was charged 5 days later, which affected the rest of my payments for the month. After explaining the situation to the store manager, she proceeded to tell me that they're not responsible for when items are charged, they can't do or help in anyway, and that I should take better care of my finances (in so many words)... Here's a thought Macy's, how about the stores, the sales associates, and the managers all get on the same page about company policy. Because I followed up with customer service rep through Macy's, who stated that no sales associate should ever promise a customer they will be charged 'day of delivery'. Again, the issue is mine and mine along, however, what truly upsets me is Macy's lack of accountability in what they say to their customers. How can one person say one thing is the policy and a store manager say another? This is on top of half of my items not being available till Feb. 28th. I guess I'll be waiting another 3 hours on day of delivery, and another 5 days to be charged again. read more

Not sure why Macys should get 1 star but I had to give our sales associate something. She was very nice and professional. She told us we would get the white glove treatment meaning the delivery guys would have white gloves on which never occured. On the otherhand the customer service for Macys is some of the worst customer service I have in a very long time. We purchased our dining room table and 8 chairs in early 2021. Was to recieved the set May 4th. Later we get a noticed telling us they are sorry but the set won't be available until August 2021. Later on we get a notice that the set would be delivered 6/19/21. On 6/18 we recieved a call saying the entire set was not coming in so they put what was available on hold. Nothing was delivered but we were charged for the table top and base because the warehouse said it was delivered which it was not. Then we get noticed that on July 1 we will have another delivery. Chairs came, table top came but no base. Now the supervisors for the warehouse told me it will take 3 to 5 days to research this issue. What a serious mess Macys has become read more

We've bought nearly all of the furniture for our new home at Macy's. A three-piece bedroom set, mattress and box spring, sectional sofa and, most recently, all of our patio furniture. When you walk through the doors, you will be pounced on immediately by a salesperson. That said, everyone we worked with was pleasant and helpful. Pro tip: have an idea of what you are looking for from the start by browsing online first - it really does make things easier once you have to start making decisions. The most frustrating part of the experience is placing the order only to find out that your furniture is on back-order and won't be delivered for a month or longer. I'm STILL waiting on my couch and bedroom furniture that I ordered a month ago. Fortunately, the patio furniture I ordered this week is in stock and being delivered next week. And we received our mattress/box spring just days after the order and we have been very happy with that. Always look for deals like free delivery with a minimum purchase, sale periods and also rebates in the form of Macy's gift cards, which we received from our mattress and applied towards another order. read more

The customer service at the store located in Mapleshde Township was horrible. The salesperson, named Dave, left me at the register to attend to another customer. Now mind you I am spending over $2000, and he felt it was necessary to leave a paying customer for more than 25 minutes to attend to another customer. There is absolutely no benefit to purchasing anything in store versus on line. The sales people can only tell you the price and process your order. There are no bargains or deals or expertise on what to buy. Recently I purchased a sectional that was close to $2000.00. My sales rep advised that since the sectional was on a 2 month back order that I could get a discount on the ottoman delivery when the time came. Thats was a lie! She had total amnesia when I called up and inquired if this was back in stock 6 weeks later. I've never been to any type of sales based business that said I can do nothing for you so much in my life. Save the hassle and just purchase online, there is no additional value to be had here. read more

We purchased two new mattresses and one base at Macy's in Cherry Hill. Jack our sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. My husband who is a is a disabled veteran and myself find it difficult to get into the bed with the 10 inch base. We called the next day to try and Exchange for a lower profile base. We understood we would have to pay a delivery charge of $65. Macy's told us that we would have to pay $185 restocking fee plus delivery this is unacceptable we have spent more than $20,000 in the past two years at Macy's and we expected better. The chairs we selected are perfect for the family room we have newly renovated. Never thought we'd get leather but they are truly beautiful and protected for five years against any kind of damage including tears, stains, pet damage. Can't beat it. The delivery guys were hear right on time and couldn't have been more respectful of my home and my new purchases. They worked really well together and truly seemed to be enjoying their work. I tipped each of them well and without hesitation. This is our second purchase from this store and will travel again from the Main Line across the bridge when we need another piece. read more

On 3/12, an order consisting of a headboard, bed and bench was attempted to be delivered. During the attempt to get the headboard into the house, the deliverymen caused multiple dents, slashes and drywall damage (on top of 1 deliveryman without shoe covers as I had requested and expected and no covering on the floor). Upon inspection of the damage, the deliverymen informed me that Macy's would send someone to fix the damage in my brand new home (said it was documented, we both took pictures, deliverymen also texted additional pictures to me). Upon connecting with Macy's customer service today (3/14), I was told that Macy's does NOT send out a contractor but rather provides a check to cover the cost (assuming your deliverymen are not up to date on your policies and deceiving customers). I have spent thousands recently at Macy's to furnish my new home and had recently had a great delivery experience. The delivery experience from 3/12 was horrendous and nothing was "white glove" about it. I have been a loyal Macy's customer for years and am strongly questioning ever purchasing future items and sharing my experience with my network. To agree on a check amount, I will have to take 2 days off of work (1 for an estimate, and 1 for the actual repairs. I will have to provide materials for the repairs and pay for labor on top of this. As this is a recently completely brand new home, I will now need to also contract the painters to come back and repaint with the appropriate color. I followed up on 3/14 and 3/15 and was told this was escalated to the warehouse and they would return my call in 24 hours. As of Tuesday, 3/19, I have not heard back anything from Macy's, further adding to this awful customer service. read more

Selection was limited and no customers at all in the 2 hours or so we spent in the store. Yet the salesperson was keeping us waiting 10 mins, and was condescending and belittling and Ill informed, You'd think they would have exceptional customer service given how empty the place tends to be! We went to Raymour and Lazyboy and got the best sales people, selection, and better prices at Raymour and Flanagan. Plus Macy's charges a lot more for delivery. Never going back again! read more

After paying over $900 for an accent chair, 3 years later the stuffing in the arm is non-existent. I bought the Worry-no-more coverage, but of course this is not covered. Now 1 year later the stitching is actually coming undone at the base of the chair. Needless to say, worry-no-more does not cover this. Rip, tear, sure... stitching coming undone, nope. So I called Macy's... because the warranty is out of date (1 year), they don't care. So they sell a chair to a childless home, the chair slowly falls apart and there is nothing they care to do about it. I just feel like Macy's should have better quality furniture. Guess I was wrong. Never overpaying for furniture from them again! read more

I will start by saying I have never written a review before.. let alone a bad one but I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. With this being said I have bought other furniture at Macy's and have sent other people there.. because I do like their selection. I purchased a bed and a storage bench in 12/26 and was told the bed was "in the warehouse" but the bench was on back order. Ok.. so 1/3 was the 1st date for delivery that I received. So we rushed the remodel and got rid of all of our furniture. January 3rd came and went as did 5 more delivery dates I was given after that. The bed finally arrived 2/11 but something didn't seem right. The king mattress had an 8 inch gap. I assumed it was my mattress. Went to the store and spoke to the sales women Jean who sold me the bed.. her solution? Center my mattress so I had 4 inches at the top and 4 at the bottom!!! Turns out after I measured and questioned her she ordered me a California king bed. Ok.. everyone makes mistakes (even if she wouldn't own up to it) and ordered the correct size. Was given 5 more dates and finally arrived 3/14. Also they are not adaptable.. requested delivery not be during a certain time period.. but it was so I had to have a friend sit there. The delivery guys (did not speak English) were missing 6 screws needed for the storage drawer.. my husband ran out and bought them. And to make it worse they're telling me my payment is past due.. tried to explain I wasn't paying until the correct bed was delivered but they didn't care. So if you don't care when your furniture arrives.. Macy's is your store. For me? I won't step foot back in there read more

Very happy with our purchases at this store. I liked going here because they are not pushy, some furniture store sales people can be annoying. Not here, they let you look and then just ask if you have any question. We ordered a sofa in 2014 and sofa, love seat and coffee table in 2016. They were delivered when promised and the delivery guys put everything together and very careful of your home too, laid out stuff on carpet, had booties over their shoes, etc. I highly recommend. read more

My wife and I ordered a new headboard to go with our kingsize mattress purchase about six weeks ago. The saleswoman was and has been great in her attempt to help us. The problem for us is that no one knows where the headboard is. Supposedly it is on a truck at their furniture warehouse, but nobody can find it. For a retailer like Macy's to keep a customer waiting this long is outrageous. Talked to customer service a few times but they are useless. With service like this, I would suggest not shopping at this Macy's. read more
