At Aria Gelato, the pistachio flavor is a standout delight that captivates with its creamy texture and rich, nutty taste. Each spoonful of pistachio gelato at Aria is a heavenly indulgence, transporting your taste buds to Italy's sun-kissed orchards. Whether enjoyed on its own or as part of a decadent dessert, Aria's pistachio gelato is sure to leave a lasting impression and a craving for more. Also tried their food for take out as the restaurant is usually packed for dinner.

Came back for the pasta negra. I remember it to be more flavorful. Pizzas were okay. Service was okay. We were on the second floor of the next building. Also Aria's. AC was good.

This place went down the drain. 1. My two appetizers came after the main course, and one was completely the wrong dish. 2. The Meat Sauce Lasagna had no meat. 3. Sparkling water with no spark, they gave me a bottle of plain water. 4. The Filet mignon was more like a fatty strip steak. 5. I was missing my dessert and cappuccino. They still tried to charge for my missing dessert, cappuccino, and Sparkling water, but gave up after I ask them to show me the coffee cup on my table and told them to read the bottle label. I think the people running this place now have the attitude that we are just tourists and will not be back so who cares about service or the food they give us. Well they are right about one thing, I will not be back here.

This is an Italian cuisine restaurants on white beach in Boracay at the end of D Mall in station one of Boracay island. The chef is Italian I learned later and he said they serve average 700 plates night. The food in this area is delicious compared to many other restaurants do at the Philippines, especially in provinces. The pricing is relatively reasonable. Because the restaurant is on the beach it's very breezy. They also have air-conditioning. And you get an incredible beach view. The food has a lot of flavor. And if you are used to getting Italian food in the Philippines, this is by far the best standalone restaurant I've been to. Although the main cities do have some really good chain restaurants. The food is served more American style in that it's not al dente and it's particularly flavorful with seasoning. Even if you compare it to many Italian restaurants in the US, you're going to find a comparable to many of them or better. It's definitely better than the strip mall Italian restaurants that populate the US to sell pizza and pasta. And it's definitely better than anything you'll be finding in the Philippines in most cases. They have a wood fire pizza that was very delicious. I had a nice then crash on the cross tasted good. And this is one of the few Italian restaurants I've been to where I actually had an experience better than what I typically would have an Italian restaurant in the US. What I really liked about it was that there was so much flavor in the pasta that I had which was the penne Arrabiata and I also went through a second time at night, and had a pepperoni and cheese pizza from the wood fire grill. The pizza wasn't blackened, and the crust is very soft. Are usually don't eat the crust, but in this particular restaurant, it was flavorful and soft enough that I enjoyed it. Overall, if you just wanna have a nice Italian meal, I don't think you're gonna have a bad experience here if you have any experience going to strip malls in America or most Italian restaurants in the Philippines, including the big chain here called shakeys. Having visiting and lived in the Philippines of the last 23 years, I've been to many many restaurants. The food at this particular area is particularly good. It's consistently good in restaurants. And if you have any experience is traveling around and being disappointed by restaurants, here, in the different cities in the Philippines, you will be pleasantly surprised here. Also, I include my server in the photo and he was very nice and did a wonderful job.

This restaurant that serves Italian Cuisine is right on the beach, so it is breezy and has an ambiance that whets your appetite. The pictures of the their dishes by the entrance is what enticed us to walk in. I enjoyed the flavors of Italy, but I was not too impressed with their dishes. The focaccia bread was cold. The salad was 80% lettuce, but a few anchovies and cheese slices made it much better. Their calamari was exceptionally good, but mayo for a dip? The seafood pasta was bland. I should have just ordered pasta with marinara.or Fettuccine alfredo. It is our first meal in Boracay and that set the mood for the culinary tourism.which we are about to embark.

Don't go here! Service is bad. Food is even worse. The calamari is dry and hard to swallow. Pasta is over cooked. Bruschetta is normal white bread with weird toppings. There lots of good restaurants in Boracay, this isn't one of them.

    Fried calamari -- pretty good

A good Italian restaurant with a lovely beach front view! My family came here to eat for dinner in the midst of the rainy season. We went at the tail end of the mini storm and we were lucky that they could accommodate our large group of 11 so quickly--it was in their 2nd floor dining area. It was a closed room with windows so we had a view of the ocean and no risk of getting wet! Our big group needed to split the bill and the waitress was very accommodating to do so easily! The food came out within a good time and no one was waiting that long. I got fried calamari for an appetizer and split the Hawaiian pizza with my mom. The calamari could have been a little more seasoned but otherwise it was yummy & cooked fresh. The pizza was delicious! For those who like a buttery cheese, this is it! I'm not sure if it's because we skipped lunch to play on the beach and our resort's pool, but this dinner was one of the best we had during this trip!

I cannot believe there are under 5 reviews here! Aria Cucina Italiana has been here for the longest time how can it only have under 5 reviews??? I can't remember how long ago but it has been one of the anchor restos of D'Mall. Let's face it - the location gets all the tourists because it is smack right at the front of the left-most entrance of D'Mall and sits right along the walkway. At lunchtime it is completely packed inside and out. At dinnertime, it is even busier when they open the dining area on the other side of the walkway closer to the beach. So the best time to eat here is not during peak hours (12pm or 6pm). On a hot day, the inside can really heat up as the slow-moving ceiling fans don't really do any justice. Order a cold drink and that will take care of the heat. At times you can have a nice breeze passing through but you will also have a nice whiff of the smokers sitting alongside the outside tables. So the service - Can be either fast or slow. If it's new staff then they are completely clueless. I make it a point of following up with newbie staff every ten minutes during busy dining times. If I get the Bambi-in-headlights look after the first follow-up then I get the attention of the floor supervisor. The food - Ahhhh the pizzas and pastas are delicious here! Hard to choose from but I have already picked out my favourites. Margherita Pizza (P410) - My absolute favourite. They always make it just right. Could use a little more basil but at least the entire pizza is cooked well. Aglio Olio (P360) - Order up this pasta dish and share with everyone at the table. It's not drenched in olive oil and it might have a little heat from the pepper flakes. Al Fume (P440) - Thick penne noodles with an equal amount of sauce, cheese, and bacon. Gnocci Alla Sorrentina (P480) - My first time trying it! Little pieces of chewy potato chunks topped with a melted cheese. Delicious! I hear a lot of people giving Aria a hard time about some of their dishes and service. I think people have to remember is that this is an Italian restaurant in an Asian tropical vacation spot. Most people are expecting the absolute perfect Italian experience and they are expecting the best service in the world because they are on vacation. Perhaps if expectations are kept a little lower then people won't actually think they are eating in Italy. Tip: Eat here before the peak hours or mid afternoon. Keep following up with your servers. In my opinion one of the better places to grab a bite in D'Mall. Quite the tourist attraction, everyone is at this outdoor mall as it is the main stop for most resort shuttles. The food was well prepared, I was really pleased with how well my steak was cooked. Steaks have been hit and miss for me since moving here a few years ago, but this was done right and I was super happy. The mango and shrimp salad, well, just as described its a mango and shrimp salad! Also tasty, the salad isn't over dressed so you're able to get all the flavor of the shrimp and sweet mango. We had a great lunch. The location is also quite nice, on the beachfront but not on the sand, close enough to get the full effect.

I always go to Boracay every year and I won't miss Aria for dining satisfaction and superb food and service. They're authentic Italian food and hospitality keeps me coming back for more. This place is highly recommended for your Italian dining pleasure. Kudos to the manager, Marcel. Always there for more personalized and authentic customers' satisfaction.

Pretty good, but a bit too creamy.

Mom had to stop by for the latter, one of her favourite Filipino sweets traditionally sold during the Christmas season. I, myself, was a little surprised that such Filipino cakes were being offered at an Italian restaurant, but, hey, we were in a tourist area of the Philippines, so why not, I figured. After an all-day land tour of Boracay, we had some time to kill before meeting up with a friend for dinner. This is when I accompanied Mom to Don Vito Ristorante Italiano to pick up her coveted Puto Bumbong. We arrived shortly before 7:15 PM on Friday, November 15, 2024, and were seated in the front patio while we awaited the to-go order. No tables were occupied in the outdoor dining area, but I could see that there were a few customers dining inside. Overall, the venue appeared to be clean and well kept. The waitress who took our order knew that we were not staying to dine in. Still, she was kind enough to serve to us a complimentary plate of toasted bread and dipping sauce to nibble on while we awaited our one-item order. I believe that the ramekin of dipping sauce was some kind of balsamic vinegar-based dressing. I tried one bite of the bread with sauce. I was not a fan. After about a ten-minute wait, the server brought to us the order of Puto Bumbong (Php 150, 2 pcs), already boxed up for take-out. Immediately, Mom was dismayed by the shredded cheese that topped the cylindrical rice cakes. She expected them to be slathered with butter and sprinkled with sugar and coconut, just as the sign described. She was turned off by the condensed milk and grated cheese which she tried to scrape off. It was too late, though. The cakes were ruined and so was Mom's experience. The kind waitress offered to have them remade, but Mom declined because she thought that we were pressed for time. Not sure why they would add unexpected ingredients to a dish and neglect to offer the option of adding them instead of assuming that they would be agreeable to customers. Hope that the restaurant learned a lesson here. Needless to say, Don Vito's disappointed Mom big time.
