This then led to both of them needing to heat up their wax which took up more time too as the other esthetician requested some of my esthetician's wax while I awkwardly stood in the corner of the room waiting to undress. They both were very kind but it was really a let down because I was on a tight schedule today and the whole appointment took 30 minutes when it typically should take 10-15. ABOUT SERVICE: I have gotten a brazilian multiple times before at other places and have done so much research on how it is done, and the way it was being done to me was incredibly painful and caused irritation. Not only was the wax being applied while not melted enough, the esthetician was spreading the wax in all directions and lifting the stick which tugged and caused a lot of discomfort for me. She then applied a strip and pulled in all directions instead of against the grain. This caused wax to continue to stick onto my skin where she repeatedly tried to use the strip to stick and pull off wax (this caused major discomfort to me skin even after I left). After the waxing she used tweezers to get majority of the leftover hair (thankfully), but then proceeded to just put powder on my skin and said I was done. I got home with wax still sticky on my skin and discomfort when urinating and wiping even hours after the appointment. This would have been a completely different story if it was one or the other, but being late and doing an improper service really bummed me out and I hope my skin heals soon. I just really wanted good service and hope people see this and do some more research before committing!

When I called I was told only one person there can do spray tans which was a little inconvenient for scheduling. When I got there the woman told me she only had one shade--dark. I went ahead with it and it was really dark the next two days, but looked pretty good by day three. I asked the woman if she would be around the week of my wedding and she said she would. I called over three weeks early to make the appointment and was told she was off that week. When I explained my situation they had the spray tan woman call me. She said the only way she would be willing to come in that week was if someone else made an appointment. I just called Groupon and got my money back after that.

They open later in the evening so it helps with commute and traffic. There was only 1 nail tech, she was sweet and professional. We were able to hangout in the room to wait, I felt bad that my nails already had gel and had to be taken off. She had to manually brush them off since she didn't have the tool. Otherwise my nails looks great, she put a warm cloth to hydrate and clean my feet, massage, and oil my calf. Vibe is very chill and easy going.

I don't know if I should trust her to "fix" the parts I don't like, since she didn't listen to me or give me the cut that was in the photo I showed her in the first place.
