I went in for a consultation for lashes, and could tell immediately she knew her stuff. I got my lashes done the next day(3D Volume). my lashes are about a week and a half old and I haven't had more that 3-4 lashes fall out - they still look full and amazing! I also love the environment of her salon, it's clean and quiet. While I was getting my lashes done I asked Trisha about getting my brows done and ultimately decided to do my brows too because she is SO knowledgeable and clearly well-trained(not to mention talented). I mean yeah, I was nervous getting my face tattooed..it's a tattoo! But as soon as I arrived for my appointment, Trisha made me feel comfortable and answered ALL the questions I had about the color and the shape and the process and the needle(literally everything). Trisha was super patient with me and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly and showed me my brows after she did the outline, the base shading, and then after the first brow was done. I 100% recommend Trisha for lashes and permanent make up!

Stella is hilarious and was very kind to my mother (who was anxious about being berated about the state of her feet, pre-pedicure). The massage chairs were nice, and they were easy for my 8 &1/2 month pregnant self to get in and out of without too much trouble. (I also liked that the chairs push back from the tubs quite a bit so I could really stretch my legs out instead of perching like a hawk practically right on top of the pedicurist the entire time, which is very uncomfortable....Rita's.) $35 for a good 30 minute soak (with lots of bubbles!), scrub, foot and calf massage, LOTS of cuticle oil and a great paint job AND an amusing stylist with a Jersey accent? They canceled my appointment after I had to rebook it online (I have a very busy schedule and can't always find time time to rebook during their office hours) after calling on my lunch hour and not reaching them, I left a voicemail. When I got there they were unapologetic about canceling the wrong appointment and spent more than 15 minutes looking for my cancellation/voicemail or something on their phone which in that time, I could've been waxed by then. They said I had canceled it myself online (which I didn't as I advised that's why I left the voicemail explaining the situation) then said it was because I interchange my last name. I can't help it that their site uses gmail which automatically populates my maiden name. I was a repeat customer each month for waxing services but as they seemed to get more comfortable with me, the quality of the service seemed to start declining. I'd go home sometimes and still have hair where it was supposedly just waxed a few hours ago. I stayed with them out of convenience and because you get a discount for repeat wax services but I think now I will pay a little bit more for better quality. Guess you get what you pay for.

A confirmation email will get sent back with a few reminders leading up to the day. I use Erin for both balayage services and haircuts. Erin values her customers and has the cutest salon setup making everyone feel calm and relaxed. My peers couldn't tell if it was old henna or an old doodle I did myself with pen and tried to wash off. It was so incredibly embarrassing. I went in full trust to a LICENSED tattoo artist that trains others to become licensed artists yet I was did so dirty. She shouldn't be teaching others how to tattoo when she can't even do it properly herself and even just give good customer service. She did not care about me as her client what so ever. I hate looking at my hand being so badly marked up and the fact I have to walk around in public with people agreeing my artist did an awful job. When I got it touched up about 3ish weeks later my tattoo artist looked at my hand and said "oh my god it looks so beautiful! It retained so well! This is normal but the lines are beautiful" I'm not sure if she was complimenting my skin or the tattoo that was barely there. The touch up made the tattoo look way better from the start it was so pretty until it faded so badly AGAIN. I was charged almost a whole month's worth of rent and had tipped SO incredibly well that even the artist had said I tipped too well and asked if I wanted to come back and getting money back, to give a smaller tip. Seeing what the art turned out to be and fading so badly so quickly, I agree I should have tipped less. I never once got an apology and the artist refused to give me any sort of a refund. This has been THE WORST tattoo experience I have ever gone through. I have fine line tattoos and not ONCE did they fade this quickly and this badly or needed any touch ups. I have friends that have incredible beautiful fine line tattoos on their hands and fingers and feet and not once have yet needed to get a touch up. A tattoo shouldn't need to be touched up a WEEK after you got it done and the touch up shouldn't need a touch up! That's what the touch up is for. The fact that she tried to gaslight me saying it's normal for the healing process, needing multiple touch ups, which it's not normal at all. I was gaslight and made to feel like I was the problem. My needs were not satisfied and my artist was inconsiderate towards my feelings, again never apologized for anything. She never took any accountability and showed no remorse for my unsatisfied needs with her awful work. And when she was pretty much blaming me when I contacted the artist about this she didn't even spell my name correctly! So rude! She truly just didn't care at all. She made no effort at all to try and help me out. The artist did a VERY bad job with wrapping the tattoo and it had came off like the next day, pretty much blamed me for the healing process. "For all I know after care could've also not been followed". I have multiple tattoos and take care of them VERY well. For the touch up the artist said "I'm going to use a different wrap and see if that helps it stay better" what would help is to tattoo to an appropriate depth in the skin. Adding a second skin on top isn't the factor of "the ink will stay if it's on. if it comes off the tattoo will disappear" that makes no sense what so ever. And to top it all off my ID was never looked at and I was never told or offered to sign any consent forms what so ever which is so sketchy and also just so unprofessional. The pictures I'm attaching are going to show the progress of the tattoo. When it first got done, a week healed, right before it got touched up, post touch up, and week healed after the touch up. My first impression of Mya was that this is a serious businesswoman...someone who will appreciate her customers and their time. Fantastic online scheduling system-you can schedule four months in advance! Saturday appointments! You can tell Mya is very intuitive with her customers' needs. Her table is super comfortable, the music is a great mix. She uses gel eye patches to protect delicate undereye skin (very important for women of a certain age. Ahem.) Her passion for providing great service was evident after talking to her the entire appointment-I didn't fall asleep once! She washed my lashes thoroughly before the appointment and gave me care tips and pointers that I've never heard before. Best of all, my lashes look magnificent. Thick, but not over the top obvious.
