Their install team was stripping our old shingles by 6:30 am, and they were complete and perfectly cleaned up by 3:00 pm. Twelve men worked during those 8.5 hours, and Shaina stopped by twice to check on the progress. Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).
