She was very patient with me when i hadn't filled the questionnaire out completely. i was so busy with little help and all the questions were a lot, but important to help them. She didn't get angry or anything even called me the week of to prepare and finalize things. Offered advice and answered my questions. Jennifer was very responsive. Now Mia was my onsite person my day of coordinator. She was nothing short of amazing the sweetest person ever that packed a huge punch in the day. She was very responsive and handled everything that came our way with tact. She assisted with my thrown together rehearsal. My photographer was going to cancel the day before and she calmed me and even tried to work on suggestions. My Husband best man failed to show she calmed me and worked around all the changes we made last minute. She took a very good photo of my husband and I on our send off with my polaroid that i just love. She even remembered everything that i forgot. She communicated well with all my vendors and took the worrying off my shoulders. She kept us on schedule and when we veered off she reassured that it was ok. She checked in with me and my helpers and helped my step dad drape my beautiful backdrop for the wedding. We used to play here but the courts are so cracked up you never know where the ball is actually going to bounce. Court two has a crack/bump that is so big, it could be used to teach kids how to jump a mountain bike. The folks who actually still play tennis there have replaced the term "Mulligan" with "Overman." an example to be used in a sentence would be, " dude, that ball took such a weird bounce, just take an Overman" We joined Newcome so we could actually play tennis.

The group photo you referenced was clearly included in our itinerary, which highlights that you and your team did not read the timeline or wedding binder, as well as the venues itinerary. You also claim added responsibilities, yet your team did not set up anything. Our floral vendor handled all décor the night before and completed it on the wedding day. Even a simple request as placing handwritten notes is somehow a big inconvenience. Instead of taking accountability, you chose to accuse us of spreading false information and shift blame onto us. That alone speaks volumes. Brides should take caution, if something goes wrong, expect deflection rather than professionalism.

Our…read moreexperience with them was disappointing from the very beginning all the way through the wedding day. Even prior to the wedding, they constantly tried to nickel and dime us. They repeatedly pushed add-ons and kept trying to convince us to purchase extra services and items we did not need -- including things that were already clearly stated in our contract as included. It felt like every interaction involved them trying to get more money out of us rather than simply honoring what we had already paid for. On top of that, we received scam-like emails from them requesting money/gift cards. They later claimed their email had been hacked, but honestly the situation felt extremely suspicious and unprofessional, which only made us trust them less leading up to the wedding. We hired them as day-of coordinators expecting them to help ensure everything ran smoothly, but that was far from the case. They barely assisted with setup, and what they did set up was done incorrectly. The bride had to step in during setup to fix multiple things, which should never happen. We provided personal place cards and a seating chart, and those were also placed incorrectly. Another major disappointment was that they did not attend our rehearsal the night before. Every other bride I have spoken with said their day-of coordinator attended rehearsal to understand timing, cues, and logistics. It was obvious ours did not, because the ceremony procession was a complete mess. They sent the wedding party down the aisle far too quickly -- one group was still walking when the next was sent. Everything felt rushed, unorganized, and chaotic. Our officiant did not even have time to finish saying what he needed to say before they sent the groom. The event coordinator for the venue was trying to slow them down and give tips but they just disregarded anything she had to say. During cocktail hour, the husband and wife coordinators sat off to the side most of the time and contributed very little. It honestly felt like they were using our wedding as a date night instead of working. We purchased vendor meals for them, yet they still went through our buffet line and even cut in front of members of the bride's family to get food. After eating, they left and swapped out with two other "coordinators" who then helped themselves to our guest party favors/cookies. To make matters worse, the replacement coordinators completely ruined our sparkler exit. We were in the middle of our private last dance when they lit all the sparklers before we were even outside. Our videographer was still filming our dance and was not prepared, and our photographer was unable to capture the photos we wanted because the entire exit was rushed and poorly handled. Overall, this team lacked professionalism, organization, communication, and basic wedding coordination skills. Instead of reducing stress on our wedding day, they added to it significantly. From the constant upselling beforehand to the disorganization and lack of care on the wedding day, this was one of the most disappointing vendor experiences of our entire wedding. I would strongly encourage future couples to look elsewhere.

She made a 70 page PDF packet (WHAT!!!) of all the wedding venues that fit our budget and aesthetic in Austin for our budget. (We are based out of Chicago, so this was a destination wedding by all accounts.) Bethany hosted countless phone calls with myself and my partner about design palettes (she even made a slideshow for us to help visualize) and helped us through some really difficult vendors. For example, AFTER we booked a wedding venue and paid deposits, the venue CLOSED with just a few months before the big day. Bethany sprang into action and found us an even BETTER venue. Also, we booked a flight into Austin to work with a caterer, and he cancelled last minute. Bethany, again - the super hero that she is - found us a better caterer, and even scheduled a tasting during the time when the original vendor left us hanging. She came to both of our fittings, as this was a double bride ceremony. She talked me down from my personal freak-out about dress choices. She made a budget, a schedule, e-introduced all vendors, kept a very rosé-drunk "I Do Crew" (sorry about that) on task during our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner with grace and a smile. She made great suggestions (taking 15 minutes to ourselves post-vows, the flow of the wedding, etc) and was always by our side. She shoo'ed people away so we could have our last private dance, and was warm and welcoming throughout. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing she is. My husband, Phil, and I waited for 3 years for this wedding because of COVID. At first, it was going to be at Wedgewood Brittany Hill in CO, then it got cancelled because of COVID, then Wedgewood Carmel in CA when things started to reopen, and finally we moved it to Hofmann Ranch because my mom is struggling with complications from her double knee replacement surgeries that were postponed because of COVID and she couldn't fly to CA. The day before our wedding, Southwest cancelled Phil's best man's and his wife's flights, Phil's cousins' flights, and my friend's flights and my uncle had to drive all the way from San Diego the day before the wedding. We were beyond worried and devastated. Because of the Hofmann Ranch team, we felt so secure and so loved and our families and friends were able to meet each other for the first time and connect with each other. Britney thought of everything: making sure that my mom had a place to sit so that she could march with me halfway down the path of the patio deck, she held onto my train, she made a water color Phannie drink sign that was gorgeous, she made sure that we ate, she thought of every single detail and schedule change when our families kept talking and singing (this is what happens when you get a whole bunch of Filipinos together LOL), she made sure that Phil and I ate food, and there are countless other things that I am sure that we don't know about. Giving Britney my bouquet was the only way that I could say how grateful I was for creating a magical place and experience in spite of all the obstacles. Phil and I are so thrilled and feel like we were destined to be married at Hofmann Ranch. You have a special place in our hearts. I hope that your mother liked the bouquet. I have witnessed Chavah defuse and solve any issue thrown her way. She is definitely a woman with tons of experience.
