The place is beautifully decorated and it's 2 levels -- which from the street level, you'd never guess. I was taken downstairs to have a glass of water & wait while Rachael prepared the room for my treatment. The facial was incredibly relaxing & I definitely left with smoother skin. After my session she gave me a tour of the salon which I thought was very nice of her. They have 2 massage rooms ( one is set up to accommodate couples, yay!), a room for skin treatments & a room with two comfy pedicure chairs. I could just imagine that having a quiet room for a pedicure would be relaxing in itself. I'm always on the look out for new places to be coiffed so I can't wait until I need a trim or new color -- off to the Renaissance I'll go!
