I called yesterday and luckily Lindy had an appointment open today. I'm glad I made the right decision. Her office is a calming space: soft lighting, diffuser, trickling water sound. Lindy explained the process and put me at ease. She "warned" that many people fall asleep during the treatment. At first I thought "no way" but by the end I was so relaxed, I was drifting off.
