On the day of the appointment, her sister Lisa was assigned to do the massage. Lisa did an excellent job--the massage itself was relaxing and professional. However, when it came time to pay, I was told the cost was $160, not the $120 I had been quoted. I explained that I had spoken with the owner, but Lisa said, "Oh no, you had a 2-hour deep tissue massage--that's $160." I was surprised by the $40 difference, especially since I had only brought $190 with me. I ended up giving a $30 tip and left, but I felt misled. I even took a photo of their posted prices: 30 min - $50 60 min - $80 90 min - $110 Based on that pricing structure, a 120-minute massage should logically be around $140, not $160. This inconsistency is the reason I'm writing this review. I've referred this place to many people because of the quality of the massages, but this experience has made me lose trust. I will never go back! I hope they clarify their pricing and ensure better communication moving forward.
