Updated Review:…read more After LaserAway's public response stating someone would contact me within 24 hours, no one ever did. I still had to send 5+ emails and call the store over 10 times to get any response. I wanted to wait before writing this because I don't think one bad experience should define an entire business. Unfortunately, I've now had multiple negative experiences at LaserAway across different services. During my Botox appointment, my injector told me I could buy Botox from China and learn how to inject myself via TikTok. Given that this is a medical aesthetic treatment and I had just paid a significant amount of money, this comment was extremely concerning. After I asked her not to say that, the appointment ended in silence and she left the room. During Clear + Brilliant treatments, I experienced constant upselling. I declined laser hair removal multiple times, explaining that I was saving money for my wedding. Despite that, I received more than 10 promotional text messages encouraging me to move forward anyway. Four days later, I woke up at 6:00 AM to an invoice for $1,500 for laser hair removal services I never agreed to. I had to contact the office repeatedly to have it removed. I also question the value of the facials offered. One Hydrafacial lasted approximately 15 minutes, followed by a short red light mask, and I saw no noticeable improvement. The service felt rushed given the cost. While I'll finish the package I already paid for, I won't be returning.

At first I had to apply for a loan for services. After I was approved they sold me the most…read moreexpensive laser hair removal package they could. A few days later I called to request a refund. They told me no problem someone would call me in a few days to reverse the loan and refund services. Since then they have ignored me completely. I do not recommend going to this company for anything they bait customers for loan sharks then claim all sales final.

I went in for a brow and lash tint. I signed all of the consent forms and toxic reaction warnings…read morebefore I arrived. The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

I was offered a complimentary drink there even though I was just waiting for my girlfriend and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend coming here for your beauty needs!

I've been going to Brooke for a few years now and she just moved to Hazel and Harley. I had my…read morefirst visit to the salon last week. The location is really great. It's a neighborhood vibe with a few restaurants, breweries, and shops nearby. Plenty of neighborhood street parking around it. The salon is cute. Spacious, lots of plants and sunlight. They carry a ton of products you can purchase. I would recommend this salon to anyone and especially Brooke. She does amazing blonding work. I'm a brunette and she was blonding me for a while. She is an expert and I trust her opinions. I got a gloss this time and my blowout looked amazing after.

If you're looking to transform your hair from water to H2O, this salon has you covered. Add wasted…read moretime, money, and sanity to the mix, and you've got the full Hazel & Harley experience, fully hosted by hairstylist Brandon. My initial hair consultation with Brandon felt warm and professional. We discussed my hair history and goals, and after sharing a reference photo, we aligned on a balayage service. I paid a cash deposit and left genuinely excited, counting down the days for a much-needed change. Unfortunately, that excitement was short-lived. On the day of the service, Brandon's demeanor was completely different. He was quiet and disengaged. Halfway through the process, I noticed things looked off, his technique didn't resemble any balayage I'd received in the past. My hair was minimally foiled or layered. I showed him the reference photo again, hoping to steer things back on track, but by the time he finished, the results were miles away from what we discussed. The service felt rushed and careless. I left the salon looking nearly identical to how I walked in, aside from a slight root color correction. When I voiced my concerns, Brandon admitted he had rushed the service due to overbooking. We discussed a follow-up appointment to get it fixed, which he framed as a "complimentary touch-up" though let's be honest, it was clearly a redo for a poorly executed job. Still, I gave him another chance, hoping he'd take the opportunity to deliver the quality he had originally promised. Spoiler alert: he didn't. Brandon kept rescheduling the follow-up, often at the last minute. I rearranged work, childcare, and personal plans to accommodate his availability, only to be canceled on without proper notice. Rightfully, I decided not to pursue another attempt. The work should've been done properly the first time, and I no longer had time to waste. Brandon agreed to issue a refund, which at that point felt like the bare minimum. But even that turned into a drawn-out hassle. Communication with him became frustrating and, frankly, bizarre. Instead of taking responsibility for a service he had already acknowledged was rushed and not up to his own standards, Brandon had the audacity to reframe the situation in his favor. He prioritized only his time and implied the issue was with my hair. He portrayed the refund as some kind of generous favor, claiming that other stylists wouldn't have even offered one. Apparently, I was expected to be grateful and wait patiently on his terms and timeline. This entire ordeal has been unnecessarily long and deeply frustrating. I've allowed more than enough time for a professional resolution. The salon has ignored the issue entirely and taken zero responsibility. How this has been handled speaks volumes about their professionalism or lack thereof, and how little they truly value the customer experience. Honestly, I still can't tell what was more overdone, Brandon's ego or audacity. Either way, both came through loud and clear... unlike the balayage!
