My husband and I chose to use Aristocat Transportation for a trip we took flying out of DTW. This will be the way we go from now on! The driver arrived early, it was raining, he loaded our luggage and held an umbrella for us as we entered the luxury suv. The vehicle was clean and had waters, tissues, magazines and even candy. It was so relaxing to enjoy my husbands company instead of fighting traffic on the way to a busy airport. We were dropped off and helped with our luggage again. When we returned the driver again was early, we had no waiting. He was easy to reach and texted us his location. Definitely a pleasant experience! read more

Hats off to Aristocat Limousine located in the Detroit Area. I had scheduled a conference in Late January of 2018 with approximately 225 attendees. Aristocat was recommend to us by the hotel. The staff from the start to the finish of the conference was right on the money, from making Aristocat Limousine reservations to delivering the passengers to the hotel it was flawless and painless. The reservations staff took my manifest grouping those that could be grouped and scheduled single transfers for all the arrivals and departures. I did final confirmations with the staff on the morning of the move and they did the rest with the changes that were made due to weather. The chauffeurs were knowledgeable and very professional. Riding on my motorcycle next to one of their cars, he changes lanes right into me, honking the horn while hitting the brakes doesn't slow him down. After I barely get behind him, he keeps moving over like I want there, no turn signal or anything. It was Michigan license number DA 21235. I would never want to ride in a car with such reckless drivers, nor would I ever give a penny to a company that employs people who are so careless with others lives. read more

I wish our experience had been positive but it was not. The drive took longer than originally thought from the hotel to the wedding/reception site so the shuttle trips were behind schedule. The driver would not accommodate this by allowing extra people to ride the last shuttle to make the wedding ceremony on time. There were 23 seats and that is all that she would allow on the shuttle. People could have doubled up or stood but she would not allow one extra person to ride the shuttle. She made two people get off the shuttle and drive while many others were waiting in the hotel lobby. She told our guests to tell us that people in the lobby will have to drive and there won't be another pick up. We had figure out who was left and call them and tell them to drive. She told our guests to be sure they got an early shuttle and had them concerned there would not be room for them to get back at the end of the night. A better approach would have been to talk to the bride and groom who arranged the shuttle and come up with a solution. My experience with shuttles has been that they allow people to squeeze in if needed. We were not told in advance that there would be 23 and no more allowed on the shuttle at one time. Many of our guest left the wedding early due to worrying about a ride back. This obviously is not what we wanted. She did offer to drive another leg but was concerned about payment when the bride and groom had cash as directed in case another shuttle was needed. Still we found rides in cars for those guests who didn't make the last shuttle since they would have had to wait over a half an hour after the reception was done. I would never use this service again. The good news is that our guests were having such a great time they didn't want to leave. The bad news is that we had to do quite a bit of worrying and asking people with cars to bring others back to the hotel. It all worked out in the end but we really didn't even get a last dance because people were running to the shuttle and worrying about rides. read more

We hired Aristrocat for our wedding downtown Detroit, I had heard good things and they were accommodating when I needed to add an additional hour to the beginning of our service to pick up the mother of the groom from a different hotel and bring her to pictures before the ceremony. The chauffeur did not check with valet or front desk to see if there were waiting guests (who were sitting in front of the hotel) which he should have being that he needed to park on a side street. As a result, the party bus for the wedding party went to pick up the mother of the groom, this resulted in a 15 min delay for pictures which there is rarely extra time before the ceremony for weddings. The chauffeur then called the bride's room at the other hotel asking when guests would be ready, and when she requested he make trips between hotels to check he said that it would be inconvenient with traffic and construction. Ultimately they were accommodating when booking but not as far as providing service, as they only provided portions of the service we hired them for. We were very thankful for Detroit Bus Company being so flexible during the mishap. Wow! As a business owner in the service industry myself I would NEVER respond to customers in the passive aggressive way that you have. I value your business as much as you value your customers... which your comment speaks for yourself AND your business. Interesting comment Sue! It was a great day but that does not take away from the fact that your company provided subpar services which were paid hundreds of dollars for. I find it amusing that I was in contact with Jen and she suddenly stopped responding when I grew frustrated with her lack of concern and continued to say that I was wrong without actually listening to my issues. In the emails she mentioned he waited up the street and no one showed to the shuttle with a different name on the side (so shocking that guests would not know- I should have called all the wedding guests an hour before my wedding to inform them). Not to mention I added on the additional hour to specifically pick up one person- one would think he would be aware of the one person he was supposed to pick up for $115. And didn't check with valet or front desk for guests until his second visit at 3:30. Jen was very helpful at first but brushed over every issue that I brought up with an alternative excuse... Interesting way for a business to handle such issues... greatly disappointing. It wasn't a huge upset on my end at first, I was simply voicing my concerns-until the way the situation was handled. Also, reviews on multiple sites are perfectly acceptable for those dissatisfied with their service, being that is what the purpose of reviews are for-to better your business... rather than being defensive and avoiding complaints by creating excuses you could possibly adjust services to be more satisfying for your customers. read more
