Beware, this is a highly unusual government office…read more First of all, it is run incredibly efficiently by unbelievably competent people. While we were not able to complete our passport applications the first time the people here gave us clear, helpful advice on how to complete everything needed on the return visit, and they even scheduled the return appointment for us on the spot. I am not sure if other places do Passport Services for lower cost, here it is $35 which on the surface seems like a lot, but these folks are so helpful and thorough that you really are getting a great value by going here because it is going to be done fast, thoroughly, and by really nice folks who are working hard for you to get that U.S. State Department document so you can begin your travels abroad. What has happened to our government? Shockingly, it is now apparently run by people who are friendly, helpful, and want to actually help you accomplish the things you need to do? Maybe these folks in the Passport Services office can hold an educational class for the other local government agencies on how to do things right for serving the people of the City of Chandler, because they are smashing it out of the ball park and into low Earth orbit at this place. 6 out of 5 stars, would do business here again, thank you Ivan for all your help, you are truly amazing!
