I had a super great experience at this UPS store. I had quite a few Amazon returns stacked up and, Lizzie ( I believe that was her name) was SO sweet and kind. Her energy was truly contagious and she made what was a simple task, much more fun! I do not frequent this location, so I cannot speak to all their services, but do know they can be a great one-stop shop, as most UPS's, from passports, shipping, printing and of course, Amazon returns! This location was also staffed very well, which can be a hit or miss with UPS's. Overall, great interaction! read more

Convenient location with decent parking. The big downfall of this location is the employees. They act very put out to have the help their customers. Don't come in to this store expecting a greeting or a smile. It doesn't matter how pleasant you are, it will not be reciprocated. read more

Lizi is the reason I'm doing this review! I've been to this store multiple times over the last four years and have also been to three other local UPS stores. This store is hands down the best and now the only one I go to. This particular visit was especially awesome because of Lizi. The store was busy when I got there and two associates were already with someone. I had three people in front of me and I probably stood in line around 20 minutes. Both associates were kind and attentive to the customers in front of them. I had the pleasure of being helped by Lizi, who had helped 2 out of the 3 people in front of me. Each time she took a new customer, she greeted them warmly, apologized for the long wait and then asked how she could help. Each interaction was handled with care and a smile. And she kept doing it with each customer, myself included! I was in retail for many years and also managed multiple stores so I know when you've got a good employee and man, Lizi knocks it out of the park! I've always had a great experience coming to this particular store but that day was exceptional. Thank you, Lizi, for your excellent customer service, your genuine smile and care and for making my errand a little brighter because of our interaction! (Management, give her a raise!) VANESSA THE STORE MANAGER IS AWFUL!!! I am unable to go to their location due and was trying to have my package picked up by my husband and the online service would not let me pre sign or select someone else to pick up the package. I called eight times with no response from anyone from the store to let them know the situation and get my package picked up. My husband goes out of his way to go get the package and they tell him he can't, even though he has the tracking information the slip that shows it was attempted to be delivered and explained the situation. The store manager Vanessa was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said couldn't help me did not offer me any other suggestions raised her voice to me and was extremely unprofessional and started arguing with me that she didn't have to answer the phone or help me. She deserves to be fired. read more

I went in there yesterday to print out a few things. Jen initially started helping me. I had a few question about a specific document I needed in color printed. She was so patient with all my question, being that they were very busy that didn't stop her from being patient and very helpful. I went on to use the computer they provide, and I was having issues on how to attached a document and Vanessa came over and helped me. She was also so nice and patient. She figured it out pretty quickly, and I was able to get my documents printed. I did mention how nice they all were, and again very patient even though they were busy. I could tell they love what they do. Their friendliness said a lot about their customer service skills. Not all UPS stores are created equal. The one at Power S/o the 202 was a waist of time . The manager spent five minutes telling me what he couldn't do . I had a couple of light whips from an ATV I needed shipped to CA. Couldn't pack them, would rather not send them in bubble wrap. No stars for that location. However I went to the location at Higley and Elliott. Five stars for them. The manager Scott took the time to understand what I needed. He offered to pack them securely and placed cardboard tubes on the ends for additional strength. It's refreshing to find a business with courteous and helpful customer service. read more

I cannot say enough praise about this location and its dedicated crew! I've gone in a few different times for small errands, but earlier this month I was working on a huge print/mailing job and having issues with my home computer and went to the location at Broadway and Lindsay. Angel helped me and was so patient and considerate, was able to get what I needed right away. I went back a couple days later to get more printing done; the store was packed, almost like a holiday crowd. This time, Vanessa (the manager) helped me and even with a chaotic crowd, she was calm and gracious, able to multi-task, look people in the eye and smile. I went back two more times, and each time everyone was on point, handling customers, calling regulars by name, asking if anyone had drop offs to make so they wouldn't need to stand in line waiting. This location has exemplary customer service and is incredibly helpful and friendly, all the while being professional. All the people I've dealt with her do a great job, but I must call out Vanessa and Angel for their patience and assistance, they went out of their way and really made a stressful project so much easier for me. Fantastic employees! My husband had a large, heavy box he had to drop off. As he approached the door (which only Pulls to open - how stupid is that? Why not install a door the customer can push open when their hands are full??), a Very nice young man hurried over and opened the door for him and took the package from him! I was surprised to find that I was charged $2.16 to print out the label for an Amazon return! This is something that I never had to pay for in the past at any other UPS Store. In addition to that, she really should have mentioned that before she printed it. She was nice enough to help me seal my package but Vickie you should let people know in advance that there is a charge. Never paid for them to print label! Pretty petty. read more

I have been a customer for almost 4 years. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Never had any issue that other reviewers are complaining about. Some people need to understand there are busy times / seasons. They are rarely without a line, but typically 2 or 3 customers ahead of you during non-peak hours. Patience and understanding is needed. They refused to ship a rifle scope because it was considered a "gun part." They said I would have to go to a special "hub" to ship it. I tried to explain that it was just glass and not actually a gun part. Finally I said never mind I'll try to take it to a "real" shipping place. Lady kinda had some attitude after that. Fortunately for the freedom loving people out there FedEx DOES ship rifle scopes no questions asked. I'm boycotting UPS for now. read more

They aren't very friendly at all, they make you pay $2 to print a label. There was one person in front of me and the lady didn't even notice people where in there till I walked in.. She wasn't helpful at all, was kinda rude, and didn't tell me that I could even print there until she called for the other employee to come help since more people started walking in. He was a little more helpful, helped me get my label printed. Honestly just save the trip and have a UPS truck pick it up for you so you don't have to go into the store and deal with them because the act like they don't want you there. read more
