10/31/25 First visit. Located next door to Precision Cut Hair Salon and the USAF recruiting office. Parking 3/5 Challenging at best as these store front in the shopping center share parking and the lot is hectic. Service Requested 5/5 Great service at this location dispite its smaller lobby size. I needed to ship Amazon returns and was greeted by a helpful employee! Value 5/5 Returns are generally free if you use prime and preferred suppliers. Today I was in that category and my big box return was free. Fortunate to have stumbled into this store while my wife was getting a hair color rescue. Simple as retrieving a few boxes from the vehicle nearby. Ship well my friends-SYOY! read more

I've used this location for years for my Amazon returns. The last 6 months I've gotten 3 notifications that Amazon hasn't gotten my returns. They are always no box returns. So either they are having a problem with their shopping or someone is stealing no box returns instead of shipping them back. I asked the store about it and they were flippant, "I guess save your receipts and call Amazon". I would choose another store. read more

This store has some of the nastiest employees I've ever encountered in Customer Service. I fully support places like this going to automated services and machines just so I don't have to deal with these people. They have a kiosk that you can do Amazon returns at, but God forbid you ask them a question regarding their machine and if it worked or not. If UPS doesn't support customer service of Amazon services, then don't offer to accept or return packages. Terrible terrible customer service I'm not even sure how they have a job. This location is my go to place for Amazon returns and I appreciate the employees helping me with those. Recently, I went in with several returns and Joe helped me. He was so patient and explained the changes I needed to make on Amazon so I could drop off just the items instead of boxing them. He and I went through item by item and he was able to get the Amazon items taken care of for me. I appreciated his help so much. He has worked with me before and has great customer service. I recommend going to another store. I usually go to the one on higley and pecos and ended up leaving this store to go there. The attitude of the employee I first interacted with was not necessarily rude but also not very helpful. I got sold a box that was fairly too large for my product and then told how much it was going to ship for and was shocked and it was due to the size of the box. After buying the box, I asked ti use the tape because that's never been an issue at the other one and it seemed to be an issue and suggested I could buy the tape until I just said no worries I'll go to the other one, then the tape was fine. I also watched a woman try to do an Amazon return which I've seen plenty of people bring items out of a box and ups takes them to mail them back and they were trying to seek her a box. She left too. The one I ended up going to was able to take the box I paid for, cut it down to size, and helped get the order out much cheaper while being very personal. Frankly I always use them, this one happened to be more convenient today, but I was happy to drive farther away to not feel like I was being shoehorned into a more expensive price. Now I will say no one at this store was out right rude, I'm sure that's the way this store runs, which is why I didn't do one star. Even the one I went to says yea our boss treats us well so it's easy to do it for our customers. read more

Nice that they offer a range of services however their customer service is HORRENDOUS. I never take the time to leave bad reviews, matter of fact, I think this is my first one. I used to come to this UPS all the time and the employees were all so kind and helpful. The last two times however, have been awful. The employees were nasty and rude and just stood around while they instructed the rest of us to use the kiosk (even though my packages were customer packed and needed to be scanned by them). When I asked the girl working for a receipt and if she could scan them, she rolled her eyes, printed the receipt and just threw it at me without even saying a word. I was actually quite taken back because of the rudeness for no reason. I asked her if she was ok, because I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and genuinely wanted to brighten her day if she was just taking it out on me, but that wasn't the case. Obviously she doesn't know how to work in retail with customers. I own my own business and have worked retail for 20 years. If this was my UPS I owned, I would definitely want someone brining this to my attention. I will never come to the location again. :( read more

I came to pick up a package that is addressed in my maiden name (divorced and changing my name). It became an issue that my driver's license didn't match the name on the package showed them multiple credit cards with the maiden name and then my address on my driver's license didn't match (but it's changed in the DMV just not on the physical card). So then I had to find a utility bill to show. I had a copy of the email package pick up as well. Manager told me "stop talking". They also wouldn't give me a receipt to show that I picked up the item. I'll use another UPS over this one. Went in to send a package to Kansas on 10/16 . I paid $32.00 for 2 day delivery thru USPS. Guy said it would go out the next day since I was there after the mail was picked up already... OK no problem. The receiving party told me after a week he did not receive it. Called this store to find out why it still hadn't been received but also tracked the package myself and it showed it never left their store here in AZ. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes at which time I realized it was now after working hours so basically left on hold until they closed and they just went home. So called again today and my package mysteriously was finally sent out the day I tried to call them. Horrible customer service will not ever use them again. Plus if I want a refund for this poor service I will need to deal with the Post Office now ! read more

Let me start with this...$17.36 for 35 black and white letter sized copies. $0.49 a copy. You would think a gravy order like this would be done in 20 to 30 minutes. Right? Especially if you called the store and politely asked if the oder could be rushed. Nope. Still waiting for a confirmation email from the store indicating my order is ready 1.5 hours after I called and asked them to make the order a priority and to email me when it was completed. I mean seriously, what does the store have in materials and labor on this sale? $2? 15 dollars of pure profit and they can't push this one out instantly. How I looked when i was discriminated against by UPS Store Notary Public. The lady made us wait. we signed paper in front of other employee while we waited. She refused to notarize. I get that's fine the way the lady acted was 100% unprofessional. She was staring at me while she was helping other customers. When she was walking over she looked at my attire then at me with a dirty look. I greeted her with a "good morning " she shot back "how can i help you!) My PTSD started kicking in and i can tell she was loving it. I'm a Marine Combat Veteran I'm sure that wouldn't have mattered if she known that. I've been discriminated against more times then i can count but when it's an employee representing a company judging customers and acting like their skin isn't the same color as yours. Worst prejudice people against Mexicans are other Mexicans that are ashamed of their own ethnicity. Shame on you lady, I'll be filing a formal complaint with your corprate office. Again my problem is with this employee's racist attitude not the fact that she didn't notarize my document. -5 stars i would advise against using this business if you a lil on the brown side woth tattoos. read more

The absolute worst customer service ever at this store, which you'd think would be a priority with such delayed delivery service. I had an important package attempted delivery (first & last attempt) on a Friday, left a paper that said it was left at this store. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it, said they wouldn't until next day and gave me a card to call UPS if I wanted to pick up sooner. I called the 1-800 # on the card which was a recording stating they're closed on weekends. So go back to store, then said won't get package until Monday @7 pm, go back Monday and they close @6:30. Entire experience was awful and each employee I interacted was rude, disrespectful and clearly did not care about the circus they're running. I would avoid UPS and specifically this store if you actually need your package. Go with Amazon, they're usually same or next day, friendly, care, have great customer service, and open & deliver on weekends!! read more

Don't recommend this store. Opened at 8 am, lady said she is the only one here that "couldn't help me with a return" that the Amazon kiosk wouldn't take. Also told an elderly gentleman that she couldn't help him make a copy since she was the only one there. We were the only 2 in the store right at opening. Save your time. read more
