They took my insurance card without informing me that they are not in-network with United Healthcare. Had I known this, I would have walked out and avoided the appointment entirely. The visit was in July 2024, but for some reason, they didn't submit the claim to my insurance until mid-2025--nearly a year later--resulting in a surprise bill of over $400. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had simply disclosed that my insurance wouldn't cover the visit. What is the point of collecting my insurance information if your facility doesn't even work with UHC? On top of that, this office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of, making it even more frustrating to resolve issues like this. read more

So.... My child missed school today. My daughter was scheduled for an appointment for today. I spoke with a scheduler 2 weeks. Via phone to have this appointment put in place. I pulled my child out of school. Just to be told that. My daughter was not scheduled. For an appointment with this facility. The office administrator was rude,dismissive, and aloof. And seemed irritated when she. Had to input my daughter's information. She then proceeds to tell me that. My child had a cancellation in December. Yet that doesn't make sense because. Another referral was put in place by PCP in January. There seems to always be some shenanigans. When dealing with this facility. I first discovered in July of 2024. That the referral expired then. There's been at least 3 referrals. Put in place with this facility. My child and I have been. Victim's of identity theft,hacking and stalking. Parties known to me either. Will contact medical facilities pretending. To be me or cancelling appointments. That I put in place. Or filing out patient forms on patent portal's. Providing false or exaggerated information. I wrote the date and time. Of this appointment down for today. Because my daughter's health is important to me. Someone had to have cancelled today's appointment. Without both my consent or knowledge. read more

They have rude staff. I didn't even want to schedule with how snarky the girl was on the phone. I'd rather just go to one of the several other offices we have to choose from. Save yourself the time and just choose another place. Hopefully this encourages the doctors to re-evaluate who they have calling prospective patients. read more

The Mesa office staff is phenomenal. They are so friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait weeks to get in for an appointment. Getting my shots is always quick and easy, the entire process is streamlined. Dr Reeder is the best. He is very thorough and informative and incredibly kind. Madison at the front desk in the Mesa office deserves 5 stars! She does an outstanding job. Not only is she very efficient and friendly at each visit but she also goes out of her way to give each patient individual attention. After my appointment today I had car trouble. I was calling as a new patient. They asked me what insurance I had but didn't know what Regence blue cross blue shield was. Strange. I was put on hold for a few minutes so they could try and figure that out and then was hung up on. I called back and as soon as they realized it was me they hung up again. Glad I didn't waste my time and money on such a terrible company. Staff needs replacing. read more

Horrible!!!! It is extremely hard for me to take time off of work. I took time of for my first set of allergy shots. Once they call me back they asked if I took any medicine that had beta blockers in it. I told them yes I took my heart medication I'm required to take daily. The employee gave me attitude and said "well did you put that medication on your medicine list with our front staff at your original appointments?" I told her yes. As she looked through the paperwork she found the patient medication list. Then she says "oh that's weird someone should have told you that your not suppose to take it the morning of the appointment". She didn't even apologize for nominees communicating this to me and said I would need to reschedule. Wow thanks for wasting my afternoon and costing me hours I could have been working. read more

I can confirm what some other reviewers have said. At least one person answering the phones at the Baseline location is very, very rude. She was rude to me and to my wife several times--so much that we stopped going there. The other problem was, like others mentioned, having a hard time getting test results. They ordered a blood test for my son at Sonora Quest, but Sonora Quest would not release the results to me online, because my son was a minor. Instead, they sent them to the doctor and said the doctor would tell us the results. We waited and waited, called and called, only to have the woman who answers the phone snap at us, as if getting test results was an unreasonable request. Finally, I gave up on them and went down to Sonora Quest's medical records office to pick the results up in person. It was a single sheet giving a clear response to whether there was an allergic reaction. It would have taken Arizona Allergy Associates all of 2 minutes to look at the paper, then call me and let me know what it said. The reason I give 2 instead of one stars is that the people doing the medical work (giving the skin test) were fine. We never interacted with the doctors at all. read more

Yikes. There's a reason this place has such bad reviews. I've been having severe hives all over my body for the past 8 months. I've been trying to get in with an endocrinologist who my moms friend recommended because when my blood tests come back, we were told to be prepared for a positive on the autoimmune disease known as Hashimoto's. This endocrinologist was BOOKED, and was the only endocrinologist in the state that even took my insurance (out of state) so my next best option was to get an appointment with an allergy doctor, who would know at least something about hives, and then have them refer me to LabCorp with all the right blood tests I needed taken. So I arrived to my 2:30 appointment at 2:23, and the woman in front of me took 8 minutes so finally I meet the woman at the window at 2:31. I told her I had an appointment, showed her my insurance card, and then all of a sudden she gets a weird look on her face. She goes, "this insurance card has been termed"... I am not stupid, I consider myself to be rather intelligent, but I'm only 18, so I don't know what that means. She then goes, "your new card got delivered on August 31" (never got a new card because they delivered it to my fathers address, which is in Colorado) so I asked her if there was anything I could do to speed up the process because I really needed to see this doctor today. She then doesn't even give me back my insurance card, but says, "call your dad or insurance, maybe they can help". My dad and I, though I'm on his insurance plan, do not speak. So I had to ask for the insurance card back. Then I call and I'm on the phone, outside in 105° weather trying to get my new ID# and group#. After being transferred 4 times, I get the numbers, so I run back inside and hand her the little piece of paper I wrote them down on. This is where is actually gets sad. She looks me in the eyes and says, "well it's 2:58 now so you've missed your appointment, so I'm going to have to reschedule". She could see that I had tears in my eyes because all I wanted was some sort of relief from my excruciating hives, but instead of comforting me, she goes, "well to be fair, we do always recommend patient come in 15 minutes early", which is funny considering when I called to set this appointment, not once did anyone tell me to arrive 15 minutes early. So then she rescheduled me, and also made it so it was at the furthest location from my house of course. She had no remorse. I understand that there's not much she can do as an office manager, but if there was really something wrong with my insurance card, then tel me how I went to go see my primary care physician 3 days prior, and everything went smoothly. I made the rescheduled appointment for the next day, and as I walked out of the building I burst into tears because of how frustrated I was with the entire situation. She didn't attempt to help me with the insurance, and treated me like it was my fault. Their chandler location wasn't much better but I would have to write another novel for that experience. If you, or your children are having any sort of allergy problems, please look elsewhere, because in the end, I was the one who figured out what was wrong with me. I now have to spend another $50 for this endocrinologist, who I should've just waited for and went to in the first place. My appointment with Dr. Rishi was way better then I could have expected. From the time I arrived the entire staff was on point with rooming me and keeping to their schedule. Everyone was friendly and professional, and Dr Rishi took time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family. read more

Horrible customer service and they like to hide behind "policy". I pulled my son out of school early to get him here for his injections. Driving from Queen Creek. Due to some construction we walked through the door at 3:01. By the time the lady in front of me finished at the window it was 3:03. They just so happened to stop shots at 3 that day. They refused to do the injections because we were late. I kindly explained to the lady our circumstances. They dont care. Policy is policy. They close early more than any dr. office I know. We have been turned away a few times in the past when they decided to close early. So glad we only have 2 months left. read more

This office is terrible. My child was having her very first skin test done and was nervous. I was told the provider wasn't in. That it would be a nurse conducting the test. I had already been rescheduled because there was no provider in on my original appt date. When we got there they were quick to get us in and out. I had to deal with Ma shelby who was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She didn't go over with us what expect or how it would feel and rushed through the process. My daughter cried which made me upset because she was careless. I later asked for a supervisor and in they sent her. I was caught of gaurd and ended up talking her which I realize was a mistake because although she gave an apology that was insincere, she kept saying I see YOU felt this way and continued to defend herself. She then asked if I still wanted her manager which I knew wasn't going to do me any justice and said no she handled it well only to get out of there because I didn't go off. The doctor who was suppose to over her results was there because she signed off on an excuse note but yet couldn't go over the results why we there. I was told i would get call that i was looking forward to only for the doctor to hang up on me and call me back. Getting through is terrible i had to request callback to find out if the person that called was reaching out about my daughters results. The person that called back kept talking over me and clearly wasn't listening. I gave a Preferred time to call me back, i am pretty sure they will disregard and call me while I am at work so that I have to continue playing phone tag, a HUGE inconvenience. I've only been to the Mesa/Gilbert location, so my review is only of that office - I realize they have several locations. That being said, I highly recommend AAA. From the super sweet front office ladies, to Dr. Wong and his PA's (all of whom are amazing), and even the billing department who have put up with my many changes in insurance and finally now I'm currently a cash pay patient, ALL members of staff have treated me and my family with kindness and respect, they've helped treat my difficult allergies and symptoms, so I can live without suffering from facial swelling, hives, my throat closing, just random weirdness of my body freaking out over allergies I had no idea I even had! I started my allergy treatment a few months prior to pregnancy and they were with me every step of the way thru pregnancy and beyond, now me and my kiddo are healthy and happy as can be. This location is good about posting shot hours and keeping a consistent schedule, the office is understanding that life happens and you can't always make it in on time for your shots, but it's up to you to uphold your end and come back on time to get your shots and honestly sometimes you have to redo a shot and not go up in dosage because you've missed a shot or are late in getting a shot for whatever reason, don't let that be a surprise because it's all laid out for you in the paperwork they give you. This office is great, true to their word, and care about your health and well being! read more

Not sure what clock they go by but I went to get my allergy shot at 4:00 on the dot according to my g shock watch which automatically sets the time. Lady said we stopped doing shots at 4:00. I looked at my watch it was exactly 4:00. read more
