If it was possible to give negative stars I would. The salesman Eddie has been a thorn in my side since we started working with them. They sold us a bad engine. They never stated that the work was not under their "warranty" if we took it to our own shop. Refused multiple times to work with our mechanic to identify the problem. And the latest problem they picked up the truck from our mechanic took it to our shop told us it was ready for pickup, but failed to mention that the engine was not replaced. Buyer beware your money is not safe with these people and their warranty which is never stated in your sales contract does not include any fine print until you call and complain. read more

Waste of time with this place! They wanted a deposit for a rim, kept telling us it would take a couple days to pull it, we drove from Tucson to get it and kept calling AFTER putting a deposit. They kept saying it hasn't been pulled yet. They said it was raining and that's why they haven't gone to the warehouse (building right behind) to get it. Basically just being lazy. Finally after numerous calls they told my husband to come get it, we show up... And they said they CANCELLED it... That they couldn't find it. Seriously?! Sooo we just drove from Tucson for absolutely nothing but to waste time and money and gas!! This place is a joke!! We are from Las Vegas. My husbands engine on his 2014 Hyundai Elantra finally gave out (319,000+ miles lol) and we were in desperate need of another one and quick. Everything here in Vegas was the wrong one and late Friday morning we found one here. Their pricing was AMAZING and the engine came with all the wiring harnesses, water pump, ignition coils; almost everything we needed. The most amazing part is coming from Vegas we would not have gotten there until after they closed for the weekend but Tony went out of his way to help us. I paid via PayPal and he loaded the engine in the back of his truck and waited for us almost 30 minutes after they closed. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made a very stressful event so much easier. I would definitely recommend Arizona Auto Parts to anyone and especially Tony! This place sucks. I needed 2 rims. Very simple order. I even called ahead to make sure they were available. I get to the place, wait in a line that takes far too long, only to be asked to wait 30 minutes for one of the employees to get back from lunch. I come back 35 minutes later, and he still wasn't back yet. This process just took so much longer than it should have, and it could have been controlled. read more

Bought a transmission and I'm 100% sure the mileage was much higher than it was documented. One week before the warranty expired, the transmission broke! It took over a week of haggling to get my money back. It wasn't until I threatened to sue and speaking to the manager that I got my money back. NOW about my engine. I bought an engine and of course I was told a different mileage yet AGAIN. I was constantly being told different mileage values. Now that my warranty is expired, the engine is DEAD. I now need a new engine and I'm screwed. This place should be SUED and taken to court. Lying bastards and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Buyer Beware! This company supplied an engine for my 2015 Kia Sorento that took 8 days to arrive after we were promised 4, and was in such poor condition it is now being replaced a 2nd time, 3 months later. The company in Flagstaff that installed it should have inspected it, but now I am having a Kia dealership handle it. Arizona Auto will only pay for their parts distributer shops to install it free. Been there, done that! Walter said "well, sometimes used parts have problems, but we will install it free. If you want to pay more you can have it done at a Kia dealer who will charge you more." (...and who will inspect the engine that is being replaced, use factory grade fluids, parts, and manufacturer guidelines). If this was a reputable company, they would have reimbursed me for the additional rental car fees the 1st time, and paid to have a certified technician of my choosing to install it- thats good business. read more

Have been trying to get them to give me a receipt that they processed on a warranty for an engine I purchased. The Midas shop I had do the engine work said they did not get an invoice so I called them direct talked to a Walter. Each time he says he will call me back. Gotta talk to the boss will call you back emailed them they refuse to give me the invoice for the engine they delivered on the warranty. The shop that did my work did not install the engine correctly and on that invoice I know for a fact it will say installer is responsible for seals gaskets sensors etc etc. well they aren't giving me that invoice to prove they are not responsible for the engine and either is the Midas shop so I will just sue both of them. Have already made a complaint with the bbb and the attourney generals office and my lawyer doesn't mind sueing both of them and let them figure out who is responsible for the engine. Don't do business with these people. Horrible customer service. read more
