This place gave us the wrong part 4 times in a row and ensured us that it was the part. Such a hassle putting in the headlights and installing the bumper only to find out the lights are completely different color each time. The lack of good customer service I received trying to return the wrong headlight was horrible. I don't think I would ever try and purchase at this place again! I went into this place to pick up some parts for my job and let me tell you me or anyone I know will never be doing business there again! This guy was EXTREMELY rude and said very inappropriate things as he was helping me. I see why this place has such an awful rating. Bought a bunch of parts from them, got them back to the shop the other day and started opening up all of the boxes today (now that everything else has arrived) and the headlight is damaged. Made our way all the way out to Phoenix, talked to a bunch of different people and they just don't want to warrantee their product. The purchase is less than one week old and we still have the original box and packaging it came in. You may want to think twice about using this company, they do have low prices but you're taking a gamble on the parts being in good condition and also what about if you need to warranty it out for normal reasons under the one year manufacturers warranty and they told you know. Came here on Wednesday 1/26/22 at 12:40 and ordered a grille insert for my bmw. They took 1 hour and a half to bring out the part after I had payed for it. We tried to get an exchange, which was fine, but we ended up having to pick up the correct part ourselves. I am not sure why some people who left their reviews here are so unfair! I found the part I was looking for my car after the accident, for a fraction of price. Their service was nothing like in a dealership, but it was decent considering how busy and packed they were. Looked up a part on their website, it was listed at $40 when i went in and told them what i needed they told me it was going to be $65 even after they gave me a "discount" I had told them that they had it for $40, they just told me that they needed to update the website because the prices were listed with the wrong price! This is a great place when you're in need!! After going to Meineke to replace my left side mirror and finding out that the one my boyfriend ordered from Amazon doesn't fit (false advertising :/)... I had no mirror to install. So I searched around all of the parts places in Chandler/Phoenix and even the Honda dealership didn't have my mirror in stock. The mechanic recommended Auto Fit. I called and they were very fast at searching and said they did have it in stock! Drove to the place and I was apprehensive at first, because the area wasn't exactly the nicest. Auto fit was crowded, but their service was very fast! They also had mechanics there to install also.. the mirror was just $30 and installation was $30. The cashier said the wait would be 20-30mins.. but 5 mins later a mechanic came out and installed it. On a Saturday afternoon, this place closes late (4pm).. and I'm so glad!! :) read more

This is one of the cheapest places to get new parts for your vehicle but try to get a full refund on unused parts and it was even their fault , wrong part , they wont give you one, they say its its their policy to only give store credit, this store is privately owned and the owner never calls back and if ask to speak with a manager you might as well hang up as no one will pick up.
