I ordered some custom patches,sadly they botched my order.And sent me a patch,that was not the correct diameter ordered! That also looked very amateur,unlike my artwork and they could not match my font! I settled for a font they made me find! This place is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The selection is quite large and they have many different items and categories of items. I bought a $10 clip on side purse for my lady. But I found a much better quality one at a competitor so I took it back within two weeks with the receipt. They would not give me my money back, only a store credit which is what most stores will give you if you can't prove you bought it there. So don't buy any Christmas gifts, or Birthday gifts or any gifts that you may want to return because these folks won't give you your money back. Shop at one of their many competitors. read more

Tell me if I'm wrong but I was given two gifts from a friend from out of state at Arizona Bike Leather!with a receipt. All tags were on. First it's not my style and I'm not a biker or leather person plus the boots didn't fit me. Second when I called them they said I could only do in store credit with a receipt. Ok that I had! But first I tried to sell the merchandise on line way under the cost. No luck there so I went to the store for an in store credit. They said that I couldn't exchange or have an in store credit since it was purchased with a credit card. What good is a receipt if you can't exchange or have an in store credit. Let's keep in mind this is their product so this wasn't purchased elsewhere, the boots and purse still had all tags and the merchandise was still on their shelves in store. So I just left the products there. So if any of you buy anything from there know your receipt isn't any good at all! Poor poor poor customer service!!!! read more

Since I like to support local businesses, I ordered several custom patches from ABL over eBay and brought my vest in to have the patches sewn on. Their in-shop selection is phenomenal; George was about as friendly as they get and made me feel very welcome. He helped me lay out the patches and then really took care in making sure that the placement was spot-on. I waited less than 30 minutes while the patches were sewn to the vest and enjoyed conversing with George the entire time.
