She was annoyed, but said to come back when we could, and they would give us a refund. I asked him to look for our receipt in his records. He admitted that they save all receipts, but said it was too much trouble to try to find it; but expected us to have the receipt. Only a 1 way policy. He also admitted that he was the one that sold us the bag For us, it was a buyer beware shop. As an example, they apparently charge different people different . When making the purchase we on the price least our loss was reduced a little. If you do decide to visit the store, it's a good idea to bargain with to save money.
