He is the worst I have dealt with in my start up. He will not make you feel comfortable or safe. 8/20 I reached out. Was told I'd have my order within a week or two. Common sense by allotting time for design. Chace tried to take it upon himself and design my business card and made me think it was a designer. Chace has delayed the launch of MY BUSINESS by 5 weeks now. I have missed 3 events because I don't have business cards for networking and marketing. Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. It's not harassment asking for the work you paid for. This man is scary.

I needed…read morefast shirts and though Monument Limited couldn't help me with my time frame and need, they told me who near Phoenix could! I called Brand X, which is located in Alpha Graphics in Tempe, about same day direct to print shirts. Natalie gave me all the instructions and told me if I got my emergency order in by 12, the shirts would be ready by 5! The emergency shirt design studio is great when you're in a pinch and I was able to customize a few shirts in under 5 minutes. One thing to know is the emergency options are limited but there are still some many cool things to do! A secured payment and an email later and I was all set. True to their word, Brand X had my shirts ready fast. Next year, there's a strong possibly I'll get to my shirt design way before the 11th hour and really get to see what Brand X can do for my shirts. Thanks guys!

I picked up my order finished enjoying the food festival and drove home to Flagstaff. As with all clothing purchased my wife washed them. the screen printping on both shirts came off, leaving me 2 $54.05 tee shirts. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so I informed my credit card company and got a temporary credit which they recharged my card. The original work was fine the first time I went, but they definitely don't value repeat customers. And when I called "Peter" at 11 am today, he picked up the phone without even identifying it was the business and then proceeded to tell me he would be there til 9:00 pm. I drove from Scottsdale in rush hour traffic trying to get this design done because they told me on Sunday they weren't working. It makes sense why they couldn't keep their Scottsdale location open from a lack of revenue. I took my business to Sticker Place AZ. It's on the opposite side of the mall and they do the same exact work.
