I called on a Sunday and he answered right away (I was prepared to leave a message for a call back on Monday) and he was able to come out the next morning which was great since my cars were stuck inside! He offered to come out on Sunday but I didn't need to go anywhere; however I was impressed that he would have come out right away if I needed him to. My only complaint which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that he left the old springs in my garage and when I went to back my car out, I hit the spring with my rear tire. Luckily for me, it did not do any damage to my tire or car! If he wasn't going to take the old springs with him to discard, he should have told me and left them in a place where I couldn't hit them with my car.

Bruce then said that the belt would be under warranty and once I obtained the belt, he would come back to install it (a 15-to-25-minute job). I had the belt within two days. He would make appointments but would never show up or say his back was bad, this was back in April. I have also left several messages on his phone, but he has never returned any of them. He took my money and never fixed the problem that I called him for. Now, being January, with no functioning opener, I have turned him into or filed the paperwork for the civil litigation division of the Attorney General office of Arizona for the return of the money paid, for the work not completed or fraud.
