Steven is like having your favorite Uncle working on your house. This Gentleman (and I do mean a true gentleman) was prompt, fair, honest, polite, and efficient. I found his quote to replace my garage door to be very fair and he is the old school kind of businessman who believes in a handshake to seal the deal. YOU WANT THESE PEOPLE! Because of a misplaced piece of wood, my overhead garage door popped off its track as I tried to close it. It was a mess and looked really scary. They took my call for "help!" seriously and Dennis and Joe arrived early the next morning to do the job. They repaired the door quickly and professionally and now it works better than it ever has! Dennis even explained some things about the operation of the door that I had never understood before. All doors - even the one that didn't need repair - were lubricated and checked. They put in a basic garage door to convert a carport into a garage for me. The door itself took a while to come in, but that was known at the time of order, and out of their control. The door installers did a great job and the door looks great and works smoothly. About 2 weeks after the install, the door got sticky at the bottom due to my own error on the weather seal placement since I did my own framing, but they came out right away - within the hour - and diagnosed the issue and corrected at no charge. My garage spring broke in the morning blocking my cars inside the garage. I had trip plans, and I needed to get this fixed the same day. When I called BDG, they sent Sean to fix the problem within a few hours. This was one of those 110-degree days, and a complicated spring size situation made the job challenging. After working all afternoon in a very hot and physically tough environment, Sean successfully replaced the springs and got the door working again. Once HOA approval was obtained, Steven was here to go over final order. He was precise, professional, and full of patience with us. They replaced the garage door opener and explained everything about it.
