I called him on a Wednesday afternoon and he was able to make it out the following day by noon. The door was giving us trouble opening and closing, and least importantly, one of our openers had stopped working even with a new battery. He gave us a diagnosis with reasonable options for repair and maintenance, and he reprogrammed the opener; plus, he answered all of the questions I had. On top of that he gave us several recommendations to help prolong the life of our garage door that is 23 years old and still going strong! We are so satisfied with his work. Torsion spring broke on Super Bowl Sunday morning, trapping the car in the garage.
