Tried breakers, etc. Called and they had a guy out to my place within 45 minutes on a Sunday. Now that is fast! Travis did an excellent job. Turns out a wire had fried. Got me back up and running. It was already up to 82 degrees (see photo), so it was not comfortable. It's now blowing cold air again. Thankfully, I won't have to go to the hotel tonight. Keep up the great work guys!

I've paid nearly $1000 in service and repairs for my AC because they did not cover my pan/condenser lines at all and insulation has completely clog it causing damage to my new insulation as well as my ceiling. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. After paying $4500 to have my home insulated, I expected professional service.

Not only did Chad say I didn't need a new unit, which would be much less than what the big company quoted, my repair was simple and half the price quoted. I didn't hesitate and said Red Rock is my new a/c company! The only delay was ordering the part directly from Trane but it was only a couple of days, and my a/c was working so not an issue at all. Jason and team came…read moreout and did a thorough review of the wall insulation, and yes, most of the bays did not have insulation at the bottom of the bay. After a bit of investigation it turned out the insulation blower was at fault - a dent in the side was preventing appropriate air flow into the wall cavity. So yes, this have been an inconvenience, and ultimately more holes had to be drilled, so there's more patching to do. Mistakes can and do happen, but Jason and team went the extra mile to ensure the walls are fully insulated, and that's a quality that deserves 5 stars.

Thermo S and another company's estimates came back close but with very different approaches to cooling down a bedroom that was always hot. In the end, we decided Thermo's solution sounded more logical. In the end we went with Thermo S because of Caden's expertise with duct work. He recommended duct sealing and adding an extra vent in addition to insulation. Day of, the team showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up their mess. The difference was instant. The air felt cooler coming out of the ducts, the A/C comes on less, the hot bedroom is cooler, and the house is quieter. I do have bad allergies/chemical sensitivities and the duct sealing was rough but after 3-4 days the smell faded and it's been fine. I would say communication with the office could have been better but they always returned calls the same day. All and all a very positive experience--I would highly recommend Thermo-S.
