I am completely convinced that my health and the life I have been living for all these years have been greatly enhanced by having Dr. Judy as my doctor. I originally consulted with her when I was in my 30's and I was being treated for infertility with a Fertility Specialist in Tucson. I had had several courses of IVF and massive amounts of hormones and drugs which left me very ill. The fertility treatments also, unfortunately, created multi benign uterine tumors and profuse bleeding which resulted in a full hysterectomy. My surgeon left me with one ovary which he said, "oh one ovary is as good as two ovaries". I immediately when into menopause. Dr Judy tested my hormones and declared "you have the estrogen of an 80-year-old woman". She set up a protocol for bioidentical hormones which I still take. The other very important protocol she advised was a detoxification of the hormones I had taken during the fertility treatments. These hormones may lead to serious illness in the future, and I was very fatigued after years of exposure to the drugs. It took several months of detoxing through herbs, clean diet, colon hydrotherapy, steam rooms and massage. When I completed it, I literally felt better than I had felt in my entire life! I am not exaggerating! Throughout the years I check in with Dr. Judy twice a year or so. As we age and go through our lives different maladies crop up and our bodies change. She analyzes my blood work and sometimes derives very different conclusions than my PCP. She is so knowledgeable about the interplay of the numbers and ratios.
