They service the scooters from the store too which is very important to us and they had everything we needed in stock so we could take the scooter with us. Mom was legally blind and did not know it was in error mode. She was deprived of oxygen for 2 weeks. She had a drastic decline at that time. We were told 2-3 weeks to repair or replace.... Nope it was 4-6. Today I got a call that it's fixed. It's 5 months old... they said routine repair. Cami did not call but had someone from the store call me. Well... mom died a week ago... I'd NEVER tell anyone to use Cami or this company. I'm heartbroken and this was so unkind of her. PCP felt and requested that it be simply returned and reimbursed. They refuse. It's not right.

WOW.., hard to believe you would have such a unprofessional & nasty person as the manager!! Btw... I had to get her name from the other (nice) employee- Denise as Amy ignored me twice when I asked her for her name. Copper State please either re-train or get rid of her. She is not a good representative of your business.
