I made arrangements directly with Sheree this time and everything went just as smoothly for a drop off to my home. They kept billing me for the amount Medicare didn't cover. These charges were paid in full by my supplemental insurance. After numerous attempts to call and being on hold for over an hour I gave up. I was told to call their wecare number and wax told the estimated wait time would be 156 minutes. I took copies of all of the EOBs showing that they were paid in full. Waiting to see if they continue to bill me. I returned the nebulizer and vow never to do business with them again.
