The biggest issue wasn't just the failed repair -- it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can't accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

This was a used lift and most other shops wouldn't even touch the job but it's very evident they've been doing this for a long time. After having to heavily modify most of the hardware to install, I had a very bad air leak somewhere in the system. I spoke to the owner who game me the run around telling to try this, try that , try this again ... After spending two more afternoons playing along , I asked to return . Was given an address to which "I" was expected to pay return shipping . After spending another afternoon removing parts, I was told I cannot return due to modifications on hardware. I'm now out of the money I spent and about 40 hours of work . Do yourself a favor and buy reputable brand like Firestone.
