I know I purchased a Van from them approximately two years ago and I thought I was getting a nice van and company. Today I went to another mobility center and found out that I was missing a major item that would keep my child safer. Also I have to replace my motor mounts. I owned a other van same type and it was 9 years older and never had that problem. I think they knew it that the motor mounts were bad. It was 1000.00!Also earlier that year I had to replace 1strut and that was 1000.00.!!! So in the 2 years I had the van it cost me 2000.0! I've let some auto shops and any one that I came across to never shop there.My van was suppose to be used as a commercial van and they turned into wheel accessible van but it's a piece of crap. I can barely get in or out because it's so high. They take advantage of people. Don't buy anything from them or if you do you better buy extra insurance cause you will be needing it for repairs read more

I researched buying a used handicap van for at least a year and found Arizona Mobility to be the most affordable dealership in the entire country! Comparable vehicle we were looking at elsewhere were $5K-$7K more. I asked Scott, the salesman at Arizona Mobility, why they were so much cheaper than the competition. My wife and I just bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna for our son. Shipping was quick to us in So Cal, only took 2 days. Scott was nice to work with very helpful. Even dealt with my pesky credit union and all their hoops. Two things we weren't happy about. 1. Van only came with one set of keys even though it was brand new (only 50 miles). 2 van we saw pictures of had tinted windows, van that arrived didn't. When I brought it to Scott's attention he quickly offered to fix it for us. He even called the tint place and set everything up. My parents were in dire need of a handicap van because the one they had was destroyed in a storm. There aren't a lot of handicap van dealers in general and the one in their rural area was overpriced due to small demand/inventory. We didn't realize how overpriced until we discovered Arizona Mobility Center and found almost the same van for $9,000 less. My husband went to Phoenix to inspect the van. He crawled underneath and spent a couple of hours checking it out. My husband was impressed with the quality of the van and the price...it was a good value. He was also impressed with Scott and the dealership. They have a large, sparkling clean dealership with lots of inventory. Scott was very honest and worked with us to get my parents a dependable van they could afford. My parents live in Tennessee and the van was shipped to them with no problems. This was a different way to buy a vehicle, but it certainly worked out. They got a great van for a great price delivered to them from 1500 miles away. If you don't live in the Phoenix area, don't let the distance deter you from buying from Arizona Mobility Center. We are certainly glad we found them. If you don't mind being treated like a number, or don't care what the real condition is of the vehicle you're considering, then by all means head on over to AZ Mobility Center for the best price in town. Scott will be happy to sell you a vehicle at the listed price "because he's got two others looking at the same one". He's very accommodating in that he will put the vehicle up on their lift so you can inspect the undercarriage, but you need to give his guys enough time to finish spot spraying the rusted areas. When my mechanic went to inspect it for me, there were wet spots underneath where they had sprayed undercoating. He was still able to find rusty brackets that had broken off. He brought a couple of pieces out to the lobby to show me. I rolled back to check it out for myself, and even my untrained eyes could see thru the new undercoating that it was in horrible condition. Even after all this discovery, when I talked to Scott about it, he was aloof and still insisted he had others in line to buy it if I didn't. I wasn't about to buy that vehicle. (Side note: While we were in their back area, there was another van that was being picked up by its unsuspecting new owner. My mechanic took a peek under that one, and it was in very similar condition). As we were leaving, John, the buyer for AZ Mobility Center, came out and apologized for the "unexpected condition" of the undercarriage and committed to find another van for me. I never heard from him again. The van in question was pulled from their website (good for them for doing the right thing). However, I just went on their website today and saw that the same red 2008 Sienna is back on there (still had the VIN from the CarFax). Too bad their conscience bailed on them so quickly. Sadly, some unsuspecting customer who doesn't do what he/she should do in their evaluation will end up with a real nice looking rust bucket. Caveat emptor..."as is" is one thing, but their actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. Postscript: It doesn't matter that I didn't hear back from John, because I found Performance Mobility in Tempe and had a great experience there. read more
