Ignore any negative reviews that some unhappy in life has tagged her business. There has to be some form of insanity for any decent human being to leave anything under 5 stars. There are always wretched people who leave crazy bad reviews for they love to spread the unhappiness of their lives to others. It is what it is. You won't find a more beautiful heart and soul and spirit than DR LORAINE KEMPTON.! She will bend over backwards to help all her patients. I don't trust my life with just any person. I contacted this place at the recommendation of a friend. I called four times yesterday trying to make an appointment as a new patient (11am, 2:30pm, 3:00pm, and 4pm). Every time I called, I get the message saying 'existing patients, leave a message after the beep, new patients call back later.' It must be nice to be a medical facility that doesn't have to worry about getting new patients because I wasn't able to make an appointment and already found another dermatologist! read more

I went in for a consultation and the office is very nice, the front desk smiled but was very short with me even though I was the only patient in the waiting room. Dr. Kempton was very nice and had great options for me. The urgent care that premier is located in is absolutely trashed. It's being remodeled and walking down the hall to the office, I wanted to turn back. The construction everywhere made me question whether or not I was in the right building. Paper, tape and paint all over the floor. I had to squeeze past a ladder to get to the right suite. read more

Dr Lorraine Kempton is my doctor here and she listens well and has a gentle touch. She will write scripts for the medical quality skin care products you need to keep your skin healthy, and the compounding pharmacy is in the same building. I had been searching for a new derm after my last appointment elsewhere was less than stellar. The derm at the other place I went to, the derm walked in, looked at me for two seconds, wrote me a script and left. I made an appointment yesterday and got seen today! I needed to get a dreadful wart taken off my finger and I got to see Lorraine! She was fabulous and looked at a few questionable moles and really took the time to chat with me. Dr. Kempton has been so helpful and informative with my acne problems. I first came to her 6 months ago and I've had been struggling with cystic acne for years . Ever since I've been going to APD they've assisted me with controlling my acne. Now that my acne is under control, I'm now on my journey to removing the acne scarring. If you are seeking aesthetics, KEEP LOOKING!!! I went to the nurse practitioner for botox & filler for my daughter's wedding. I scheduled a trial run one full year in advance to be certain I would be happy with the results. My trial run was great! Unfortunately, the results for the wedding were nothing like my trial run. I ended up having most of my filler removed (though I still paid for it!) and spent the week before the wedding doing correction appointments. Additionally, she WAY overestimated on the filler, but said she'd "store it for me". When I called and asked to pick it up I was told it had expired and was thrown away. read more

Met with the Nurse Practitioner at this facility when I called asking about laser treatments for rosacea. To met with her it was a $50 consultation which my visit maybe lasted 5min. During my appointment with her, I attempted to discuss with her the problems I've been experiencing with my rosacea and asked about their treatment options. As I was talking with her, she was aloof, disinterested and would interrupt my sentences multiple times by saying "Mmhmm" before I finished speaking. She informed me that they only had one laser option available (which is IPL for anyone looking for similar treatments) and suggested for me to go to another facility for further laser treatments. Not having the specific laser I needed was fine, I was definitely mostly disappointed in her poor interaction with me as a patient. What she didn't know is that I've been in the medical field for 22yrs and been an RN for 10yrs. Being an RN I strongly support NP's being providers but quickly become disappointed when coming across a rude and careless provider. Besides my unfortunate interaction with her, the front desk was exceptionally nice and they also do a great job at providing a welcoming atmosphere. My rating reflects the NP I met with and the waste of $50 to see her. Beware to first time patients if the NP is your first interaction with any provider at this office. read more

I had melanoma at the age of 30 and I was a client at this place for the last 4 years (I followed my nurse practitioner here). Today I called to schedule ah appt because I have a mole that has started to grow and bleed last night for no reason. Needless to say I called to schedule an appt with my provider here. The receptionist was so rude and stated that I could no loner be a client at this place! Despite the fact that I told her about my melanoma and I was scared. There was no feel no empathy. She stated that I had missed fours in a row (completely false) I changed my phone number and missed one because they called old number and I did miss last appt due to travel. I tried to explain this to her and she said I'm sorry u are no longer able to be a client here. It had to be the most insensitive and demeaning and also dehumanizing treatment I gave EVER received. If u want to be treated like a person and not simply an inflated Botox queen. Do not come here!!! read more

Today i was at Arizona Premier Dermatology and my appointment was great with the dermatologist. But, as i was filling out some last paper work after my appointment, a women walked in wearing no mask. I was very surprised staff let this women in their office with no mask because she "doesn't wear them". This is putting everyone at risk because she doesn't like to wear masks. I wish the staff would've done more. They just let her walk in with no protection putting everyone at risk. read more

My experience from start to finish was wonderful. The office staff was friendly and Brenda was awesome at guiding me through the whole process. I have been seeing Brenda since I was in 7th grade (9 years now) for my acne problems. I absolutely love her! The staff here is always friendly and the wait is never long. Brenda is so warm and comforting and I have developed a real relationship with her. I did my Ultherapy with Brenda. I was a bit nervous and not entirely sure what to expect. She and her staff were fantastic. They walked me through the process and let me know what to expect at every stage. The office is professional and upbeat and her staff was incredibly attentive. I first visited this office over 5 years ago and since then my husband and three kids have all been seen there. We usually see Dr. Anna O'Bannon but have seen Brenda Vogle too and find them both to be open , caring and easy to talk to. They take their time with each of us and that's especially important with my teens who they treat like real people and listen to their concerns and needs. Some DRs talk down to kids or teens or just talk to me as if they were not even there. NOT HERE! The drs and staff are always warm and inviting and I've seen them reach out and support our community numerous times. The waiting room is open and clean as are the exam rooms.
