We purchased our first safe yesterday. They had a nice selection and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were fair compared to competitors in the area. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was 2-3 weeks out but I got a call after a week by the installer who let me know they had an opening and would be available to deliver. The two installers were friendly and showed me everything I needed to know in regards to operation and code setting. Will definitely buy here again when it's time for another safe! I forgot to hit post on my previous review so this is quite a bit late. I had an issue with a Liberty Safe(from another vendor) where the lock broke and I couldn't access my meds. The owner of Az Safe Outlet came out the same morning I called and opened the safe which a Locksmith couldn't do and brought me a great safe which is top notch. I didn't mention but he closed his store and made the 45min to Surprise last minute to help me out. I would and do highly recommend them for price and above and beyond service. read more

They are a factory owned dealer of Champion Safes and Superior Gun Safes. I think they offer some used safes from time to time but all I saw was new safes. They do provide delivery and installation services and if I remember correctly they also move safes just in case you needed to. They came highly recommended to me so the bar of expectations for this one was pretty high. Dave did a wonderful job of not only meeting it, but beating what I expected from them. He was very very knowledgeable and helpful in comparing the various products and helped me make an informed decision. He did not upsell or try to make me buy anything I did not need. I needed a safe bolted down. ASO came in as one of the lowest bidders but also answered my request really fast. I had some questions and the answers to these did not come as fast - however, we did agree on a date, time, service and a price. Then it got quiet. I even sent an email confirming the deal. Got no reply. To this very day. I will not deal with these kind of cretinous flimflammers, as there is a plethora of companies that renders the same kind of service - presumably in a better manner. read more

I came here for some gun accessories and noticed the brand new safe I bought was there along with about 8-10 other competitor safes that were broken into...wow, what an eye opener. I quickly realized that I needed a new safe. So I did tons of reconnaissance to find the best value and after starting here I ended up here. I love how their prices are OTD (out the door) so you know what the taxes and delivery fees are so you aren't trying to calculate all of this at each place I went. I was impressed with his knowledge of the safes and I loved how you can just pull off the door panel on all his safes to see how the locking mechanism works. It is also nice to know that he will take care of my safe for life...unlike when you go to Cabela's and who knows who is going to help you. Even if you get a great deal elsewhere I would still recommend stopping here to learn about these safes here. read more

Champion safes are the best option on the market. Heavier gauge materials than most at the same price point. Very well built and nicely finished. After months of research, and shopping around I bought a beautiful Champion safe from the Arizona Safe Outlet on Black Canyon Highway, and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire experience was great! Gary was the employee working the day I stepped in to see their inventory, and he spent as much time as I required to answer my questions, and tell me about Champion safes, and their competitors. The safe was just delivered today, and Dave, the owner of the business, brought it himself. He was extremely careful about moving the safe over door thresholds, hollow tiles, and one small section of hard wood flooring, and got the 700 pound beast set nicely in place without any damage to my floors. I visited other safe stores in the Phoenix area, and know for a fact that I got a better safe, at a better price than any of the competitors. I was originally planning on buying a Browning from a different store, but the Champion I actually bought is bigger, has a better fire rating, and a better bolt/locking system. The best part of it all is that the Champion was also $400 cheaper than the Browning! This entire buying experience has been fantastic, and the service was well beyond my expectations. It's apparent this company cares for their customers, and plan to be in business for a long, long time. This review is a little past due. Awhile back I locked myself out of my LIBERTY SAFE sold from another company that was defective and it had my medication in it. Without it I would get very sick. The Owner of Arizona Safe closed down shop and came all the way across town for a small fee to open my safe. This was a life saver. I went to every big box store and major safe dealer in the valley after visiting the Arizona Safe Outlet. Dave at, AZSO, showed me the differences in his Champion and Superior Lines as-well-as how they differed in construction and options from other prominent brands. About a week later I was back to purchase the Superior safe that fit our space and budget requirements. As Dave had said before I left, it was a far better safe (e.g. construction, lock, double seal door, fit finish, fire rating, etc.) than any other safe in its class.
