I can't say enough about this company! Today I called and needed my front gate lock repaired. He came out to the house within an hour and probably spent an hour trying to fix my outdated lock, finally he said that there were no parts for it and it couldn't be fixed. When I asked how much the charge was for coming out he said "no charge, I couldn't fix it." I have never had a company tell me that, there is always a trip charge.
