I live in Peoria, specifically in Trilogy, which is about 2 miles west of the 303 freeway. When I called to request installation of a smart lock I was informed that their service area is only east of the 303, and therefore they could not provide service for me. When I asked if they could make an exception they told me that the owner would only do so if I payed an additional $125.00 for the job. This is false and misleading advertising, with no attempt at an equitable solution. I would not recommend using this company.

Then he told the customer the cost / customer acknowledged / then he took his tools outside to the customers car to begin work. Never once acknowledging me. I left. I was parked next to the car he was working on. Never said a word to me. Obviously very single minded and unable to multitask. Go when no one is there you might get acknowledged.
