Wow, I had several companies come out to help figure out a leak. Tim from Seamless gutters was the most thorough, gave the most detailed follow-up (including multiple pictures, a thorough email, AND a phone call since he spoke with the tenants on site). And all this even though he thought just putting on new gutters would solve my problem! This was a terrible company to use. I received a bid to place gutter guards on my existing gutters. They are old and one company said that they did not have guards to fix my gutters. Seamless Gutters said they could do the job so I hired them. I was not here the day they did the job. One section was about 20 feet high so I never checked it myself. Two years later, I did some remodeling and found out that they never placed gutter guards over that section, it was clearly part of the bid. I had to replace those gutters anyway, so called them up and they gave me another bid. I mentioned the problem I had with the first job and got an "Oh well". The second job happened 6 weeks later, it was suppose to be about 3, and the fellows tore out the old gutter and left the mess, along with nails and dirt, on my brand new deck. Did not clean it up so it dried and I had to get down on my hands and knees to scrub it off of my new deck. They really don't care about the quality of their work and seem to go through employees very quickly. I will never use them again. If you do you them, make sure you check EVERYTHING they do. read more

Called to have seamless gutters put on after addition to home. Now won't come up to Navajo Reservation because of COVID-19. Explained that our rates lower than the state still a negative response. So insulting!!! Same for Flagstaff. Guess your out of luck if you live in a rural area especially on a reservation. read more

Like so many people with hail damage from 7/11, a new roof and gutters were needed. We were in a newly constructed home and I listened to Travis Stedman on the radio for the past couple years, thinking this fella has a good business not thinking I'd be needing gutters anytime soon. Needless to say I called AZ Seamless Gutters and Travis came out in the rain and completed an estimate and got us on their busy work schedule. It was worth the wait. Joey and Case created and installed our gutters on a Saturday. We were very impressed with these young men and there meticulous detail installing our gutters. They were professional, cleaned up nicely and installed our new gutters with custom expertise. They look beautiful and we've had a fair amount of rain since the install and the gutters are working as designed!! This service provider installed gutters on my 1040 square foot home, 20 miles outside Prescott Arizona, The installation took a few hours. They were supposed to begin the job on 11-6-17 but do to labor problems showed up late on 11-13-17 (Monday). Because of the late start they didn't finish that day so they left materials scattered around my property and wanted to come back on Friday. Because my job included a facia wrap, I was concerned that water would be trapped behind the metal and would cause the wood to rot if it should rain. I explained this many times to the GM who seemed not to care, but finally got the job done the next day. After the job was "finished" I asked if they would fill the holes left by the previous installation, they said "no". read more

After 25 years as a Marine Corps Officer I learned not to critique someone when you're mad and to just stick to the facts. I've waited a week and here are the facts. Az Seamless Gutters was subcontracted to replace about 10' of damaged gutter, gutter topper and about 40' of down spout. When the field crew came out in June, they painted the down spout to match the rest of trim...good! But, they couldn't finish because the Estimater gave them the wrong size and completely different type of topper than rest of house...bad! Az Seamless Gutters did not issue them safety harnesses and they were working 38' (4 stories) on edge of steep roof. In the Corps we use to call that "set up to fail". The Estimater said he couldn't find my style of gutter topper anywhere, so it was agreed between AZ Seamless Gutters, the prime contractor and me that AZ Seamless would repair and replace the damaged topper. I left paint for the crew, one gallon to match all the other house gutters, spouts and trim and one color that matched the house body in case of spills/spots. The field crew came back 24 July. They installed the topper, gutter and spout. But, all 3 items were different colors. The spout was good, the topper was painted color of house body, and the gutter was not painted (left factory color green). When my wife pointed this out, the crew got an attitude with her and said they don't paint. When I sent pictures of this to the Estimater and Manager, the Manager said the same thing "we don't paint" and "we're not a paint company ". He said that I should contact the prime contractor to fix their job that left 3 different colors. . So I did. The prime contractor didn't hesitate or quibble, they immediately came out and painted. It was difficult because the gutter and topper were already attached, would have been simple if painted prior to instillation. Az Seamless Gutters has stopped communicating with me. read more

Tom Ferguson came out for 5 minutes. Had no samples and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Except cutting the gutter looks like crap. I called the owner Travis Stedman and he sent me two e mails with pictures from another companies website. He also kept referring me to go thru Tom. Highly disappointed in this company and service. Never received any estimate that was suppose to come with drawings the following day. It is obvious they are to busy and do not want to be bothered with jobs that take more time. Extremely poor communication and unreliable. One of the worst experiences I have had, in my life, with any business outside of an airline.

This is the first time I used this contractor. My review is solely based on the installer performance. The installers are mass production instead of quality installation. I had a simple 14'Long x 8'wide shed. My first impression of the finished product was there was to much fall in the slope of the gutter almost 2". The normal slope is 1/2" per 10 ft. Secondly the shed never had drip edge metal installed. I bought the material and asked the installer to put the drip edge metal in while installing the gutter, previously That AM I had talked to the salesman, Patrick Cron and was confirmed that I should buy the material and have it on the job site to be installed by the installers. My second notice was that there was a space on the corners of the roofing ,where the shingles are lifted up and a gap between the roof line and shingles where the edge metal was slipped in. I asked the installer if I need to put mastic in the space and his reply was it should not be a problem with moisture and the gap. Bottom line I re-leveled the gutter to 3/4" fall for the 15ft.,and now going to try and eliminate the corner gaps this AM. read more
