A serious disappointment. Call 3 times to get them to do maintenance on a roof they installed a couple years,ago. After promises to call back with a scheduled time, and no return calls I called another company. Glad I did. They pointed out the poor workmanship that had been performed by Command Roofing. Our roof is roughly 5 years old and installed by command roofing. We recently had some flashing and shingles come up. I called command roofing and they stated they would send someone out and check what's going on. 6 weeks go by and nothing. I called back talked to another person there, they said they had no records of me having a work order. He apologized and said he promises he will call on a Friday/Monday morning (it was Thursday). Well it's now a week after he said he would call me, still no call back or anything after he promised he would. At this point I'm not shocked that my roof is coming apart, they can't even figure their business out enough to honor a simple checkup on a house they did "work" on. Maybe someone there will read this from Command roofing and figure their crap out. How are they even in business? Use at your own risk, you may have to let your roof leak for 7-8 weeks before they can fix what they failed to do on the install. read more

An update--the superintendent came by, did a walk over on the roof and talked to me on 6/26. He said he would get back to me on the fascia replacement and mentioned he did not appreciate my 'level of animosity'--supposedly from the initial review. I gave him a cashier's check for the remainder of the roofing fee, thought we parted on good terms. He gave me his business card and said to call him directly with any needs--he'd be back to look at the fascia and give me a quote for the replacement. On 7/5/23 I sent him a text message to remind him of this, said that he'd agreed to get back to me, and I wondered if this was possible or should I make other arrangements. Heard nothing. On 7/8/23 I sent him a follow up with a picture of the nails that were about 2 feet from the front east side of the house--still in the wrapper. I mentioned I was pretty sure these must have blown off the roof with recent wind. Asked if they would be able to work on the fascia or let me know. No answer. This past week, 7/10/23, there was a packet of 6 very long screws---bound together by a thin metal wire and about 7 or 8 industrial staples--still in a single grouped unit--in the same area in the front yard. We do have predatory birds that sometimes have dinner in the front yard nearer to the street. I have found various remnants of birds, a mouse, a chewed bullhead snake. I don't think it's the hawks or ravens. Nor does it seem my 85 year old neighbor would bring walk over to the fence and chuck what appear to be roofing materials into the yard. So. I will be looking for the neighborhood handyman to glue fascia on to that panel so I don't void the 2 year warranty. Not delighted with service and do not recommend. At all. This' the 3rd home I have had re-roofed in my adult life. It is expensive to do and your insurance company generally likes you to use licensed tradesmen. It takes a lot of money to do this and it takes time and work to earn that money. It does not grow on trees or fall from the sky (like other things seem to do from my Chino Valley home). read more

We contracted with Command Roofing in 2019 for a full roof coating with a 10-year warranty. The roof has never stopped leaking. My elderly mom has called multiple times for help, but the company often fails to show up for the appointments to fix the problems. When they do arrive, the issues aren't resolved. The ongoing leaks have led to thousands of dollars in interior damage, affecting two bedrooms, both bathrooms, and now a leak in the garage. Command Roofing is not responsive. They take advantage of the elderly. Additionally, my mom paid them an extra $1,400 in July 2023, and the work has yet to be completed. Was not delighted with service, waited a week thinking about how to phrase this. A neighbor had their roof done and recommended them. They were very pleasant on the phone. I got a written estimate on 1/24/23 for a total cost and contract. I returned the signed contract and provided a check for the requested deposit 2/7/23 with the color of shingles. I was told I was on the list and we would have the roof done in spring. I made 10 calls between 5/2/23 and 6/8/23 and left messages,brought a shingle in to their store to be matched, also in May. 6/15/23 I sent them a text with a picture of torn shingles and fascia that had come off during a wind/hail storm. We also talked about it on the phone 6/15 with my question being if we had done this earlier could that have been avoided. The roof was done 6/16. I asked the workers about the fascia, ignored. Not done. I sent a photo to Command roofing and asked about it. No response. I sent an itemized email on 6/20/23 and asked about the fascia and the plywood I was told would be $125 per sheet for repair from evaluate cooler base removal. I asked for an amended work order per their contract. No response outside of an email with the bill for remainder of costs. I was picking up nails, remnants from the worker's lunch in the yard. Close to 15 nails and other pieces of metal. No one went over the job with me. I was on premises. This was the 3rd home I have had reroofed. I am having another person come over to look at gluing/painting the fascia on so not to void the 2 year contract warrantee. The cost of the plywood was not charged to me. I'll balance that out with what I have to pay the other guy. read more

So disgusted with Command right now that I can't see straight. They installed a new roof for me in 2016. I have had a recurring leak in the same spot three times since then. They have "repaired" it twice, which of course also necessitates new sheetrock and painting of the ceiling in the indoor area. It is now leaking again. Exact same spot. I had Brian from Command Roofiing come out to check my roof this past January 2022 for possible damage. Brian took many pictures to verify and show me the extent of hail damage. Command Roofing was the 3rd Roofing Company I called, Brian told me up front they were short on help and long on jobs. They were booked out as far as September. I took the time to check on all three of the Companies that got up on my roof to give me a bid for a new roof. My roof was moved up to July as Command Roofing added another crew. My new roof was installed, there was some extra work I requested on my shed, along with a section of fascia board. During the course of the roof installation I had the opportunity to meet the Owners one being Sean, his Supervisor Nathan, their wood guy James, good men. In this day and age of fly by night get the money and run. I found a group of men that base their company with faith values, character and integrity. Life is a journey, not always easy. We had our new shingles complete roof done last March During the installation we noticed nails coming through the inside ceiling. The ceiling is a vintage tongue and groove cedar. This was pointed out to the supervisor immediately. I met with people from the company 3 different times and multiple promises to repair the damage but so far no follow through. I have been under the impression that I was progressing with reliable, trustworthy professionals for my $10,000 in roof repairs, but I was incorrect. Here are our interactions: 8/6: I call and speak to someone at the main number, then receive a call saying they could come take a look on 8/11. 8/11: They come look and say they will email me a quote when it's ready. I wait, it never comes. 8/23: Brian calls, I miss it. 8/24: I call back, he misses it, he calls back and says he wants to come by next week and check the roof again because there was another storm that could get me covered by insurance. 8/30: I accidentally dial Brian and hang up thinking it didn't go through, he calls back and we confirm the appointment tomorrow (irrelevant, just being thorough). 8/31: Brian arrives, he asks what I think about the bid they never sent, then gives me a printout of it. They are scheduling two months out, and I had waited two weeks for the bid, so I'm ready to move forward once I look over the paperwork. The quote was missing the smallest job but biggest priority, because it leaks directly into my bedroom every time it rains. I call to say that everything looks good but it needs that section added, Brian says he would call me back after the job he was on. The company never contacts me again. I start looking into getting solar power, so I do not pursue the updated quote again until I see how roofing would tie in with the solar contract. 10/8: I email for an electronic and updated copy of the bid and ask that the repairs that solar panels would be on top of to be separated because they might be included with the solar installation. 10/29: I call repeatedly at different times of day, no answer. 11/1: I speak to a man who takes my name, situation and number and says somebody will get back with me. Nothing. It appears getting a complete bid was too much to ask for. I'm aware roofers are busy right now so I likely either slipped through the cracks or my job was too much for them to handle, but I still find it unacceptable that after patiently waiting on this company to get organized for months, I was dropped back at square one with finding a roofer... And I couldn't even get a courtesy call. I recommend Legacy Roofing. I'm astounded at how fast, thorough, honest, professional, caring, high caliber, and reasonably-priced they are; all attributes Command does not have. read more

All the folks in our community have flat roofs that need recoating about every 3 years. This time we decided to have COMMAND ROOFING do the work. The owner convinced us to spend a bit more and coat it with silicone. What an incredible job they did! No more cracks and the coating should last for up to 50 years! Insurance check for more than roofing and they agreed to put the new trim on front of house and did a terrible job. If I had it to do again I would have used a different roofing company. The last time we had our house roofed the roofers did not take off the old tar and gravel roof. Command Roofing said " we have to take off the original roofing so it will take a little longer." We didn't have a clue it wasn't taken off. They called to let us know when they were coming and also when they ran into something unexpected. They had to replace wood and let us know how many needed to be replaced. They are are a Christian Company and their work ethic is outstanding. They cleaned around the house and left no trace behind. I am very very disappointed in command roofing I was referred by a friend to hire command roofing. I contacted the company and spoke to a gentleman by the of will. Will came out to my residence and inspected my roof and advise me that I needed to call my insurance gesture that there was a lot of damage. I contacted my insurance adjuster and said that he would be out the following Thursday I called will and advise him that the insurance adjuster wanted to meet with him. The insurance adjuster arrived at my house and waited for over an hour command roof he never showed up. I called command roofing he said he would be at my house in 30 minutes still never showed up and as to this day I still have not received a call back from command roofing. On May 1st I contacted Command for an estimate on a roof leak. Jim came out that afternoon, took some measurements and pictures and said he would get with their estimator and we would get a call back within a day or 2. 1 week later, I still had not received a call so I called and talked to the estimator. He didn't know anything about it. Said that he would talk to Jim. Apparently Jim had not turned in the info. He said he would get back to me. 2 days later I still had not received a call back. I called again. They were waiting on my email, which no one had bothered to call me and ask for it, to send me the bid. What the hell is wrong with phone calls?? Apparently my little repair job is beneath Command roofing. BTW, my little repair job is now an insurance claim because that roof leak has caused black mold. Thanks Command Roofing. Shawn and his crew replaced our shingle roof with a new metal roof. These guys are the BEST!! They are real troopers at doing a great job! The weather totally sucked the entire time they were working, with the real high winds, the rain and the cold, but they trudged on. The roof job, even while in progress NEVER leaked a drop of the rain. They made sure everything stayed dry the whole time. Being a metal roof, there was much, much more to the install than just slapping down some asphalt shingles. There was a mountain if intricate cuts that needed to be made and fit in. So the actual work was great, my roof looks great and it was done in a timely manner, the trouble was with lack of communication between the contractor the office staff and the sales man who gave me the quote, All three were on different pages when it came to how much the actual cost would be for me. I was given quotes by the salesman which the office and contractor did not agree with. I was told 5 sheets of plywood were included then they tried to weazle out of that. The contractor said I needed 11 sheets of plywood 5 were included leaving 6 for me to pay for but when i got bill that changed to 16 sheets of plywood, interesting how it was exactly 5 sheets extra, same amt I was suppose to get included in quote. When my bill was emailed to me after I given them all the insurance had given me, they said I still owed over 1700.00. After freaking out and waiting to speak to the salesman for 3 days, I got a hold of him and he was not super helpful, He was not showing concern or trying to quill my distress about the huge additional cost from his original quote. He did call the next day and said the office made a mistake and that I only owed for the additional 5 sheets of plywood, which by the way an earlier email stated I would only be charged for the 6 pieces. Honestly I just feel there is a disconnect between all the peolpe who make up that company. I did pay for the 6 extra peices. Just did not feel they were to concerned with my issues. I'm sure they are all good people and the roof looks great, there was just a lot of hassle with my case, maybe too many jobs going at once. sorry guys read more
