I had an Arizona Shower door installed 4 years ago. From day one we have had some type of leaking. There has to be something wrong with how they installe. The people that came out would keep putting rubber on the sides & bottom. But we still had leaking. Now the bottom swip has split. We need to replace that & would also like to replace the sides. When I called Arizona they said to go to where I purchased their door, Lowe's. We went to Lowe's & they have the bottom swipes for shower doors, but they don't support this. There is nothing that even comes close to what Arizona Door installed to try & stop this expensive shower door from leaking on our bathroom floor. I am very disappointed in this door for what we paid & was told that there would be a lifetime warrant. We have called & all they say is that there is no support anywhere in our area. Sale rep came to my house to discuss what we wanted to do. Company came recommended through Lowes. I explained that door we did not want, and the door we wanted. Received a quote for the door we didn't want. Finally received the corrected item, with an installation cost. Weeks later the Director of Sales looks to connect with me (assuming the sales rep I met with quit or was fired). The director mentioned the door was on sale, yet the quote for the installation was higher than the sales rep (no change in the item). Terrible business to charge me more for the installation when it was less just a few weeks ago. Made me look online at reviews. I should have checked them out before even starting the process. (I was referred to ASD by Cascade Windows as Cascade only works with commercial) To consolidate countless calls and emails. I got different information almost every time I called in, the quotes changed, the information needed changed etc. I was trying to simply purchase the exact same shower frame in a different color. My email had the picture of the item, the width of the glass (1/4"), the exact measurements of each individual bar down to the 16th of an inch, and the original manufacturers description of the item. I finally get to the warehouse to pick up the frame and they were trying to sell me the wrong item with the wrong size glass. The manager then proceeded to tell me I was asking for the 3/16" glass. When I showed her the email saying 1/4" glass, she then asked me questions about the door frame and hinge as if we hadn't gone over all of these details numerous times and I didn't include an exact picture of the item for reference. She then said I was "being very difficult and didn't want to do business with me." How this company is in business I have no idea. read more

I cannot recommend this company based on their customer service. Rogelio came to my home to measure and to show me styles from a catalog. We discussed it together and I selected a nearly frameless sliding door. Rogelio told me DeQuan would send me an email with the final bid. The email came, I approved it and an installation date was set. I was out of town and arranged for a friend to allow Rogelio in. She sent me a photo after it was in and I was shocked to see that it was not the style door that I had selected from the catalog. I called Rogelio while he was still there. He said the large metal header was all they had. I called DeQuan the next day. He initially tried to blame me. He said the style I selected would not work for the height needed do they had to change styles. He said I signed off on the bid therefore, I had agreed to it. I told DeQuan. That I should have received a phone call informing me that what I ordered would not work and letting me know what my options were. He should have made that phone call. He said he would need to discuss it with the general manager and call me back. He never called me back. I called him again. He was out for the day. I left a message requesting a call back. He did not return my call. I called again. I told him I should receive some discount or compensation. He said he would discuss it with his General manager, Jeff M. Jeff M Told him that they could refund me the 143$ for the more expensive door they put in. This did not feel satisfactory. No accountability was taken. Not once was there an apology. I did get a serviceable shower door, but I certainly did not get what I wanted. Do not use this company. read more

I was put in contact with Arizona Shower Door through Lowe's for an installation. I received a text asking for pictures of the shower, it wasn't tiled yet but I sent a picture anyway. They scheduled a measurement via text also, The tile guy asked if I could move it back a day but the link from the email to reschedule told me it was not working, so the tile guy got done before that appointment anyway. I received a confirmation of the appointment from Lowe's but when no one showed Lowe's contacted Arizona Shower Door and they texted me that the appointment had been cancelled when I tried to reschedule. They were able to schedule a measurement within a few days but weren't able to tell me when it might be installed. At this point I hired a different company that was very easy to schedule with and got the job done within 3 days. Arizona Shower Door doesn't actually talk to anyone, they rely on email links that don't provide the customer and feedback. I never did get an estimate of amount or timing. We thought we were finally on the home stretch and would be getting our remodeled master bath finished. We thought. Never heard squat! I mean AZ Shower Door was once said to be fantastic....really? It seems that when a small company with great work histories begins to rise to a level where their main book of business comes from developers doing volume business, then who needs just one Mom and Pop job at a time? End caps were super light weight and didn't even cover the top of the post. Had to find new ones online and fabricate to fit. The sweep is poorly made and ripped after the first week. Plus did not keep the water inside the shower. Ordered a decent one from Amazon. I let customer service know all this and they said they could not remedy and that is how the door comes. read more

We ordered shower doors through Lowes in Yuma. Lowes gets their doors from Arizona Shower Doors out of Phoenix. We ordered Dec 13, 2024 to be delivered to Lowes Jan 2. We went to Lowes Jan 2, 2025 to pick up our doors only to discover it was the wrong size. We were told our door was "in the back". So we went back the following day. Only to discover the door with our name on the pkg, actually had a customer's name in Tucson, and it was the wrong glass. The company was sent an email to report the error & supposedly get our correct door shipped. 3 weeks in a row, we were told the door would arrive at the Lowes store on Friday. Friday would arrive but our door did not. Lowes were not given a tracking #, so no way to track our door. One Lowes employee was told it was a warranty issue, which was incorrect, but that was causing the delay. On Jan 31 we cancelled our order and went to Mobile Home Depot and as of Feb 5, we finally have a shower door. I will not use this company ever again. read more

I loved my shower door, until it slipped and the glass door interfered with the stationary side. I thought the glass would surely break it was hitting so hard. I called them 4 times (over multiple weeks) and left messages but did not get a call back. I finally spoke to 3 diff people because I called sales instead of customer support. It turns out, after speaking to multiple people, that they do not support their product. When I finally talked to people there, they kept telling me that they did not install my shower door. One person actually spent the time to look it up and sure enough, they installed it. He took a message and assured me he would have someone call me. After a week or so and still no returned call, I called back and finally got a manager. Again I went through insisting they installed it and he too would not believe me and looked it up. He finally agreed they installed it and told me that they could come out and adjust it for $150. I told him that I had not had my door for a year and asked if I would need to pay them $150 every six months? He became rude. And he agreed that it is a problem with their doors. I asked that since I'm willing to pay $150 could they could please add another support bracket high up (a less than $10 piece part) near the existing top one. He said no and that it would not help. I was very frustrated now at his non-customer support attitude and told him that I was a mechanical engineer and the top bracket is slipping because there is too much load on it and if they add a second it should half the load and make it no longer slip. Further that I did not care that it would make 3 asymmetrical brackets instead of two. Neither was there any customer relation, nor was he pleasant and was obviously offended that I suggested a fix because paying every 6 months was not an acceptable solution for me. He finally agreed to send someone to fix the door but then told me it is a different department that schedules repairs and I'd have to talk to someone else. He said he would have someone call me to set up the maintenance call. I did not get a call from them for 2 months and now use a butter knife as a spacer that I leave in the top of the door and the hinge works long enough to take a shower and immediately replace it. I'd say do more research and use a company that has a better hinge design or supports their product. read more

A new glass sliding door was purchased for my tub shower and this was the resulting installation. Very poor quality and unhappy with the overall service. We replaced our shower door in the master bedroom and the shower door in the downstairs tub/shower one year ago (through Lowes-AZ Shower Door). I paid $3k for these and 1 year later the wheels have broken off the sliding door so it sounds like glass on metal and the door in the master the rubber is off and it sticks. Very poor quality and I cannot get hold of anyone to fix the issue. My husband spoke with someone and scheduled a repair and no one has followed up. Worst customer service ever. read more

Just after 1 year and 1 months after the installation , in May of 2020, one of the panels of the shower door shattered over my daughter almost almost killing her. I contacted the company and spoke to a person named Alexa, in Salt Lake City. I explained what happened and sent her pictures of the shattered door. She said the warranty is for one year and since the accident happened after 1 year and one month I have to buy a new door. She promised to find my old order and based on the measurements we will be able to order the new panel and replaced the shattered one! She also promised to expedite the order so we don't have to wait a long time. But I waited, and waited, and waited and I still don't have the panel. I called few times Alexa, I she she kept saying how she is still looking for my order. Finally she refused to talk to me and asked another employee to tell me that she can not find my order and i shouldn't be bothering her again. I was I shock and I couldn't believed it's possible to be so cruel. I did not asked for anything free or even to get a discount. I only asked to reorder one of the shattered panels. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service in my entire life. People like Alexa need to be trained and to know how to communicate and help customers. It took a while to get the door but once it came in they came to my place and installed it. They took about 2 hours but when they were finish it looked and worked great. I called this morning asking for Prima hinge gaskets. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and didn't think they had them but said one of the guys in the office said they do and to just come to will call and ask for them. I drove 30 minutes, arrived, asked for them and waited 15 minutes for the woman to come back and tell me they had to order them and they are on back order. I said, " oh, so you normally stick them?". Buyer Beware! This company does not stand behind their product! I bought a shower system from them at Lowes. when I went to install the system I noticed that the box was missing three pieces. I called Arizona shower door, gave them my purchase number and they looked it up and saw the order in the system. Then they told me that they can not speak to me directly and that I have to call them through lowes. So I had to go back to the store I bought it at and call them with a lowes specialist. taking two hours out of my day. Now we give them the PO number again and they tell the rep that they can't help me because I bought the product over 60 days ago. WHAT!!????? First off, why did I need to drive to the Lowes store for them to tell me they cant help me when I was on the phone with them and they could have done it then. Did they just want to frustrate me and waste my time or is it because they want lowes reps to give the bad news to the customers that they are a horrible company that does not back up their own product??? Secondly, nowhere on their box or on my lowes receipt did it say that they only warranty their product for 60 days. It's not as if something was broken, it was never placed in the box! I have photos of the unboxing to prove this! The Lowes rep told them they have never been given any training or documentation that there was a 60-day time frame on all complaints with their product but the customer service at Arizona Shower Door did not care. Third, who gives a 60-day warranty on a packaged product, what a cheap company!! They charged lowes 73 dollars for three little parts that they forgot to put in my box for a 375 dollar shower door. So 8 yrs ago a contractor added a bathroom onto my home. They used Arizona Shower Door for the shower door. The contractor took so many shortcuts in the remodel that it cost me thousands more to fix after the fact as it was past the 2 yr warranty. Therefore I will not even deal with them anymore. Now another one of their bad decisions has come to haunt me. The shower door. I have a renter in this room so this issue was never brought to my attention. But during a move out it was just brought to my attention a little too late. The magnet that holds the door closed is rusted beyond belief. So I called Arizona Shower Door and was told that they don't even know if the door is theirs. Or if the contractor installed it or they did. Which would void warranty. They wanted me to remove the whole side bar and bring it in. I am a 60 yr old disable lady and that wasn't happening. They told me that them coming out wasn't happening either. Exact words. I also asked why is the shower even have any metal on it that would rust to begin with. This isn't an install issue it is a manufacture issue. Terrible, terrible!!!! Do not use this company!!!! I can't believe that Lowe's is using this company for their stores. My experience has been a complete nightmare. From the start their installer stood me up and came 5:00pm instead 8:30am appt time. He took the measurements and suggested a barn style door, that I liked to find out he did not send the measurements and I am not able to even use that kind of barn style door. Lowe's could not even find the pictures. I took off of work to have him install the shower door, he called and at 9 am, to say he was not coming said the door was not the right one. I was very upset since he could not tell me the night before! So we rescheduled and he installed the door and when he finished, the bottom sides were not long enough so he put glue to cover the 2 inches and 1 inch missing gap. The door was not able to close completely. The top of the shower is 3 inches from the ceiling, were there is a speaker. I asked installer, did you see the big gaps, is the water going come out and why is so tall? He said those are measurements I gave them. It was correct on my garage. He said the he only takes the measures and he does not order the glass. He said well call the company because I have to leave to class. I said, why would you install it if you saw it was too short???? He just started at me and said call them tomorrow. So now I am waiting for them to come and take it down. I talked to Abraham Ramos customer service, who when I explained everything too became very rude and hung up on me. I called Lowe's regional to make a formal complaint. So I am still waiting for Lowe's Chino Hills and Arizona to come take down shower on the weekend since I will not miss work again for this. It has been the worst experience dealing with Lowes and Arizona shower doors. BEWARE AZSD INSTALLATION!! We had AZSD install 2 custom frameless shower doors in our home near Casa Grande which we had to purchase through Lowes. Both doors leak. According to Phil, the head installer, frameless doors leak. That's just the way it is. Really? Phil has ZERO customer service skills. He was LOUD, rude, and condescending. Interestingly, we had Excellent results with AZSD when our custom frameless shower doors were installed by A1 Glass in Snowflake. But having AZSD install the doors at our home near Casa Grande was absolutely horrible. We are ultimately left with a $5,000 investment in leaky shower doors. BEWARE! Both reps from AZSD offered ZERO solutions for our brand new Leaky custom frameless shower doors. When asked why they installed flashing on one frameless door but none on the 2nd, their reply was that any gap less than 1/8th of an inch is within standards and does not require flashing. First, the Gaps are NOT less than 1/8th of an inch, they are TWICE that, at a very generous 1/4 inch. You can easily imagine how much water leaks onto your floors during even the briefest of showers. Second, even if the gap was within their "acceptable standards," why on Earth would you leave a customer with Unresolved Leaks? I do not recommend AZSD for installation of shower doors, particularly, frameless shower doors. Keep Phil, the head installer, away from your property. read more

We were planning to order a glass shower door through Lowes and unfortunately this is the company they use. When they called to schedule the estimate the guy was super rude. When I asked for a more flexible time to come out to fit around my work schedule he rudely said, "We do 40 estimates a day, everyone works". I get that but a little flexibility and not being a jerk would have been nice. It took about 10 mins for the estimate and the guy was not friendly. I tried to talk to him and he seemed annoyed at me so I left the room, which means I couldn't get questions answered. I started to ask him a question as he walked out the door and he interrupted me and said "Lowes will call you". Then I get a message from Lowes the next day that said "sorry they won't install a glass door because you have glass tile". They didn't offer any workarounds. We needed a new shower in a motorhome we remodeled. We tore out the hideous brassy gold shower doors and wanted to upgrade to an oil rubbed bronze to match the fixtures in the rest of the coach. It's a unique size, I get it, but we paid nearly 4x what a standard neo angle shower door would cost. This seems pretty ridiculous but after calling local custom shower door companies the price was comparable even if it was outrageous. We went thru Lowe's because the salesmen there can do their jobs! It took over a week to get someone to come out and do the measurements then another week to get the quote. After 5 weeks I called Lowe's to get an update and was told it would be at the store the following Monday and I would hear from the installer within 2 days to schedule installation. Ok. I guess glamping and showering on the same trip can wait. BTW, the local companies had a lead time of 10 days from start to finish, should've just gone with one of them. The finished project, 6-1/days WEEKS later was less then climactic. We ordered oil rubbed bronze. With bronze glass. What we got was brown. Just brown. Not even a dark brown that might sort of match the rest of the room. And the glass is the lightest bronze I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure it's clear. The installers were kind enough to leave dirt and sweat all over my new wood floors (don't these people bring drop cloths to protect people's floors?) And nice little metal shavings on the floor of my shower. Stay away. Call a local company. Steer clear of the salesmen at Lowe's. Don't use the company. read more

One of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I waited all day for the rep to come and measure my bathroom. He postponed several times and from a 9-10 am time frame, he finally showed up shortly after 6pm. This was my day off wasted! From the moment he walked into my house it was clear that he felt he was doing me a favor. Complete jerk. Spoke very disrespectfully to me and when i questioned a few things, he was dismissive. I threw him out of my house. I have never done that before but after that brief experience there is no way I would trust this guy or anyone from his company with the final step of my bathroom remodel. I went through Lowe's on all of my bathroom remodel supplies and received GREAT service in the store on every occasion. Pros I was looking at the shower doors in stock at Lowes, and an employee told me I would get a higher quality product for not much more by going with AZ Shower Doors. I liked how the bronze finish and the "rain" style of glass were not considered upgrades. The door arrived at Lowes within days even though I live in Tucson. The final product looks very nice, not cheap looking like the in-stock doors. Cons The ordering process through Loews ended up being cumbersome (hint hint~ something for Lowes & AZ Shower Doors to work on). Stopped by the showroom, which was closed, blaming COVID. A very unfriendly woman instructed me to submit a request online. Wish I would have read the reviews before hiring these guys. First I gave them rough measurements, for a quote on what I wanted, then they sent a man to measure for the actual glass and where it would go. A week or so later the glass shows up too wide and too tall!!! The guy that was going to instal that glass re measured so they could correct the issue, but he called me later And told me that he wasn't comfortable with the measurements that he had taken, so they would be sending their head installer out to take a look at it however it wasn't convenient for his schedule that day so that the owner of the comes out to measure the glass the next day and sets me up for a week later, (he was really nice) so the guy installing these custom oiled bronze fittings used an impact drill to tighten the screws and kind of stripped the heads so the finish is marred! Also asked if he wanted ME to tape the glass so he wouldn't get silicone on this beautiful piece of glass. (He says we don't need to do that) and what happens? Silicone all over the glass. So I asked them to come back and adjust the gap where the door closes and they basically said that I approved it on the day of the job and that was what it was. Mind you retail of this job was about 2,000.00 I used my contractors license to get a discount and they discounted the glass for the inconvenience as well. I think I paid just under 800.00 after it was all said and done. So for that price I'm pretty satisfied I guess with the job I got. I still wish I would have been treated better by this company. She also promised to expedite the order so we don't have to wait a long time. But I waited, and waited, and waited and I still don't have the panel. I called few times Alexa, I she she kept saying how she is still looking for my order. Finally she refused to talk to me and asked another employee to tell me that she can not find my order and i shouldn't be bothering her again. I was I shock and I couldn't believed it's possible to be so cruel. I did not asked for anything free or even to get a discount. I only asked to reorder one of the shattered panels. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service in my entire life. People like Alexa need to be trained and to know how to communicate and help customers. Trying to get them to come out and adjust a door they installed that slipped down and won't close. There customer service is easily one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. I called 4 times after the initial call to schedule someone to come out and fix it. Each time they told me someone will be getting with me to set something up. I called again around 4 and the guy had the nerve to tell me if I had started earlier they would have been able to get me schedule but their schedulers leave at 3. I started at 10 in the morning and I initiated all the calls. Terrible service. read more

Loved that both sides of the shower door slide so I can turn the water on one side and enter from the other. Neat finger holes to use to slide doors from inside. read more
