After visiting the show room, giving a deposit, we waited for an appointment to measure the first of two doors we wanted installed. The installer came to install the first door with 2 grade school age children. The children helped him and acted as interpreter. The door looks good but leaks horribly at the bottom, we had to add trim to control this. The measure and install people looked at the unique situation we had with the second door. They sent out a second measure person who was very incompetent. Right away he stated that he didn't even know how to measure for the door. i got mad and expressed myself that they should have sent someone that knew what they were doing as several people from the company had already looked at the situation. I suggested that they should send someone else out that knew what they were doing. He said he would go call someone and see what to do. When he returned from his car he said he would go ahead and measure, take pictures and show it to his boss. We received a call a week later stating that they did not want to do the job. The negative reviews scared me, but knowing that our home's previous owners had used Arizona Shower Door, I knew the best route was to bite the bullet and give them a call to repair my shower door. Not only was everyone from the office staff to the installers friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, but my door was picked up, repaired, and re-installed in less than 24 hours. I bought a custom made shower door through Lowe's. The first error was Lowe's fault since Arizona had been bought by a bigger company and Lowe's did not update their orders to go to the correct location. After 4 weeks of waiting and asking about it at the store, they told me my order had never been placed. I had to wait 4 more weeks and when it finally came, the company was suddenly considered non- essential due to the coronavirus. But I had to call Lowe's to see why Arizona had not called to set up installation. They didn't call me. Then I found someone to install and turns out there were missing pieces. So had to wait another week to get the part (only because we insisted it be expedited). It was a TERRIBLE experience from start to finish. I don't know why Lowe's still uses this vendor. read more

Went to their represent in Lowe's in Henderson, Nevada. He told me that the total cost will be between $500 to $600 and asked me to pay $40 for the measurements. After I paid the $40 and they comes up with the cost of $1820. Please stay away from them. read more

We purchased two Arizona shower doors for our bathrooms from Lowes two months ago. We were told by Lowes employee "Marti" we would be very pleased with Arizona product. Unfortunately, we paid a large amount for two standard shower doors and we are NOT satisfied at all. The doors have loud rattling sound when slide open or close. We called the shower door installer appointed by Lowes he examined the doors and stated there is nothing they can do! this is a design issue. He recommended we contact Lowes for assistance. We tried to reach Lowes many times but never could get anyone to help. read more

I orders three sets of bathtub sliders and one shower door which totaled over $2k. through LOWES in Las Vegas- first there was a problem with the delivery. (I do not think that had anything to do with Arizona Shower Doors though). then the doors arrived, a few days later I began installation only to discover the tracks for the sliders had not been shipped with the order, I asked the manager at LOWES to hold them there so I could pick them up. (Four wasted days waiting to delivery that never showed). I picked the tracks up at LOWES. The following morning I began opening the tracks; The first thing I noticed is that where the cut the backside of the sides and the holes they drilling for the screws to mount them where jagged and rough (Unfinished) I discovered this when both of my hands became embedded with aluminum "splinters". The Second thing I discovered is that they did not send the screws with the door hardware. I noticed this on two of the sliders as well as the swing out door. I contacted LOWES (Again) in person to see if they could do something about this "series of problems". the manager was very considerate but passed me off to someone from the department where I ordered the doors who wasn't going to be in until the following day. (I should expect a call). The call came and John was on the other end; I explained the situation to him aftger explaining it twice already to the LOWES management. He said he would call Arizona shower doors and let them know..... I believe it was later that day or the following day that I received aa messages from John; He explained that his contact at Arizona Shower Door said to look in the boxes, that they were put in with the doors (What the F##k???). Thats really their response, waste more of my time looking where I already looked???? come on, we are talking about screws, anchors and rubber piece for the handles that couldn't be valued at more than a few dollars. So, Rather than just get my address from John and ship the parts, they want me to waste my time (More Time) requiring me to make another call, or stop in the store AGAIN for something they should have had completed more than a MONTH EARLIER. Customer Service is the new approach most companies have been focusing on in recent years and realizing a significant ROI in doing so. I think its time to just ask LOWES to come get the doors and refund the money or reorder through another supplier. I realize people have "bad days" but someone at Arizona Shower Doors was having several consecutive "bad days" which they were kind enough to share with me,...the customer. I've already lost three days or roughly $1,500.00. And I am the person who brought one of my homeowners to them for this order of more than 2k. (Total order that day at LOWES was $3,350.00). I still have no idea what the quality of the doors are. I do know the tracks are as bad as anything I have ever received all the years I've been remodeling or flipping homes covering four states. My hands became infected from the slivers of aluminum from the door tracks making it difficult to do certain things. I would drop them as a vendor if I was making those decisions at LOWES. at least for a few months ( A Time out ;=)) Update; 12/2/14; Returned everything to LOWES. After several attempts to get the missing parts, I have no more time for this. Arizona Shower Doors & this LOWES location will never receive business from my clients again. I have been trying to order the new Sedona shower door system through Lowe's for two months now. The older gentleman in the plumbing department at frank Lloyd Wright recognized me and turned down helping me after three visits. When calling Az Shower Doors, the receptionist told me everything they do not do and offered me to send info to there website which I did without response. My experience with a company that will not respond for a sales call will not respond for any service thereafter. Good luck ! read more

I am not a contractor, but I am a home owner that's pretty handy. I recently purchased the Arizona Tombstone series of shower doors from Lowes and I installed them myself. First off I was given 3 different delivery dates with no reason and that should have been a tip off. When the doors arrived I opened that box to examine all the hardware. I noticed that one of the door mounting channels did not have any screw holes drilled. Both sides should have been the same. It required 5 holes to be drilled which is not a big deal, but it added time to the installation. In addition, the instructions are written with the assumption that the shower head in on the right side when facing the shower stall. It took me awhile to realize this as the door handles did not align properly. The only fix was to remove the top rollers and reinstall them on the opposite side. This only took a few minutes, but over a hour to figure it out. A note in the instructions would have been very helpful. The quality of the product is good so I would rate it a 3, but I wouldn't purchase an Arizona product again as when I called to complain they really had nothing to say except they were sorry. The other issue is that Lowes did not have a sample in the store and I bought it sight unseen from the catalog, my bad. Never again. read more

Called Friday to buy a flat magnet to replace the door magnet for my bathroom box that was completely rusted and was falling apart. The lady that answered the phone said that if I come to the company (at Indian School Road) on Saturday I could buy. Saturday I was there and I was informed that the warehouse was closed, and it was not possible to sell the replacement. I saw that on the showroom they have one that could easily slide up and be removed and asked if they could sell me that part. The lady brought the problem to a guy that was "apparently" the manager. What happened was a succession of "I can't stand for the quality of my product" and "I don't know where the replacement is" that I felt really sorry for them to be zombies that do not have any initiative. I just have to thank them for the "commitment" and left as fast as I could from that terrible place. read more

This review is only on their customer service and prices. I ended up using Action Glass. I was redoing my bathroom and needed a custom glass enclosure so I stopped by the shower to get a estimate and see what was available. After letting me stand there for about 20 minutes someone finally asked if I had been helped, I said no(At least 6 employees walked right by me without even acknowledging me and there were at least 10 employees in the entry to the showroom). After someone finally said hi it was another 5 minutes before someone came over and starting to "help" me. The employee was rude and when she did the estimate she said she would discount it 20% for my inconvenience. The estimate was more than 20% higher than the next highest one out of the 4 estimates I got. To make it even better that price wasn't installed which all 3 others were. Do not spend a dime here! read more

Didn't try and push anything on me just listened and let me decide. This was my first shower remodel which took many months and many dollars so I was nervous about the door being right. I have tried to contact Arizona Shower Door (Denver Office) countless times to follow up with orders. 100% of the time I get stuck talking to a rude representative that acts like I am bothering them. They have decent shower doors if you're lucky enough to actually receive everything you paid for. Either the frame is bent, glass is scratched, hardware is not correct, or missing hardware. Get it together Arizona. I can't put another one of my clients through this stressful ordering process. Ordering a shower door should be an exciting, easy, and friendly process, not stressful. Highly suggest you seek a more established company that takes more pride in their job. read more

Purchased a frameless shower door for an existing shower. When the door showed up, it was hinged in reverse of the order. I called Lowes and verified that the order was written correctly and that Arizona messed it up. That was 2 months ago. We are still waiting for Arizona to correct their mistake and send a replacement shower door. I am getting tired of shower curtains. read more

I'm only giving this place a 2 because of Aaron, the installer, who did an amazing job ALL FIVE TIMES coming out to our home to install our shower doors. The customer service at this place, aside from Aaron, is nil. Also the door itself is pretty (and hopefully durable). We went into the show room because we wanted to pick out our shower door. We'd seen their flyer at Lowe's and thought we'd go in and purchase locally. When we went in we were greeted, but once the woman saw we had the Lowe's brochure in hand, she said we'd have to work with Lowe's. Since Lowe's lacks the displays we went ahead and looked around and found what we wanted. When we arrived back at Lowe's to order the door, it was about double what our contractor had told us to expect, so we had a consultant from Arizona Shower Doors, come out to the house, via Lowe's. After we got a bid on a new door that was more in our budget, we had to go back to Lowe's to pay. We paid at Lowe's and a few days later received a call to schedule the install. When Aaron came out to install the doors, we had noticed the towel bar option was installed way to high on the door. Aaron let us know, if we don't sign off on the order, they will fix the problem. We didn't hear from Arizona Shower Doors in over a week, we thought for sure they would call and apologize and let us know a new door was going to be ordered. We finally had to make the call to get the ball rolling. The next time the panel came out, it was cracked. It's glass and it happens. The next time the panel came out it didn't have the protective coating that we paid extra for. This last time the panel was made to the same specifications as the first. Aaron called to the shop, and they had our correct panel there, so they put it on a truck and sent it up to our home. Aaron went to another install and came back to install the panel. This company truly lacks in customer service. I suggest that Aaron be promoted to customer service manager and the company adopt his philosophy. read more

I'm not sure why the reviews here aren't great. I can only imagine certain people only review when things go wrong. Certainly not the case with us. We recently purchased a new home and realized the shower door was leaking really bad and part of that was caused by the fact that the door didn't completely shut. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on redoing the entire shower enclosure and was trying to fix just the "latch" part of the door. I took several pictures and after dozens of calls around the valley we found Arizona Shower Door which was a good 30 minute drive for us, but the gentleman who answered our call seemed to know his stuff and was willing to take a look at the problem we had. We decided to take a shot to see if he could actually help. We got to their facility and Abraham was there to help us (the same guy who took our call). He let us borrow a sample bracket to see if it would fit on our shower. I tried it out and it fit. I came back the next day and he had a full bracket made on the spot (this took 15 minutes) and I went home to put it on. It turned out to fit perfectly and the door now operates as it should. Abraham was helpful and very knowledgeable and most importantly he was able to save us from spending hundreds of dollars. He did not seem upset by any extent that we only ended up spending $35 dollars total which was nice to be able to work with someone like that who was not driven by commissions or selling high dollar services. On April 19, 2017 I was cleaning my glass shower doors and in so doing lifted one out of its track (as I have done numerous times before) and much to my surprise it spontaneously combusted into thousands of pieces all around me. After I did a bit of internet research I found that this phenomenon of tempered glass spontaneously combusting is a rare occurrence but it does happen. Upon learning this I contacted Arizona Shower Door customer service and was advised they do not provide a warranty on their glass doors. Given the manner in which the shower door exploded into thousands of shards of glass all around me I felt very lucky that this occurred to me, as I only had a few minor cuts from the glass shards, and not to one of my young children who typically use the shower. As such I wrote an email on April 19, 2017 directly to Paul Knadler who is the President of Arizona Glass explaining what happened and I am still yet to hear anything back from him. In short, I believe given the unique and rare occurrence of this glass exploding event that Arizona Shower Door should stand behind their products for such a unique and potentially dangerous defect when it occurs as another glass door manufacturer did in a similar instance to mine from an article I read online. Therefore I do not recommend the products of Arizona Shower Door. read more

People who give bad reviews apparently have incompetent installers. The company that makes the doors, Arizona Shower Door, makes a quality product. Relieved to finally find someone who could do the type of shower enclosure we were looking for. We contacted a number of companies and none of them seemed to be able or interested in doing a a semi-frameless enclosure without a metal door jamb. Arizona Shower Door was able to give us the style enclosure we were looking for at a decent price. Docked 1 star for the rude woman who told me they didn't do installation. Not only was he polite both in the showroom and on the phone, but he was also was patient with me as I worked my way through the process of 3 shower doors and 3 wardrobe doors. One hiccup with not be able to install through my glass tiles but he quickly came up with a splash guard solution that will look contemporary and sleek. I highly recommend working with him and will use his services in the future. read more

Lowes locally reps this line. They lack local installers, at least when I wrote this, so lead times for quotes took forever. And when they finally sent me a bid, weeks longer than it should have, their pricing wasn't competitive, nor worth the wait and hassle. I paid $35 for a hassle and worthless quote. read more

We ordered a custom made set of doors through Lowe's, it was delivered on time and looked fine, but there is a little wheel that was included that was stripped. We called the SLC office and asked if they could send out another wheel. The woman who answered the phone (Courtney) told us that she would have to check with her boss first before sending one out. After putting us on hold, she came back and told us that she would drop it in the mail. After a few days it didn't come, so we called back, she said that she would send another, but she said she would find an installer in our area and have him give us one, never heard from her again, and In a few more days I had to call back because we still had not gotten it. She claims to have sent out two, but I couldn't wait anymore, I was tired of running to my Mom's house 15 minutes away to shower. Plus we were having company and how could I tell them they had to wash up in the sink? Courtney did call me back and told me that she talked to an installer here and I should call him. I did call him and he had no idea what I was talking about, I felt like a fool. I called her back and she said she gave me the wrong name and phone number. I made another call and went down and finally got the tiny part. The funny thing is, the guy I picked it up from says they no longer deal with AZ Shower door because this was pretty much how they ran things. Well, here it is three weeks later and when I came home today there was a note on my front door saying I needed to pick up a letter from AZ Shower Door because they couldn't deliver it since it was sent with $2.05 postage due. The door is pretty, but the customer service was horrible and because of Courtney they have lost a customer. We are remodeling our other bathroom now, but I will look for a shower door elsewhere. read more

Ordered the Canyon series shower door by Arizona Glass through Lowe's. The door was installed yesterday and so far, we've not noticed any issues. I did call Arizona glass while the installer was here, because the door didn't look quite like it did in the brochure. The rail that the rollers ride on and the rollers were quite a bit smaller than what was pictured. The customer service person I spoke to on the phone didn't really seem to care. Overall, the door looks great; just not quite what I had expected. read more

Please do not use this company!!!! I ordered a new shower door through Lowe's and they contract out the work to Arizona Shower Door. The door was installed and a gap was left in between the porcelain ledge and the door and I didn't notice it until two days later when I was told I could use the shower. It was a monumental task getting this company out to fix the problem, and when I did, the installer was one of the rudest, unprofessional people I've ever met....his name is "Phil". Also, when calling this place numerous times to try to get them to come out I dealt with "Nathan". What a class act.....not!!!!! I don't think either of these guys like their jobs or perhaps their lives are miserable....but I guess if this is what they do for a living then I don't blame them. I will never, ever, allow anyone from this company set foot in my home again. read more

The customer service at Arizona Shower Doors is appalling. I had numerous issues with the doors which eventually became unsafe and created mold around my shower. When I contacted them to fix any issues, they came three times and still couldn't get it right. It was impossible to get the installer to come three times. It took a long time to get it scheduled and I was told they only had one installer in my area. I eventually had to remove the doors and have someone else replace them correctly. The new installer even commented that the doors they installed were not done correctly. Such a bad experience. You would think that the customer would come first therefore the customer service associates and managers would be friendly and helpful. They were quite the opposite. Poor quality at a premium price. The door looks lovely but it keeps slipping out of its hinges and needs to be readjusted every week or so, in my opinion because of poor design. Contacted Arizona Door about the problem and they would not do anything about it because "we did not do the installation". I measured many times and built a custom sized door with the guys from Lowes. I was not expecting to pay over $600 for their cheaper model, but the other brands they had were actually a bit more, and I couldn't go with a standard out of the box door because my door width was an odd size. I got the CDMP. I have never installed a shower door before, but I read and re-read the instructions about 10 times before even starting the demo of the old. The instructions were actually pretty good, but they did leave some questions about sizing and cutting and what to do with this part or that, that could have been more clearly written. I guess I could have called them, too, to ask. The door went in fine eventually, but I would have thought for over $600, that they would have come up with some better solutions for some of the parts. For instance, the bottom tray, that catches water from going out the front, has a lip on it on the outside, which is good, but it's also dead flat, so after a shower, the water just sits there. With all this precision cutting when they manufacture it, you'd think they'd slope it. Kind of disappointed that the door side catchall at the bottom also has all these grooves on the inside. Since water is ALWAYS there, why not make it flat or smooth or rounded, now, when I go to have to clean that part, there's all these tiny right angle corners that will be more difficult to get crud out of (I guess all shower door catchalls are like this, though, but INNOVATE!). Also, the clear rubber vertical strip shield (for lack of a better term) that goes along where the door latches doesn't butt up against the door, so water can slip out that way and down, too. The door is 100% plum, so I think that's just the way these are built (my mother in law said their door doesn't close the same either, like above) The glass is nice and the brushed nickel looks real good, but I was a bit disappointed in some of the lack of attention to detail in manufacturing or innovation in ease-of-cleanliness. Also, silicone caulking sucks. Use mineral spirits on your finger first before sealing it up. read more

I went into Lowes to get estimates on replacing two shower doors. Candy the woman at the desk was so helpful (I-10 and Ray). Then when the installer came to take measurements, he was not very friendly, didn't answer my questions or provide me any advice. The doors were made and scheduling the install was difficult. They only work M-F and last apt is at 3. So, have to take a day off work to get the job done. Not thrilled but, they show on time. Door one done, second door was not measured correctly and it is wrong. Great. They make an exception and send someone out on a Saturday but overall service was not up to par. read more

Ordered shower surround on 4/28/14, damaged first time, sent incorrect size next. After install, product, does not match catalog picture. We ordered the semi frameless shower door on 4/28/2014, it took 80 days to receive the product after receiving a broken door the first time, then 3 1/2 weeks later they sent the wrong size, it to had to be reordered. We confirmed that the vendor ordered the correct size, but Arizona Shower Door cut it incorrectly the second time. Once we received the correct piece, and after the installation, we called because the installed fixture did not match the catalog picture. The center piece by the door is far far thicker on the one installed than in the picture. I sent them pictures of the installed unit and they told me it was the same unit in the catalog, it was just the angle the catalog picture was taken. The installed unit looks just like the one we just removed, there is no way we would have chosen this one but for the picture in the catalog. They seemed very unconcerned that we just paid lots of money for a shower surround that looks just like one we demolished. This was not an upgrade by any stretch of the imagination. I am very dissatisfied with this company, can't recommend them and will never use them again. read more

I reviewed this company a couple of months ago and wanted to come back and update the status. The manager of the Florida office actually came to my home, which I found encouraging. I thought that they cared about their customer service. I was sorely mistaken, he had a horrible attitude and did nothing but make excuses. Once we finally got our door installed the metal frame pieces were two different colors. The only piece that was the correct color was the corner post. The remainder was a shiny silver rather than the brushed nickel finish we ordered. After several emails and several weeks go by it's agreed that the installer will come out and replace the one piece that doesn't match and I'll settle for having matching pieces even though it's not the color I wanted. Lo and behold the installer shows up with another piece of metal in the exact same INCORRECT shade that's already there. I asked him politely to get out of my house and left it at that. Long story short, I have a mismatched shower door enclosure and I'll be replacing it as soon as I can. Do not waste your time and money with these people. For whatever reason the Florida office has abysmal customer service and shabby workmanship. read more
