The company stands behind their work. The sales guy Evan Tuma was great no hard sales. The Project Manager Elias, his team Nathan and Andrew, along with Accounts Rachel were also great. They removed an old stand up shower and replaced with a new one in one day. the new shower looks great and even looks bigger. My 80yo dad loves it. There was a slight issue with one of the installed shower heads and they came right out and fixed it and now no issues. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and I must say this company was great. Well it's been a long road but after lots of communication and return visits, the shower is perfect. They were very patient throughout and made sure in the end we got what we wanted. There were some mishaps that happened that you can't always plan for, but they reacted and were open about what took place. Can't say that most companies communicate this thoroughly. There's a lot of solid individuals here, shoutout to Elias for being a man of solid character. Thank you to Andy and Gabby for following up with us to set up follow up appointments and keep the communication flowing. Also, I must note that I wrote my initial review assuming not much could or would be done to resolve my issues but in the end everything was rectified. Chris the sales guy was very personable, but like most companies they try to pressure you into signing a contract the day they show up. We do not do that. We need to think about what they have presented and have them come back. We were told it could be possible to get a larger shower. Turns out we couldn't. They only sell one base for our needs. We met with Elias the construction manager and he confirmed that. Bummer but as long as it's the same size, ok. We made a change to the glass (from frosted to clear) at our meeting and he wrote it in the contract. First crew shows up to rip out the shower and install - the lead guy Xavier (probably spelled that wrong) was a rock star and the shower surround looked clean, the pan looked clean, the grout was fabulous. But there was up to a 2" gap between the shower. Base and our tile! We had specifically asked both Chris and Elias about this...is the shower base going to fit? We were assured it would be fine. We were never told we needed to hire tile people. We were told the glass installers would finish it up. It looks pretty small...we compared it to the brand we had (found the specs online) and I contacted Chris and Elias. Chris said it's the same size as what we had. We were skeptical. Well the footprint was obviously smaller and not like we could double check because the shower base was torn out and trashed as part of the service. Glass installers show up with the more expensive frosted glass, not the clear glass we changed it to with Elias. They tell us that the warehouse had some issues finding our glass to begin with. The glass installers were great. Fast, personable and clean just like the first crew. But that gap...they replaced it with an off white. Not the pristine white of the shower they installed. Not a grey or black to go with the existing tile. It looked awful - even though the install was beautiful. The installers said that's the color Home Depot gave them. It did not even match the white grout. I filed a complaint with Chris and Elias. It looked like a house flipper did it. It looked bad, like an afterthought. It didn't even match the white grout they used. Elias tried to tell me it was the lighting. Nope. The color was off. Elias said he'd order it himself. Oh and if you are wondering about the size, it is somehow physically smaller. Now my family hits their elbows on the glass. It's like being in a tiny closet - and it was not a big shower to begin with. Even the installers commented about how my husband could not move in the shower when he got in to test it. An installer came back out and told us, it's the same tile. I'm not even going to install it. Yes. It was the same color from Home Depot. I contacted Chris and Elias again and was told, "It's the best we can do" I offered to let them install some of our extra tiles that match our floor, to which I was informed they don't do tile work. A bathroom remodeler that doesn't do tile ... well then have it subcontracted! We had concerns and you assured us it would be fine. I was told they don't do subcontract work. So I contacted their rockstar customer service rep, Gabby, and let her know we won't be paying the balance in full, that we would be going to arbitration. How do we start that? I got a call from Andy a day or so later. I believe he is owner or manager. Not sure. He offered to discount the job and I get the tile work done. Well since we have no idea how much it would be and he could only guess I declined that offer. They needed to fix it. In the end they hired a lovely tile company to come out, use our extra tile and patch the 2" gap around the shower base. It NOW looks really nice and professionally finished. But it took a lot of stress on our part, and telling them we wanted to go to arbitration to get it fixed. No company should put a customer through that. It's acceptable. It's still physically smaller in the interior than the last shower. But we have no way of proving that. Cover your a** hen using this company. The installers were all professional, courteous, and on our side. read more

We had our bathrooms redone recently and we were pleased with the work done. We weren't pleased with one of the workers that came to our home. The main worker was Ryan, he was kind, clear communication, hard worker. Unfortunately he was paired with an older male who was visibly intoxicated. I believe his name was paul. This man did not help at all. If he wasn't on his phone, he was drinking a bottle of something in the truck. Twice my husband even saw him smoking inside my home. The second day they were out to the house my husband was not home. I felt quite uncomfortable with paul in my home. He was outside yelling and screaming curse words and again drunken. I was so afraid my husband had to come home. We just wanted this guy off of our property read more

When I'm ready to move forward I'll use this company to replace my old fiberglass tub/shower. I didn't realize their proposal is good for 1 week, and I'm not planning this project in that time frame. The salesman was friendly and helpful. read more

I chose Apex Windows and Bath for my shower remodel in two bathrooms. I researched them and thought they were a company in business for a long time and provided good service, and they stated a lifetime warranty, (even transferable if I sell my house). My showers turned out beautiful, but the tub spout in the guest bathroom had a malfunctioning diverter, meaning the water would not all come out the showerhead, but went down the spout. After reporting the malfunction, I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order the new part and get it installed. Well, it has taken six weeks, and when the service guys showed up, they didn't have the part, but have to order it... What? Why they don't keep a stock on hand is beyond me. I will say the installers were amazing, talented and customer-oriented men. The office staff, however, has a lot to learn about customer service. I also commented my water pressure was much decreased since the installation and was told that they did nothing to affect the water pressure. I have also been told they are no longer servicing the Prescott area. I wanted to share my experience, and I know it is a mixed review... The showers look great! They did put in a temporary tub spout, not matching at all, until the new one can be ordered, received, and installed. Would I recommend this company? Probably not. I would also add the cost is very high and the same result could probably be achieved for a much less dollar amount from another company. read more

We had shower doors installed by Apex through a builder on a new home. While we did have some issues with getting the glass installed on time, they were responsive to our needs and quickly reordered a panel of glass that they scratched on install. We found 3 chips in the door that two contractors tried to remove. Apex was called out for a possible replacement. Matthew C. and Robert showed up on time, were professional, and were able to quickly remove the "chips" without having to replace the door. I give the contractor 5 stars and give the overall 4 stars only because it did take 3.5 months for us to have completed enclosures from our close of escrow. I will note that some of that may be on the builder and not on Apex Windows and Bath. read more

DON'T DO IT!!! Before you sign they tell you about all of the staff that will support you and follow up before, during and after your remodel. Once they have your initial down payment you are just a number they could care less about. They arrive late and leave early...The first day they left at noon stating they did not have what they needed to complete the first day. On the second day they rushed through the project and STILL left early because they said they had other calls that needed to be attended to. I took pictures of unfinished work and THEN it took weeks to get someone to finish it. Twice they rescheduled and still did not complete an issue they said they would fix. Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Our shower door was installed by Apex through our builder. Our 1 year inspection showed problems with the handle. Our builder scheduled the repair appointment one month in advance. The day before, Apex was too busy to do the repairs and wanted to reschedule - I agreed to a date and time frame but they wouldn't even commit to it. Horrible customer service!! read more

Terrible Company! I had a window in my brand new house completely fall out. This company said they ordered a window for me in July even though it was supposed to be ordered in April. They forgot to put in the order and now they are saying it was ordered Nov 2nd! It's been over a year that my window has been broken!! Do Not do business with them! They will not honor warranties. Our shower glass in our DR Horton new build was through this company. They didn't install the shower glass in 2 bathrooms prior to closing on the house, "due to product backorder" but we were promised they'd be here to install it 2 days later. Thursday came and went, and we were told they were "too busy to squeeze another install in" and promised they'd come on Friday. Friday I received notification from our superintendent that Apex was "30 minutes out" for install. Once again, they no-showed. Monday morning I received a phone call directly from Apex asking when we could schedule a time/day to install the shower glass. We scheduled for today (Tuesday) and I was told, "the installer will be there between 8 am-noon". This morning I called the number Apex called me at and spoke to someone filling in for the customer service reps lunch. She said she'd call the installer to see where they were and call me back. Fast forward an hour and no call. I called back and spoke to someone else covering and was told they weren't allowed to call the installer and would get into trouble for doing so. She called me back at 1:04 pm after speaking to a manager and told me they got a hold of the installer and he was "minutes away" and to call back at 1:30 pm if the installer still wasn't there. 1:35 pm and no installer in sight. Called back as instructed and sent to VM. Called back again at 1:53 pm spoke to the person I talked to yesterday and was again told they should be coming today. 2:05 pm received a call back from Apex. The installer called in sick and the replacement installer doesn't know how to install my type of shower, so they want to reschedule for tomorrow!!!!!!! What kind of business tells me the installer is coming and "minutes away" and then all of the sudden can't come because they called in sick. Superintendent was here for the last conversation and ripped into them for their excuses. I understand supply and even laborers are in short supply, but don't promise a day and then no-show not two but three times. Especially if you're taking time off work and wasting your time waiting for this company to come. I start a new job tomorrow and can't call in on my first day and my husband is in the middle of a time sensitive project at work and can't be home either. This leaves my daughter in law as the only other person we can get to sit at the house waiting for them, but it will disrupt my granddaughters nap time. This company has no regard for peoples time....PERIOD! Stay away from at all cost! read more
