Despite beginning coordination w/ him 6 weeks prior to the scheduled event, touching base as I had updates, and him leaving a voicemail 8 days out and sending an audio message via text 3 days out assuring me that he could support our event despite having issues w/ some of his vehicles, he bailed on me 2 days prior to the event. Had it not been for a fantastic vehicle service company out of Tucson saving the day, our once-in-a-lifetime event would have been significantly degraded because Keith quickly went from assuring me he would provide the agreed upon service to saying he could not support our event w/ very little time to react.

He drove us all over town and told us about every aspect of how Bisbee has grown and changed over the years, all about the town's mining history, gave us anecdotes about many of the building and residences, explained the various architectural styles of some of the most beautiful buildings, and because we have an interest in the paranormal, gave us some ghostly history too. He is probably more knowledgeable about the area than anybody else (that's still alive LOL). He can even tell you when a historic property was built (and there are hundreds), who built it (and why), who occupied it and how much is cost to build (and the price it sold for if it was ever sold). The man is a talking encyclopedia for Bisbee history. He pointed out things to us as we drove by that you would have never noticed even if you were standing right in front of it. There are no two houses the same in Bisbee. Each home was built for different reasons at different times over the centuries. Incredible what it took to build most of the homes into the hillsides when you consider they where built over a hundred years ago. Terry can tell you the purpose and history of just about every business in the town. We had no idea there were so many brothels and jails. He pointed out one house to us that was a previous jail, but now has been converted to a three story house. The windows in the front still have the iron jail bars on them - very cool to see in person. Take the tour for yourself and see this incredible area. Strongly recommend you book the 2-hour Lavender Jeep Mile High Tour with TERRY as your guide. Also, take the Copper Queen Mine tour as well when visiting Bisbee !

YES I would like to stay here again if I am in Bisbee. Super casual and comfortable Gretchen was super helpful when she was talking with my wife. What can I say about this place. It is literal heaven. The owners are so kind and helpful. We came…read morefor a hike and stayed 2 nights. The cabin was D and it was so quaint and cozy. We explored the grounds and enjoyed the birds. We saw some local wildlife, enjoyed a rain fall, took too many photos. The family has been here taking care of this little slice of Heaven for decades, they know so much about the local ecosystem, wildlife, and the orchard they care for. The apples are fantastic, the birds are plenty, and the whole place is just wonderful. Wether for a day hike, a weekend getaway, or just a stroll I 10/10 recommend visiting. I think the day hike is 5$ and the cabins range in price, ours was 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and a kitchenette with a cozy living room, and was 120$ a night. We obviously stayed another night because the deck of the cabin was literally in the trees. Please please please come support a local family and visit. You surely won't regret it.
