My flight arrived on schedule and I barely had to wait 10minutes for my bag. That's where I ran out of luck. Granted it's not much, I walked the length of the Tucson airport, convinced I was missing something as I couldn't find the Stagecoach airport kiosk that was always there during past visits. I found a phone number on the email confirmation of my reservation and was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the call immediately and asked where I was waiting in the airport and told me to stay put ( in front of baggage claim) and inquired what I was wearing so as to convey to the driver who would meet me in 5minutes. Well the "5minutes" turned to 1.5 HOURS... during which I made multiple calls to this number inquiring about the whereabouts of the driver who was to meet me. What was most infuriating was the fact that on my last call, the person answering the phone HUNG up on me, the minute I identified myself... never have I received such poor customer support... Finally when I saw a stagecoach vehicle pull up across the street, I walked over to it and inquired to the driver. He asked me to please go back into the airport. By then there was quite a few others also waiting - in another part of the airport. The driver called the company to ask if he can take us to the hotel as we were all attending the same conference at a local hotel. And while clarifying the names of the customers he had with him, he clearly said I was the customer waiting for over an hour as he left early on his previous trip. And even after saying this aloud much to the shock of not just me, but all our fellow passengers, there was not even the slightest hint of an apology!! It was incredibly frustrating to know that this driver and whoever he was talking to knew fully well that they left a passenger waiting at the airport and nobody had the basic courtesy to inform me that the next shuttle will be over 1.5 hours out. If they had at least conveyed an accurate ETA for the next shuttle, I could have grabbed a quick bite and used the restroom at the airport... instead I was left hanging. I only wanted to cancel my reservation and get an uber to my destination and even that was not possible as I could get a hold of them to cancel my booking. After reaching my destination, I had to call them multiple times every day for THREE days straight, before I received my refund. Never will I make the mistake of using this company and will highly recommend NOT using their unreliable services to anyone hoping to reach their destination on time.

She didn't know the quickest route, called her Father for directions! But there were more delays: She had to stop for gas! My Husband almost didn't make his flight (not another for 3 days ) Driver told him "not to have a heart attack". He's 79 years old. The stress really almost did him in. The manager has not returned my calls. I wanted an explanation of this debacle.

And Louis got me there right on time. We chatted and had a fun time getting to the airport. Highly recommended. Super chill but on it. Just a great experience the whole time. Great communication with his office scheduler, every detail was checked and confirmed. I was impressed as a frequent traveler. Call them and schedule your transportation

Rant for Slicks (yes another Slick rant) I have never used their services and never would but today…read moreI had my first encounter with them. Turning right off of foothills on to Hwy 90 the light was green and the Slicks driver is just sitting there. After he finally decides to go we were both in the right lane, he was going slow so I passed him. As I passed him he puts on his blinker to also get in the left lane and since I was beside him he starts flipping me off and making gestures. I get over to the right lane so I can get behind him and get his plate number which I did. I called Slicks and advised them I would like to make a compliant about one of their drivers. Right away this guy was mad (obviously not their first rodeo) He proceeds to tell me "Yeah. Thanks for calling but I don't give a sh*t" and hung up. How they are still in business is beyond me.

The full size refrigerator is awesome. Spacious bathroom. The hospitality is wonderful. Happy hour, breakfast with real silverware and glass juice cups. They have a menu showing what is offered for breakfast throughout the week. I enjoyed my chorizo potatoes and eggs with my everything bagel. When I needed a blanket, front desk was sweet to offer to bring it up!

The B&B has several cabins as well as individual rooms in the 'main' building. We were on the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and clean. The main guest spaces (communal) were cozy- a study/ curl up on the couch space to read or watch birds, a kitchen nook and a large main dining room area. A full kitchen and fridge is available for use. Breakfast items available for self preparation or granola bars and fruit and cheese for non- prep options. Pie, coffee, tea and juice were also available. Outdoors you have access to a private garden with chairs, decorative water features, and bird feeders, or a porch option with seating to observe the wildlife. A great getaway space to relax and take in nature ... and extra convenient being next to the Preserve. A few things to note: 1. The website boasts of a chef prepared breakfast in their video. That was discontinued a while ago and unfortunately not disclosed/ clarified (website does say continental breakfast... but the video is also up... mixed messages) at time of booking. While I would have like to have been pampered with a chef prepared breakfast... the alternative of having items available for your own fixings was also appreciated. (2) The pie mentioned in the video also not entirely accurate. There is pie for guests... but it's not homemade. Based on the pie boxes in the freezer it's pie from Walmart. Again, not an issue unless you are envisioning something different from their old reviews. (3) This property maybe for sale or in the process of new ownership.., can't confirm but I did see it listed online. Just hoping that new ownership continues to keep it as a b&b, does not increase rates significantly making it less affordable and continues to make it a haven for nature preservation and for people this.

As soon as I gathered my luggage from the baggage terminal, Dennis greeted me. He was very personable, and I felt safe and in good hands with Dennis. He was an interesting conversationalist, and we chatted most of the drive; I felt as though as though I was riding with a family member rather than a stranger. I highly recommend Huachuca Shuttle. Dennis was prompt, and the service provided was definitely 5-star. Do not hesitate to use Huachuca Shuttle; They rock!
