If a service is "optional" as you say then I would be given the option. I was not. I am here to say that Rex was extremely unethical and dishonest during my experience with your company. I am glad I did not trust him to provide service to any of my elderly friends or relatives. $99+tax was the quote from Rex. The rest of the bill is a scam. I certainly do not appreciate you trying to justify or make excuses for Rex. It is like you are trying to feed me the same BS that he did. It is a crooked way of doing business. You know it and so will the community.

We recently had the tires rotated by our mechanic and he recommended getting the tires balanced and aligned following that. At that time, the truck was driving fine, but we followed the recommendation to get the work completed to be sure. I paid $205 for the work. The next day we drove the truck to the valley and noticed that it was pulling to the right significantly. I called the Pinetop office that Monday morning and they said to bring it back so they could look at it. When my husband dropped it off, they said they were unable to locate the service record and asked him if he was sure they did the work. They said they had never worked on our truck and didn't have the license plate on file. My husband said that the person who was denying they'd worked on it was the same guy he spoke with when we dropped it off that Friday before. I provided the invoice number and the work order summary they gave me on Friday and then they recalled providing the service. They then shared that their alignment machine was broken, so they called the Lakeside location and asked us to take it there the following morning. This is the only vehicle we own, so we worked out plans to have someone help drop it off the next day at 8:00. They said it should be done by 11:30. When my husband arrived at 11:30, they shared that they were having issues and it was not done. They also said that they were losing money on us because it was taking so long. Finally they finished at 1:50 PM. The Lakeside shop did not charge us since this was due to poor workmanship at the Pinetop shop. Save your money and take your vehicle to a shop that will get the job done right the first time, provide better customer service, and maintain adequate service records.

Justin pulled it apart and compared the new pads to the old and told it was more like I had only used 15% of my pads so I really didn't need new ones but I didn't want him to have pulled them for nothing so had him put the new ones on and I kept the old ones in case I have trouble later getting parts. He did my brakes quick and easy and for like a third of what Firestone wanted. GREAT JOB!!!

Didn't top off brake fluid, even though the light is on, and bottle was sitting right next to the reservoir/master cylinder. Charged me to top off coolant. Looks like they mostly added just water. Was bright green before I brought it in, clear now. Didn't ask me. Charged me to top of washer fluid even though you can clearly see all the lines to the jets are gone. Didn't ask me. Didn't call to let me know it was done. $84+ for less than five minutes work. Won't be back.

Our summer camping trip to Big Lake got off to a bad start when the radiator blew on the top of the…read morerim. Thankfully, we had AAA and while we were trying to tell AAA where we were, Fraley's tow truck came up over the hill returning from a tow to Payson. The driver pulled over when he saw us stranded on the top of the hill, vehicle packed to the rim with two teenagers and a 90 lb dog. Dan had the tow truck loaded in no time and even went so far as to try to locate the radiator while we were en route to Show Low. Unfortunately, our vehicle had 3 possible radiators so they couldn't order the part until we got to Show Low. As soon as we arrived, they determined which radiator was needed before they even pulled the Tahoe off the tow truck. They got to work on it right away, pulling the radiator so that when the new one arrived all they had to do was install it. Jennifer in the office was great, making sure we all had water (including the dog) before we did anything else. Once the repair was done, Jennifer explained they are an authorized Napa parts repair shop, so if there were any issues with the new radiator the work is warranted at any Napa repair shop nationwide. Our trip was delayed, but they got us up and on the road again very quickly. We are very thankful for the way Fraley's took care of us in one day. We were on our way out of Show Low and even made it to get camp set up just before Sunset.
