She did not check both arms before immediately fishing around in my right arm. On her second try in my left arm, she again did not feel for longer than five seconds, so of course it took a while before she discovered a vein. The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I love how efficient it is now! And the results are SO fast! I got my results this time in less than 24 hours! I've had to get regular labs my entire life, and I am so happy that I've found a place that turns what used to be a slog into an actually enjoyable experience! As I had to take time off of work for this appointment and scheduled meetings around it, it was inconvenient that I was there more than an hour later than they advised it would take. Also, in calling to confirm my faxed request for a CD copy of my results/imaging was received and was being processed I selected the options regarding records and it just gave instructions for the request and then disconnected me. We then called the Alignment Health Insur Co and was told Alignment pays the 'FULL' amount and put me on hold while the made the phone call to Radiology Ltd's BILLING PERSON!!! To make it 'CLEAR' Alignment pays for everything!!! Alignment came back on the line and advised it was taken care of with the billing representative for Radiology Ltd. All seemed good. BUT!!! ...Yesterday!!! We got the 'BILL' in the mail again. I called Radiology LTD again, but now they have many calls that are routed to another country. So requested to speak to a U.S. Office, ...finally got through to one..., and explained the issue. That Radiology Rep did find where 'their' payment from ALIGNMENT INSURANCE WAS MISHANDLED BY RADIOLOGY LTD AND SHE SAID SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THEIR ( Radiology Ltd's ) ERROR. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to. Once find lab no receptionists. You must check in via kiosk. Several tries I couldn't log in. Person behind me offered to help they could not do it either, so waiting for someone in office to pass by for several minutes who logged me in after a few try's. Wait time 45 minutes! I asked why I had been called & they took me back. Tech said my name had been removed. At this point I was physically ill from the 13 hour fast. My primary care provider ordered an ultrasound to assess for some discomfort that I've been having…read morelately and scheduled me at the Wilmot Rd location for an ultrasound. This is the first time I've been to this location. Generally, I go to the location that's near Northwest hospital on the northwest side of Tucson. Prior to my appointment radiology unlimited had me register ahead of time with my ID and insurance information, pay my co-pay estimate online ahead of time. Radiology Unlimited sent me Automated Reminders two days ahead of time and the night before by text message and automated call program. The text included the location address, check in time, and procedure protocol; to make sure I was going to the right location. Once I arrived, I just needed to sign a document to verify everything I had filled out ahead of time online. I was called within 2 to 3 minutes of signing that document digitally. My procedure was in and out no fuss.

When I tried calling, I was told it had not been paid and that I owed $1,000 more even though my insurance company stated I don't. What? I haven't been billed for anything additional. Then I called twice more to resolve this and could not understand the individuals because their accents were so strong. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, the one individual said no and the other just hung up. I don't know what has happened with Radiology Limited, but I am seriously considering going to another business since I'm required to have scans every three months.

This is rare as I've had the test over 40 times and have never had someone find it as quickly! The office was clean and the check-in was easy. I will definitely be back!
