After finding the problem which should have been found by the title company I contacted the title company and started a very long process that as of this time in Late February 2023 is still ongoing. The communication that I have received was only after writing and calling them. Each time there was the assignment of blame onto another title company. This has been going on for more than 6 months with no resolution in sight. If you use this title company do your self a favor and research the title yourself first. What they seem to want is to do next to nothing and demand a huge fee for doing it.
